• Lola (5/5): Appartement sympa mais serrure électronique peu performante - Bon emplacement literie propre et confortable Serrure électronique peu pratique. On ne se sent pas en sécurité. Tourne sans raison en pleine nuit.
• Lisette (7/5): Prima op loopafstand van centrum - Fijn bed. Keuken om ontbijt te bereiden. Digitale sleutel werkte goed. De verbouwing begon maandagochtend vroeg met drilboor. Er werd gezegd dat we er minimaal last van zouden hebben maar dit was serieuze herrie. We missen een waterkoker (er stonden wel 2 broodroosters…😉) Geen daglicht. Superdonker in huis.
• Paula (1/5): Una vergüenza - Ubicación estaba ok Por dónde empiezo. Nunca había puesto un mal comentario, hasta ahora. He viajado y me he alojado en cientos de sitios, de todo tipo. NUNCA he tenido peor experiencia. 1. La entrada a la casa funciona con llave digital, la cual no funciona. Estuvimos 2h esperando a que alguien lo solucionara, pero como era tarde no había nadie disponible. Hasta las 3am no conseguimos entrar (y porque nos abrió el portal un vecino). 2. Todo el edificio está en obras, lleno de polvo y andamios por todas partes, por lo que el apartamento se ensucia nada más entras. 3. El primer día, no había agua caliente. Si es cierto que ese mismo día fueron a arreglarlo. Pero que menos que si nos quedamos 2 días, tener agua caliente. Creo que es un básico 4. Con todas estas reclamaciones, intentamos ser amigables y educadas. Pero no hemos recibido ni un mínimo de buen trato ni de preocupación por parte del alojamiento. Es de verdad una auténtica vergüenza.
• Laura (2/5): Apartamento descuidado y sucio. Decepción total. - La ubicación Estaba sucio, descuidado, faltaban utensilios de cocina básicos como tijeras o escurridor, hay lavadora pero no hay tendedero accesible ni pinzas. Hasta finales de octubre no se puede usar la calefacción, el suelo hace mucho ruido, hay obras y el ascensor no se puede usar. Vistas nefastas... Las almohadas muy finitas, es prácticamente como dormir sin ella. El microondas sucio y oxidado, las sartenes oxidadas, el congelador no se puede abrir completamente por el radiador y hay un cajón roto. La goma de la nevera está muy sucia. Los sofás son incómodos y también estaban sucios. El váter estaba sucio cuando llegamos. Había un chicle pegado en el cabecero de la cama. Las cortinas por los suelos. Los armarios llenos de polvo. La televisión es antiquísima y pequeña. Grietas en el dormitorio principal. Un apartamento de casi 100€ la noche que no merece nada la pena viendo cómo está todo.

• Chris1882 (3/5): Poor - Location, WiFi and powerful shower. WiFi locks Ants in bedrooms, kitchen and living area. mould in bathroom, no curtains in bedrooms. Poor towels, fridge not cold. Loud shutters and lights continually shining through bedrooms.
• Missred (4/5): This apartment expensive for 5 nights,and hated the smart locking system. Not as advertised. - Washing machine not working,had to go to laundrymat. If the machine had been working there was a cloths line ouside the bedroom window but would have been difficult to access because there were bars on the windows as it was on the ground floor in a court yard surrounded by other apartments. there was a door to access the coutyard but we did not have a key and our smart lock didnt open it either.No remotre for the TV. No jug or kettle. The entry off the street and to the apartment door in and out was done on your mobile by pushing a button on the phone,but many times you had to push the button on the app repeated many times. a good old fashion keys would have been easier. It was very noisy because neighbours had their windows opened as there was 4 floors above us and the sound echoed in the small courtyard.
