• Elias (4/5): a disaster; I have no positive comments to make; even the location is bad, isolation - a big room / 1 bedroom apartment There was no front desk !! The same building had at least 2 owners. When I went to the owner (with the same name or almost the same) with front desk, they told me my booking was not with them; upon my insistence, the receptionist told me to ask the Security guard nearby. Which I did, finally after the security made some calls, someone came (dressed inappropriately) and said he had my name and booking; we went to another security person where I got registered to stay. The first person who met me in the first place told me that I could contact him anytime for any assistance I wanted. He was indeed good to assist me. All this is a very bad experience for me, nothing of what I expected, especially in relation to the total price I finally paid for this place; When I looked at the split of expenses, I saw that the service fee was extremely high (booking.com sent me that).When I asked the person who assisted me with my inquiries re room, he told me to ask his boss via a number he gave me! All this is unacceptable. Premises like that should not be in the list of booking.com

Manželská postel, pohodlná lůžka. Nejvíce se nám líbila možnost koupání v bazénu ve 37. patře s výhledem na město. Záclony černé jako bota, opravdu špinavé až odpuzující...

• Abdul Qadeer (4/5): Think Twice - The only good thing about this property/ building is view from infinity pool. The apartment was 50/50. Kitchen has most of the utensils you can cook anything easily. Toilet was clean and has enough amenities. 1. There's no reception no housekeeping at all so you have to clean and remove garbage by self. 2. Apartment interior is really outdated. There was a faulty light right above bed headboard and flickering all the time that disturb you a lot. And you can't turn it off because that was connected to other 4 lights and can only be switched off all together. 3. Bedside table was really small and old and there're no wall sockets. They provided an extension cord. 4. this building is so old and crowded with bachelors. it's NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY area you know what I mean. 5. I got very bad ear infection after swimming only one time in pool. It's so crowded and dirty and broken tiles that can injure you anytime. 6. Last but not least, the location is not good. It's far away from city center. It's not suitable for stay of more than 2 days.

• Fabio (7/5): Cattivo inizio ma buona prenotazione - Buona sicurezza, la vista dal tetto è molto bella, Il letto era confortevole, buona illuminazione, bel terrazzo, ottime le tende oscuranti. Molto gentile il ragazzo del check-in che si occupa anche delle pulizie. Appena arrivato mi hanno messo in un'appartamento che non avevo prenotato. Senza avvertirmi. Più piccolo e senza terrazza, dicendo che era una soluzione deluxe. Ho dovuto chiamare e discutere col proprietario perché mi spostasse nell'appartamento che avevo riservato, dove però vi erano 2 letti matrimoniali invece di uno. La cucina era carente, ma sufficiente per poche notti. Il palazzo è datato ma c'è una buona sicurezza. La piscina sul tetto ha una vista incredibile, ma l'acqua non era molto invitante.

• Mimi (5/5): - I got a spacious and comfortable Airbnb for us, but it was not the same as shown in the pictures, and even the unit number was different from the one we booked. On the positive side, the swimming pool was clean, security was well-managed, and the convenience store was excellent with reasonable prices. Cleanliness was not very satisfactory; the towels provided had an unpleasant smell, not like freshly washed towels with the scent of detergent. The host was kind enough to provide extra mattresses, but unfortunately, the extra mattress did not come with bed sheets and was rather dirty with stains. The extra pillows also came without pillowcases. Parking should have been provided free of charge since we rented the unit, but we had to pay RM20 for parking, which was quite disappointing.
