• Redea (3/5): Notte di passaggio durante giro in moto - Posto stupendo ,un angolo di paradiso ,avrebbe potenzialita' molto alte ma........non ci siamo proprio.... da ammirare l'accoglienza dei proprietari Trascuratezza della zona esterna e della zona colazione ,condizioni igieniche non commentabili
• Marisa Gabriella (5/5): Soggiornato una notte di passaggio con il mio compagno al rientro da un viaggio in Umbria - Il posto sulle colline toscane sicuramente un paesaggio meraviglio . Pur essendo molto gentili ad accoglierci il sig Massimo e sua mamma di vede che è una struttura abbandonata con molto disordine e poca cura . Davvero un peccato , diciamo che non è come si vede nelle foto su Booking.

Salle de bain annexe... accès depuis le corridor; Propre, mais douche uniquement du plafond Petit-déjeuner élémentaire, pas de pain, mais des biscottes, et des gâteaux maison.

Da apprezzare anche l'autenticità delle camere, sembra quasi di fare un tuffo nel passato. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. 0 confusione tanta tranquillita e immersione totale nella campagna.Potrei racchiudere il soggiorno con 2 parole pace e semplicità. Preciso che siamo stati benissimo unico consiglio ... sarebbe utile che ci fosse un minifrigo per conservare l'acqua o vivande al fresco.

• Claire (8/5): We will return! - We loved our stay at Borghetto Di San Filippo. The family made us feel very welcome and very relaxed. The room was clean with good air conditioning. Breakfast each morning was nice and we appreciated the cake and coffee from the Moka. We spent most of our time by the pool. Great location for all the historical towns in Tuscany. Lots of nearby restaurants too a short drive away.

• Bartholomeus (1/5): Bad - Only the location IF you like cats urinating (to pee) over your motorbike or car, IF you like to be served breakfast by hosts completely covered by cat hair and dirt, IF you like that your bike is being scratched by cats. This is the place to be. The pictures are not representing the reality. The garden is a mess, the internal breakfast/dinning room is absolute no hygiene and needs a big clean up.

• Bernardina (8/5): Very good - Max & his mother & sister were very friendly hosts. Very willing to assist with local sight seeing & travel tips. The property sits on a hill overlooking vineyards & beautiful landscapes. Room sizes are generous & bed comfortable. Nice shower. Guest outdoor areas could be less cluttered and kept cleaner. Breakfast variety could be expanded for long stay guests with different options daily. Our room (booked last minute) had toilet down hall not so convenient. I believe others have ensuite.

• Manuel (9/5): I came looking for a place to spend a stray night in my trip and found a place I'd love to revisit. - Amazing location, the hosts are warm, welcoming and wonderful people. The house is excellently restored and the surroundings are gorgeous. The access road could use better paving. That's absolutely it.

We ate authentic food prepared by Mass. Plenty of places to visit - just a short bus/train ride away. San Barberino val D'Elsa had good selection of restaurants/bistros - 20 minutes walk from Borghetto along a safe pathway next to olive groves - away from the main roads.
