They advised ALL the towels needed “special cleaning” when all I used one of the hand towels for was makeup removal which I do at home and manage to wash all my towels with ease.

• Jemma (9/5): Perfect location and beautiful space, super inviting space. Overall perfect. - Wonderful appliances, perfect location. Host was super helpful and responsive. Super clean and house was designed beautifully too.
• Marvin (10/5): Gteat stay - The constant communication between the property manager and I was fantastic. The accomodation exceeded expectations it was a wonderful stay.
• Izzy (8/5): 5mins from Convention Center - Great location. Bedroom bed was great, and had good blinds to block lots of light. Came with some cooking oil and a small plate of assorted teas, coffee, and salt and pepper packets. Even a small long-life milk in the fridge! Clean and tidy space. Hosts were very prompt and responsive to messages. The couch bed (apartment is advertised as 3-4 guests so this is the second bed), was very thin and my friend could feel every spring under her. She also noticed that the sheets appeared dirty upon arrival. The blinds in the living room were not the same light blocking ones as the bedroom and made it very difficult for her when the sun rose early in the morning. We were missing a towel for her as well (we listed as 3 guests), but the hosts were very prompt in getting us another towel and some new linens. Rangehood over stove felt very weak and we felt we needed to open the patio door to further ventilate when using the stove. We only had one set of keys for three people which was a bit tricky.

Was not quite clear where to discard garbage and how to separate the recycled/bio etc, if.
