• Francisco Javier (1/5): - Nada Hay cucarachas en el pasillo del portal en el salón sofá incómodo pequeño roto ducha sale agua mal baño pequeño muy apretado no para lavarte la cara tienes de verdad una decepción . Pagando al día 100€ como se paga y pague 400€ 4 días el aire acondicionado no funciona mucha humedad la cocina de juguete la television Va súper lenta no hize fotos pero si queréis pagar y comprobarlo adelante chicos

Strasznie mały kibelek,prysznic większy od całej łazienki,stosunek jakości do ceny ,zbyt wygórowana cena w stosunku do jakości i powierzchni mieszkania...apartament??? Hmmm....do apartamentu to baaaardzo dużo mu brakuje ....ogólnie mała kawalerka do spania tylko nic więcej,przespać się po zwiedzaniu i dalej w drogę.Bardzo czysto,wszystko jest co potrzebne do jedzenia,cisza i spokój.

• CRISTIAN MARCELO (8/5): Relación calidad precio cumple. - Está completo, tiene todo para lavar y cocinar si uno quisiera. La distancia de 700 mts para caminar hasta el subte y el que no tenga bidet.

• Patry (10/5): - Ubicación. Mala conexión con el dueño, saltaba la luz al poner la calefacción. Sin canales de televisión. Por la mañanas apenas salía agua para la ducha y alguna cucaracha.

• Celestino Juan (5/5): - Es cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario No tuvimos agua caliente nunca porque no funcionaba el calefon y cuando reclame la única solución era irme y que buscará otro alojamiento cuando deberían solucionarme ellos el problema..muy mala experiencia en mi primera visita a Madrid..y todo por mensaje , no les conocí la cara me pareció irrespetuoso su solución de que me arregle como pueda fui desde argentina y me reciben así.....

• Noemí (4/5): Se me debería hacer devolución de parte del dinero pagado por carecer de agua caliente - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien situado y tenía prácticamente de todo He estado de viernes a lunes sin agua caliente. El termo no ha funcionado en todo ese tiempo. Creo que esto es algo inadmisible en el siglo en el que estamos.

Todo muy cerca Excelente Super recomendable Todo muy excelente. Quizas un poco el ruido de las tuberias en el recorrido del agua, pero es normal en un edificio. De todos modos nada que decir. Excelente e impecablen Super recomendable..

• Carmen (8/5): Un lugar cómodo para pasar dos o tres días - Esta bien arreglado, la cama es cómoda. Te dejan cápsulas de café, leche, azúcar, infusiones y galletas. Está bastante limpio . El aire acondicionado fenomenal, super fresquito. Está bien comunicado con el centro con autobús, el metro de Tetuán a 10 minutos aproximadamente. No había nada de ruido en la calle muy tranquila Al ser un bajo olía un poco a humedad. Necesita un repaso de pintura porque está muy rozado los bajos de las paredes. El baño muy pequeño pero completo.

• Monique (9/5): Perfect place to lay your hat when in Madrid - It was easy to get to from Atocha (blue line 1 - 25 mins) plus about an 8 min walk downhill from Tetuán tube station. The apartment was modern and spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. The shower was large and the bed was comfortable. The owner was available whenever we had a query and answered straight away. Everything was perfect but it could do with a towel rail to hang wet towels and hooks to hang coats.
