• Maarten (1/5): De slechtste accommodatie waar wij ooit verbleven - De lokatie De lift was stuk en dat met 2 zware koffers, het was vies (slaapkamer en douche), ik kon mijn initiaal schrijven in het stof, de safe was kapot, beddengoed was vies en de wifi informatie was niet correct. Plus er waren 2 kledingkasten waar alleen kleding in kon worden opgehangen maar er waren slechts 6 hangers, moet je zelf je klerenhangers tegenwoordig meenemen? De foto’s op jullie website zijn niet van het apartement waar wij in verbleven wat zeer misleidend is.

• Eva (3/5): - Es la tercera vez que me alojo en eses hotel. Siempre he tenido una buena habitación, limpia, grande y de estilo moderno. Esta vez me dieron una habitación que era todo lo contrario, lo peor de todo era que no estaba limpia, en los armarios y cajones había mucho polvo. Y todavía peor, cuando hablo con recepción y se lo comento, ni una disculpa. Creo que pagar el mismo precio por una habitación así no es justo. Como mínimo espero que la habitación esté limpia, para mí es muy importante.

Ușa de la baie nu se închide Wc infect. A trebuit să curățăm capacul deoarece avea ceva maro pe el, nu vreau să cred ca era ceea ce mă gândesc eu. Prosoape și lenjeria de pat par murdare din cauza culorii care este mai mult galbenă decât albă. Aerul condiționat are mizerie în el. Miros înțepător. Oblonul de la cameră lipsește, mai este doar funia de care tragi ca să se deschidă. Noaptea a plouat și s-a infiltrat apa în dormitor iar geanta și laptopul au luat apă. Peretele dinspre terasă scorojit. La plusuri: frigiderul care funcționează, televizorul cu canale HD dar în limba locală. Internet bun, terasă spațioasă dar neîngrijită. Seif în dulap. Dezamăgitor.

Vienīgais wifi darbojās ne pārāk labi un ventilācija numurā darbojās daļēji. Par cik laiks bija jauks un vieta laba viss bija labi ! There was it of blood everywhere in the morning. I had 2 nights booked but I left the next day as soon as I could book another place. Bit to much money for what it offers. Maybe £20 a night type property

• Jeremy (3/5): Bien placé mais aucun accès sur l'extérieur à part une fenêtre donnant sur une court. - Situation géographique dans la ville et proche de la plage Pas de balcon comme décrit dans l'annonce, tarif excessif, taxes de séjour en sus de 1€ / jour / pers, alors que Booking annonce beaucoup moins, amabilité du concierge à l'arrivée très décevante et aucun effort pour comprendre les étrangers. Aucun service de nettoyage ni de remplacement des draps ou serviettes durant le séjours.

Meglio un hotel, si spende quei 20-30 e euro in più a notte ma sicuramente meglio di qua Anche perché ti rispondo solo in maniera maleducata e arrogante
• Yaroslav (1/5): No recomiendo - Muy mala experiencia, personal mal educado(todo vía email) y contestaciones fuera de lugar,al escribir q wifi no funciona al segundo día de estar en hotel me contestan q si estoy de vacaciones (escrito varios email de las cosas q no funcionan en corto plazo del tiempo )y q no organize el trabajo de ellos,no se cuál trabajo ,si no vi a nadie .No tienen limpieza ni cambio de toallas (y no lo pone en ningún lugar),lo llaman apartahotel por poner en pasillo una cafetera y hervidor de agua.La habitación tampoco estava muy limpia ,arena en el suelo,en la ducha, los pelos en los cajones del mueble de baño,ni las toallas ni las sábanas eran en buen estado,con manchas y una toalla rota(faltaban las toallas) y al decir q faltan ,contestan q tengo q cambiar pagando en fin no volver nunca más y tampoco lo recomiendo.Cuando reservas sale una dirección y a la hora de cheking te dicen q tienes q dirigirte a la otra calle q esto es recepcion(tienen varios hoteles) con maletas por toda la cuidad de paseo.Peor hotel q estado y el trato todavía más. Todo muy mal,instalaciones ,camas ,sábanas, toallas.
• Steven (7/5): Overall, this was very good value for the cleanliness, facilities, and excellent location. - First, the positives. We were moved to an apartment in San Pedro, much nearer to the beach, which was perfect for us! It had very easy access to everything you are likely to need in Sitges. The apartment was clean, modern, with a huge terrace facing the front of the house. We were on the third floor with an elevator, and almost everything that was advertised was available in the flat. It had a reasonable sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed and a good modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There was ample storage space for clothes and a complimentary safe. The air conditioning was more than adequate. Some things were disappointing. The bathroom door is warped and would not close – not a problem if you are staying alone, but awkward if you are sharing. We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. We could access it at the bottom of the building but not in the flat. We called reception, but it was not attended to. Check-in was at 16:00, which is a bit late if you arrive in Sitges early morning and have luggage. However, there are a number of luggage storage shops very nearby. The front of the building gets direct sunshine from afternoon to early evening, so if you want to relax on the terrace after lunch, that's not really viable as the heat is unbearable. Early morning is fine. The uncloseable bathroom door and lack of Wi-Fi need to be attended to. We would definitely go back if these things were fixed.

And reached out about the ac. With no response. First shower I took the bathroom flooded into the room. -10/10 experience booking.com tried contacting the property with no response for 24 hours. After I had already left the room.

• Javier (4/5): Hospedaje con precios de hotel y atención de pension universitaria. - la ubicación y los servicios que ofrecia (Lavadora, secador de pelo, mini frige, tetera, etc). El trato y la limpieza. El encargado me reprocha utilizar las lavadoras. Indica que "acá no nos sobra el agua". Lo que despues se evidenciaría por cuanto el aseo de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, ya que encontré cucharachas! En resumen le gusta promocionar servicios y cobrar como hotel, pero la administra como pensión universitaria, controlando a los huespedes en el uso del agua y con una deficiente limpieza.
• Carlos (3/5): - La ubicación. La persona que me atendió, tanto en el check-in como en el check-out es sumamente antipática y habla sin dejar hablar ni escuchar. Al solicitarle una factura se negó, a pesar de que Booking indica claramente que son los alojamientos quienes deben proporcionarla y de que es obligatorio por ley. Al volvérsela a solicitar en el check-out (por teléfono, pues no estaba en el lugar) me dijo de malas maneras que si me hacía una factura se la tenía que pagar, a pesar de estar el importe abonado ya. Le pedí la hoja de reclamaciones, obligatoria por ley, y me dijo que tenía que esperar una hora a que llegara, lo cual me resultaba imposible, y me colgó la llamada. Estoy pendiente de que el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking me ayude a resolver la situación, pues viajo por trabajo y necesito la factura. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado o el sistema de ventilación es ruidoso e imposible de apagar para dormir.

It may be fine for others who don’t mind the very late night passersby talking loudly in the street below and the delivery vehicles early in the morning.

• Mario (1/5): Never ever again - Die Lage ist gut. Klimaanlage offenbar seit mehreren Wochen defekt, Betreiber sagte aber dass es erst kürzlich kaputt gegangen ist. Dachgeschoss ohne Klima war eine extrem schlimme Erfahrung. Betreiber furchtbar und überhaupt nicht interessiert daran eine Lösung zu finden. Wohnung zT mit beschädigten Möbeln. Bettlaken schmutzig und mit Flecken. Kein Shampoo wird bereitgestellt. Anstatt 0,66€ erhebt der Betreiber 1€ City tax, ohne Rechnung oder Quittung. Kommunikation mit Betreiber sehr schlimm. Geht nicht ans Telefon, reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten. Gespräch an der Gegensprechanlage wird schnell abgebrochen. Muffiger Geruch im Aufzug Alles in allem: Never again! Furchtbare Erfahrung!

• Leyla (4/5): - La ubicación y la tranquilidad No estuve a gusto porque la habitación cuando llegué estaba la puerta abierta y la ventana también y con una temperatura de 31° y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Si había un pequeño ventilador en la mesita que no hacía nada para bajar la temperatura. No había nadie a quien pudiera avisar. Al día siguiente sin poder dormir ya que la temperatura era altísima vi al encargado y cuando le dije lo ocurrido me dijo que si que sabía que no funcionaba y que lo sentia pero no lo noté nada empático solo diciendo que no habían más habitaciones. Cuando llegue me lo debió decir para saber lo que me iba a encontrar

Location of the “apartment” was not where it was stated on booking, but at a different address. 2. I’m writing “apartment” cause this was more like a hotel room. Small room with two beds and a mini bar fridge, and the a bathroom. Was very small. Barely any hot water 3. The person why gave us the keys, went inside the “apartment” without knocking or calling us. Ones while we were sleeping, and one time again while we were out (We had a shoe in-front of the door, that was pushed back). He had taken the fan, and when calling him he claimed he didn’t understand, so he wrote he had to do something to the AC, but it was already working. 4. The elevator smelled like rotten basement.
