• alicja (10/5): - Hubo bastante humedad por la lluvia que callo y el colchón doble está muy muy blando aparte de esto una maravilla
• Diaz alfaro (10/5): - El apartamento es muy acogedor y está en óptimas condiciones, su anfitrión es muy cercano y atento nos dió mucha información sobre actividades para realizar y demás. Es perfecto para aquellos que necesitan descansar y relajarse en un ambiente de naturaleza cerca de la capital.

• Almuth (8/5): Ein angenehmer Auftenhalt wenn man kein stressiges Stadtleben möchte. - Der Aufenthalt hat mir insgesamt sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht ist mit Abstand das Highlight der ganzen Unterkunft. Man sieht Teile der Stadt, das Meer und einen unterhalb gelegenen Tennisplatz. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, von Kochutensilien, über Shampoo bis hin zu after-sun creme und Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber läuft reibungslos, er ist super freundlich und schickt einem sogar Tipps was man auf Teneriffa unternehmen kann. Die Gegend ist außerdem sehr ruhig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da die Unterkunft ganz oben auf einem Berg liegt und muss bereit sein steile Serpentinen hoch zu fahren. Man kann allerdings unterhalb am Berg parken und die Stadt erkunden. Das einzige Detail was uns ein bisschen gestört hat war dass es in der Unterkunft nach Feuchtigkeit riecht und der Geruch auch durch Lüften nicht verschwindet.

• Josef Duran (9/5): Empfehlenswert! - Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wohlfühlen zu können. Die Anbindung mit dem Bus war auch bestens. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt um ein paar Dinge einzukaufen. Ja, das Wetter wollte nicht so mitspielen, aber das war dieses Jahr so schlecht wie lange nicht mehr.
• Maria Nieves (6/5): Vistas - El apartamento tiene buenas vistas y es luminoso, pero es bastante pequeño. El acceso se realiza por escaleras largas, estrechas y deterioradas, lo que puede resultar incómodo, especialmente con equipaje. El edificio en general presenta un estado de conservación pesimo y el aparcamiento en la zona es complicado. Recomendable solo para estancias cortas y personas con buena movilidad que prioricen la ubicación y las vistas. Las escaleras de acceso largas, estrechas y deterioradas.

• Adélie (9/5): - L'appartement est confortable, calme, propre et la vue est tres agréable. La communication avec l'hôte est très facile et il nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter. Je recommande fortement ! On ne peut pas se garer sur place mais il y a des places tres proches donc cela n'est pas dérangeant. L'escalier d'accès est un peu raide, il faut faire attention de nuit avec un enfant.

We were also very happy to receive advice on interesting places on the island. In a word - the support was exceptional. Thank you Gianni. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even more. I have never seen an umbrella in a rented apartment :) and much more. There is a terrace and it is very nice.

• Lucia (9/5): - Muy cómoda la cama. Recién reformado. Bien la presión del agua en la ducha. Había todo lo necesario. Muy amable el propietario y nos recomendó algún lugar muy interesante en la isla. Necesitas un coche para llegar, no hay acceso para discapacitados ya que para llegar hay que bajar muchas escaleras (alguna bastante empinada) y en el propio apartamento hay 4 escalones.

• Chloe (8/5): Magnifique séjour - La localisation étais assez calme entouré de verdures mais facile d’accès au centre ville. Le personnel tres gentil et au petit soins. L’endroit étais très bien équipé propre et décoration très mignonne. Tout étais super nous sommes ravie je recommande fortement. 👍🏼

Lokum ładne, zadbane, ze wszystkim co potrzeba. Ładny widok z tarasu. Cicha okolica, choć mnie osobiście trochę niepokoiła. Parking spory kawałek od lokum.

• Evita (10/5): I recommend this apartment it was a nice stay👌🏻 - The location was amazing because it wasn’t far away from city center just 20min with bus and also it is a very calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed the views of the ocean and we could see clearly sunrises and sunsets ☺️ Also the owner is very nice and communicate with you very well. He tries to solve all the problems immediately and helps you with any questions 😊👌🏻

• Adrián (10/5): Exceptional - The small apartment and its terrace has a stunning view to the sea. It’s a great flat for a couple of days, well equipped kitchen, bedroom and terrace. Many cats are living around so don’t leave things outside that you would keep away from them. Gianni is a really nice and responsive host so 100% recommend if you want to stay out of Santa Cruz but still close (by car or bus).
• Jaimie (8/5): Very good - very good communication with the owner and the place was clean and comfortable. With nice views but keep in mind that it is on top of a high hill. There is a busstop in front of the house which was perfect for us as we didn’t have a car. :)
