Cleaning is not daily it every 2 days .

Also i would like to thank Mr Ahmed in the reception for his great work. He is very helpful and polite. He made my stay very smooth and he was trying to help by any means.

It looks more like hostel than a hotel! - n the sheets, on the floor there were balls of hairs and dust, dust over the furniture, even full ash tray left on the table. There wasn’t any hot water and reception guy told us that there was a problem with the water everywhere in the city but that was a lie, because we went to another hotel nearby and they didn’t have such problem. I can say that the place looks more like a hostel. Although we didn’t get our money back we left the place very disappointed!
- Dženana (3/5): Poor - Since we came by car, the biggest benefit for us was hotel's private parking covered with cameras. Also, the police station is just in front of the hotel, so we really felt safe in that area of Cibali and did not worry about leaving our car there. The location is very good, just a few stations with a tram from Eminonu and in a walking distance of max 10 minutes from Balat. However, the reason why we would not choose this place again is definitely cleanliness, which was on a very poor level. There was a lot of dust on the floors, windows have not been washed for a long time clearly and there were even some stains on the sheets. We stayed shortly and did not have the time to change the hotel, but if we stayed any longer, we would definitely consider leaving. The view and the balcony at the top were amazing, but unfortunately the furniture there was too dirty to enjoy that time on the balcony. Guys on the reception seemed to lack a bit of professionalism, but they still were kind and responsive to our questions about TV, providing additional slippers etc. All in all, hotel has a good potential with its location, but only if cleanliness reaches much higher level!

- Jaber (1/5): I pard extra for ocean view, but it was false info - Facilities were average as compare to their price It was a nightmare when I saw the loft room without any window at top floor, and I paid extra for so called (ocean view) and there was no window in the room, there was a very small door to terrace, so the mentioned it (ocean view). Just imagine if you are tall 6 feet’s and your head is hitting to the loft roof.

We were in the basic standard double room (the lowest rate I believe) and our room was overlooking the bosphorus 😍 can you believe it for such a price you can wake up to the Bosphorus, galata port and the famous bridge.. Plus the location is great 2 steps from the corniche (bosphorus sidewalk), 100m to bus stations anf 200m to tram, what else could you ask for?! Walking distance to Balat the famous area and 2 stations to pier lotti Teleferik and an average walk to Galata tower (it's a bit long but doable).. Last but definitely not least the staff is extremely helpful without even hinting about tips, we didn't ask for much actually but while checking out the helped us getting a taxi from the main street to the hotel door and bargained with him for a good price (it's a big hustle if you know) and took our luggage to the taxi and gave us a warm goodbyes again without even hinting for tips.. The manager Karim is the best he supported us and guided us and told us about the important application to use and gave us his number so if we needed anything we can call him 😍 the room was small like 90% of such hotels in Istanbul, but very clean and comfy and have hot water (if you know tge struggle 😂).. We really did enjoy and will definitely book again when we visit Istanbul again.. Thank you guys! Nothing really!

We booked two rooms and one of the room was too small, so we paid for an upgrade which the hotel accomadated for us. In some of the rooms, the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay open, it would touch your back when sitting on it.
