• Jose Carlos (3/5): - La ubicación es buena. El mobiliario muy viejo y algunas cosas rotas. Las ventanas muy antiguas y se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle
• Sabrina (8/5): - La posizione molto vicino al centro città ( 15 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale). La camera matrimoniale spaziosa e luminosa. Il terrazzino dal quale si intravede la cattedrale. Accessori come macchina del caffè e bollitore in cucina apprezzati. Noi non abbiamo mai cucinato in casa ma volendo c'è tutto. Due delle tre camere un po' troppo piccole e buie perché affacciano sul cortile del retro palazzo, ma per qualche giorno si può fare e il bagno da rivedere... non ha finestra e non funzionava l aspiratore quindi il soffitto e pieno di umidità e la porta della doccia e il mobile bagno un po' usurati dal tempo e umidità.

• javier (2/5): - la ubicacion muchas humedades en las paredes y techo , muy ruidoso porque se escucha la calle, las ventanas son de papel y a través del capialzado se ve la calle, las camas incomodas y lleno de pelusas debajo de las camas, incluso había un pañuelo de papel... no hemos descansado nada entre la suciedad y los ruidos. Se adjuntan fotos de todo.

• michał (9/5): - Przestronne mieszkanie z balkonem, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, duża ilość czystych ręczników, kosmetyki, dobra pościel. Dobra lokalizacja nieruchomości. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Za słaba instalacja elektryczna, wybijało bezpieczniki.
• Helena (6/5): Very old and with some problems - The apartment is well located and the communication with the host was very good. The apartment is very old in general and you can hear a lot of noise coming from the other apartments. The beds are very bad, specially in the room with two single beds - everytime you move, the matress makes noise, making it very hard to sleep. We were also unlucky because in the first day of our stay there was a leak in the toilet. The smell was horrible and since it was the 31st of December no one could come to fix it on that day or the next one. I had to clean the floor myself and we couldn't use the bathroom for those days, which was problematic since we were 6 people and we specifically chose an apartament with 2 bathrooms because of that.

• ROSA (9/5): - És un apartament gran, pràctic i molt ben situat per arribar amb facilitat al casc antic de Sevilla. Els llits molt còmodes. I tot net. Creiem que necessita una repassada el lavabo gran. No de net, que sí ho estava! Més aviat realitzar algunes reparacions.
• Samuel (9/5): Estancia agradable en una ubicación excelente - La ubicación es perfecta, ya que puedes desplazarte a los principales monumentos sin necesidad de utilizar ningún transporte. Además, si lo necesitaras, tienes la estación de metro justo en la puerta. En la misma calle hay restaurantes de comida rápida, supermercados y farmacias, lo que resulta muy cómodo. El aparcamiento en la zona es complicado debido a la gran cantidad de zonas azules. Recomiendo adquirir un bono en algún parking cercano; en mi caso, obtuve un bono de 3 días por 48 € en el parking de la calle Arcos, que se encuentra a aproximadamente 100 metros del alojamiento. Lo que no me agradó fue que la habitación que da a la Avenida Imperio Argentina necesita ventanas con mejor aislamiento acústico, ya que al ser una calle con mucho tránsito, el ruido se escucha bastante durante la noche. El resto de las habitaciones no presenta ningún problema en este sentido.

• Lauren (7/5): Amazing location, very well sized but dated interior and needs a refresh - The location of this property is amazing! It’s right on the river front with a 5 min walk into the City. The apartment is a really good size, and perfect for up to 6 people, although would fit 5 more comfortably. The kitchen is well kitted out for self catering and the balcony is really nice to sit out on with decent views. There are some snagging issues that could improve the property a lot. There is poor ventilation in the main bathroom meaning when showering, the room is not drying out causing black mould on the ceiling. The toilets were also not fully secure to the floor. The apartment ‘look’ is quite dated and could do with a refresh but perfect still for a city break stay
• Tracey (8/5): Nice traditional apartment in an excellent location for amenities. - Very spacious, great location and very good communication with the hosting company throughout. There is a lot of sound coming through from outside. Some furniture may need to be replaced but nothing that caused any issues.
