• Kristina (8/5): Über den Dächern von Wien - Die Lage ist super, viele Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr große Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse! Die Fenster schließen tlw nicht mehr ordentlich, nicht genug Gläser bei Vollbelegung
• Mark (5/5): Zur bloßen Übernachtung ausreichend. - Gut ausgestattete Küche. keine Nachttischlampen, bereitgestellte "frische" Handtücher feucht und muffig (!), Waschmaschine voll mit fremder Wäsche, kein Stauraum für Kleidung, lieblos eingerichteter Essbereich (Fenster ohne Vorhang mit Blick in Nachbarwohnung), Wasserdruck und Temperatur der Dusche zu gering, keine Aufhängung für Duschkopf.

• Kubra (9/5): - ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve sürekli bilgilendirmeler paylaştı. sorduğum sorulara içtenlikle yanıt verdi ve bunun için teşekkürler. konum çok güzeldi zaten Viyanada en önemli şeylerden biri konaklamanın konumu. check-in saatinden sonra da valizimiz için bize yardımcı oldular. içerisi tam bir ev ortamıydı, sanki hep orada yaşıyormuşum hissi geldi :) ev çok sıcaktı, kombinin derecesini düşürmek istedim ama yanlış bir şey yapmaktan korktum açıkçası. banyodaki lavabo yüz yıkamak için vs pek uygun değil etrafa çok fazla su sıçrıyor. hemen yanında çamaşır makinesi var ve ona su sıçratmak hiç hoşuma gitmedi, buna bir çözüm bulursanız makinenin ömrü daha uzun olur! bir de konaklamaya terlik eklemeleri çok güzel olur, yorgun bir günün ardında içerde ayakkabı ile dolaşmak biraz yorucu :)

• alfonso veneziano (9/5): Everything was perfect!!! - Our stay at the apartment has been really good. It has the needed comfort to stay for a vacation. It’s located in a very good location, with the metro stations very close. As well as a few markets in the area, the Spar is located a few meters from the apartment. Excellent!!!

• Mari Carmen (6/5): Zona tranquila, con buena limpieza - La limpieza, la ubicacion Zonas comunes sucias y mal aspecto. Usado el salon como habitacion sin intimidad. No habia armarios, ni luz en el dormitorio del salon. Baño incomodo con poco espacio. No hay aire acondicionado, solo pinguinos de aire.
• Michelle (5/5): - Terrace Location Large rooms Clean The air conditioning was not fit for purpose. This meant the apartment was unbearably hot. There were 2 mobile air-conditioning units in the bedrooms with extractor pipes sellotaped out of the windows. These constantly dislodged causing further hot air to fill the room. The kitchen was incredibly hot and poorly ventilated. The shower was broken- you had to hold the shower head in your hand as it was not possible to attach it to the wall. Lighting was dangerous in the bedrooms. The 1 light switch was at the other side of the room to the beds and there were no bedside lights. This meant you were stumbling around an unfamiliar room in the pitch black. People in the far bedroom had to walk through the near bedroom to access the toilet over night. This is ok if visiting as a family but intrusive if visiting with friends.

• Vincent (7/5): Good - The location, quickly near the ring. The beds were large. The rooms were quite large with a lot of light (might be warm in summer, we were there for Easter). The Croatian restaurant and the Spar shop across the street. The washing machine that we had to empty when we arrived... The tableware was for four, but only once. So washing up is very often even with the dish washer. The door leading to the rooftop should have a curtain otherwise those sleeping in the central room are up with the sun. No beside lamp at all.
• Wendy (9/5): Great top floor flat that really is a home from home. - Great top floor flat that feels like a real home from home. It’s a bit out of the centre but reasonably close to underground trains & buses. Very old building that could do with some attention in the common parts but lift works & apartment itself is light, airy & modern. Hall area houses a separate toilet & bathroom, then you go into kitchen which then leads to the two bedrooms. May not suit everyone as you have to go through middle bedroom to get to the other bedroom & vice versa they have go through it to access kitchen & bathroom/toilet. Also middle bedroom has stairs in it that access the roof terrace, door at the top has no curtain/blind so when it’s light outside so is the room. Very comfortable, clean enough & great facilities (no microwave if that’s important to you). We really enjoyed our stay & found it a good base for exploring Vienna.
• Paul (8/5): Very enjoyable, would come back again! - Walking distance to St. Stephan’s. Proximity to transportation. Warm and bright and clean. Secure building. Elevator! Tiny bathroom, lack of lights on nightstands, could use a toaster. Otherwise more than adequate!
