Marina (10/5): - Очень довольны квартирой!Все есть!в пешей доступности прекрасный ресторан,магазины.И что не маловажно-рядом парковка!Квартира чистая,светлая,с потрясающей положительной энергетикой.По приезду в холодильнике нас ждал сюрприз от хозяина пиво и вода.Чай,кофе,сухие завтраки…В следующий раз обязательно вернемся только сюда!

Отдельно стоит отметить уголок для детей, а именно игры, конструктор, очень понравилось ребёнку. Немного душновато было спать, окно было открытой при этом

Guest (9/5): Good option if you need a parking space. - Clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and access the parking space. Having allocated parking space across the road from the apartment was great Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer were provided. Water and beer in fridge on arrival were nice touch. Bed was against the wall so only one side was accessible.

Anid (8/5): Příjemné ubytování blízko centra - V apartmánu jsme se ubytovali již podruhé, lokalita je v docházkové blízkosti do centra, dům je klidný. Apartmán je čistý a příjemný, na uvítanou jsou v lednici navíc nápoje, což je opravdu milé. K dispozici je i pračka. Po příjezdu jsme řešili připojení TV, majitel komunikoval vstřícně a ochotně, takže se vše vyřešilo rychle. Jen pár drobností: v koupelně byl k dispozici pouze pánský sprchový gel a na 3 noci pro 3 osoby bych navýšila množství toaletního papíru. Žaluzie na okně nezatemňují dostatečně, je dobré počítat s tím, že někoho může budit světlo.

Evelin (10/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen volt, közel volt mindenhez. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, mikor bénáztunk a kódokkal bejutásnál rögtön segített. Az ágyak kényelmesek, az apartman jól felszerelt volt, bekészítve várt minket sör és ásványvíz. És pipere holmik is voltak. Nem volt ilyen.

The entry code provided was incorrect, and no one responded to my messages for several hours. Additionally, the elevator only starts from the first floor, so you must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach it.

Anid (8/5): Příjemné ubytování blízko centra - Příjemné, čisté ubytování blízko centra. Janáčkovo divadlo jen pár minut chůze. Ačkoliv je za rohem hlavní ulice, vůbec k nám nedolehl hluk. Dům byl tichý. Milé překvapení byly připravené nápoje v ledničce. Komunikace s majitelem probíhala rychle a bez problémů.

Gaynor (10/5): Lovely place for a short stay in Brno - The apartment was really well-equipped & had everything we needed for a one night stay. Beers & waters were a nice touch, as was great provision of coffee (espresso machine), tea/hot chocolate, milk for drinks & cereal. Cot bed was provided too, which we needed. In the bathroom there were toiletries, and clothes washing facilities and cleaning items. All our communications were personable & clear. They accommodated an early check-in which was helpful. It was a short walk into the centre of Brno, and there was a nice cafe very close by. Parking was great. All positive. Would use again if in Brno. Thanks. N/a

Gabriela (9/5): Príjemný apartmán v dobrej lokalite - Vynikajúca lokalita, skvele vybavený apartmán a dokonalá čistota. Pre hostí je pripravené malé občerstvenie, ovocie a nápoje . Ocenili sme naozaj veľmi detailné inštrukcie ohľadom vstupu, parkovania aj kódov. Ďakujeme. Tienenie na oknách by mohlo byť tmavšie. A bohužiaľ, ako je to mestách typické, z dvora je pomerne veľký hluk od skorého rána. Ale za to majitelia nemôžu. Pri zavretých oknách je to znesiteľné.

До центра 5 минут пешком. Пиво, вода и кофе были как всегда в номере В этом номере не было смарт TV, были только местные каналы. Обещали добавить к следующему приезду

I came in thirsty and realized i had forgot my tootbrush on my way to Brno and luckily everything was waiting for me in the flat. Water and unpacked toothbrushes Everything was fine. Maybe some better curtains for closing the light completely

Agata67 (10/5): - Obiekt położony w bardzo dogodnym miejscu - blisko parku, starego miasta i willi Tugendhatów. Wewnątrz wszystko co potrzebne, nawet miski i niespodzianka dla psa. Dla ludzi z kolei butelkowana woda, piwo w lodówce, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki i wybór herbat. Apartament chociaż mały wyjątkowo wygodny. Podzielony na dwie części - wejściową z wieszakiem, lustrem i pojemną szafą oraz wypoczynkowo-sypialną. W nocy cisza i spokój. Jest także maleńka winda, kursująca co prawda od pierwszego piętra, ale i tak się przydała. Bardzo dziękujemy, było wspaniale. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Jarmila (9/5): - Byt byl čistý a velmi útulný. Bylo v něm naprosto vše, i to co jsme nečekali. Nadstandardní vybavení kuchyně i koupelny. Úžasně blízko k Janáčkovu divadlu a v podstatě i v docházkové vzdálenosti k vlaku. Pro dva úplně dostačující, třetí dospělý by měl asi problém s velikostí přistýlky. Děkujeme.

W toalecie wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas krótkiego pobytu, nawet szczoteczka do zębów , gdyby ktoś zapomniał😉 Gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim, nawet o zimnym piwku w lodówce. Karla (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - The apartment is in a perfect location. You can walk to the main train station and bus station. It is also close to the city centre. There is a small food store in the same building, just down the stairs. The host was really kind and answered all questions I had.

Very well equipped, it had all the toiletries and kitchen basics we could need and more. On the day of arrival there was a slight leftover animal smell, but can be expected as they can accommodate pets.
