• Chrystelle (9/5): Appartement idéal pour 4, même pour un long séjour - 100% conforme aux photos. Appartement propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Très bien placé : proche des transports en commun et à 15mn à pied des commerces et d’excellents bars à pinxos. Parking (payant) en face, à 1mn! L’entrée électronique au moyen du smartphone a été un peu compliqué à l’arrivée mais notre hôte a été très réactif

Pasan autobuses con bastante frecuencia que paran muy cerca del apartamento, a la ida y a la vuelta. Nada

We did not get much help when we phoned Always Easy when we stood before the front door At last we were saved by people coming out of the building, letting us in.

• Jennifer (10/5): Perfect apartment for a long weekend. Great value for money. - The apartment was modern and spacious. Perfect for a long weekend. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the old town and beach area. Really enjoyed our stay!

• Tammy (10/5): Definitley Stay Here - So gorgeous! - The property was beautiful. Very light and bright, had shutters so you could have a sleep in. 3 bedrooms. We only used two. A washing machine. Super comfortable. Loved it. Close to the old town. Parking expensive across the road, but we parked in free parking out of town which was a 45 min walk. Not the hosts fault though. They were amazing 10/10
• Herwig (8/5): alles in allem ganz OK. - Die Lage ist ganz gut, ca. 20 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Einchecken mit dem Türcode ist etwas umständlich und kompliziert und könnte vielleicht verbessert werden. Zwei der 3 Schlafzimmer haben kein wirkliches Tageslicht weil Sie nur an einen dunklen, Gebäude hohen Lichtschacht grenzen.
• Beata (10/5): The owner was very friendly and gave us some tips as where to go out for dinner. Everything was great! The Old Town with - It was really clean and neat and tastefully decorated. The flat has all the equipment needed for a five day long stay.

I would highly recommend the property to everyone. The facilities were also exceptional. Absolutely nothing.😃
• Marcus (9/5): Mooi, schoon, aardig personeel - Mooi appartement, goed schoon en genoeg borden, glazen en keuken gerei etc. Erg aardige host(‘s) reageren snel en zijn erg behulpzaam. Goeie locatie met snelle verbinding naar het centrum en lekker ontbijt tentje om de hoek. 1 twee persoons bed is wat klein.

• neil (8/5): Overall, very good. - Nice apartment. Short walk to city centre in a relatively quiet area close to the station. Relying on someone being contactable by phone to give you the access codes and talk you through the access procedure meant check-in was a bit stressful, especially arriving quite late in the evening.
• Carol (9/5): Lovely stay in San Sebastien with a comfortable and clean apartment - Great location and quiet. We were met by the lovely host who explained everything for us. Apartment was very clean, attractive and had air con in living area. Kitchen facilities very good. Great restaurant 1 minute away. Only drawback was there was a sofa and stool, and with 3 adults we could have done with another armchair which there is ample space for. Just a hint for the hosts!

• Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - There seems to be a problem with the plumbing, there was a recurring vile stench in the staircase and the courtyards. Two of three bedrooms don’t have daylight but face very small courtyards, therefore also lacking sufficient airing. Towels weren‘t enough for an eight-day stay, they should have been changed in between. There wasn‘t even a kitchen towel or washing up liquid (but we have left a big bottle of it for your benefit). Too many negatives for quite a hefty bill in an otherwise nice apartment, if there is just the two of you in the master bedroom.

The way it was instructed on the web was wrong. Turning it to the right was wrong, the correct way was to turn it to the left. It took me about 40 minutes to check in because I couldn't unlock it. The owner and the management company were very slow to respond, which was very frustrating. Please be careful. There is a space to dry laundry, but it is inside the building and does not get any sunlight. It smells moldy. I did not use it. There is no equipment for drying laundry in the room, so those staying for a long time will need to bring their own.

• Paul (8/5): Roman and Amaia were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The property although close to the city it was not in a - The property is lovely and well maintained. The living space is generous and comfortable for watching late night Netflix. The kitchen is also nice and well organized however a new frying pan would be a nice touch. The bedrooms were clean, smart and well appointed however the ‘Double Beds’ were too small for 2 people. The entry system is smart but very hit and miss, so maybe not smart enough. The street entrance always works but the apartment door works only 20% of the time. Very frustrating if it wasn’t for the backup key code which always works !

• Erin (8/5): It’s a good apartment that could be great, if they fix the key situation. - Location (convenient to bus station but also walkable to the old town and both beaches), fast WiFi, clean and bright, plenty of space for our family, on a busy street but quiet inside the apartment, air conditioning works well. Others have mentioned it, but the check-in process was overly complicated. You have to set up a registration through a separate website that takes a long time. Instead of having a physical set of keys to the building and the apartment, you have to use a website on your phone, which is quite annoying.

• Taryn (8/5): Good - Nice apartment. Very complicated check-in process. Spent a long time checking in online, received multiple long messages and codes and instructions. And in the end, the code didn’t work and the staff were off because it was Sunday. Took ages to get in until we finally found an emergency number. I’ve never had such problems before.

• Max (8/5): Nice place with some adjustments could be great - Clean, bright, spacious, new equipment and A/C. Friendly staff. Location is good, you can walk to downtown and beaches in 15-18 min or so also great to have a washing machine for long stays (although you have to buy your own detergent/softener) Had to pick up keys from a different location with luggage. Meeting us at the property would have been a nice touch No basics: no salt, dishwasher liquid, tea or coffee, etc. had to buy everything. I was told due to Covid. Impractical coffee machine (Bialetti type) For the price and they could make above small /cheap modifications to make stay really great
