• Niels Majland Jørgensen (7/5): - Meget centralt liggende hotel. Det lå dog i en baggård/-gade, hvorfor der næppe er så meget lys med mindre man som os fik værelset på øverste (8.) etage. Værelset havde alt vi skulle bruge, men aircondition var noget underdimensioneret, men kunne akkurat levere ca. 23 grader. Værelset var meget billgt, så man får absolut noget for pengene! Receptionisten virkede meget træt og uengageret, men udfyldte dog opgaven

• Sandrine (5/5): Accueil désastreux - L'accueil désastreux la personne ne trouvait pas ma réservation elle téléphonait et ne nous disait rien on a attendu plus d'un quart d'heure avant qu'elle nous informe qu'elle allait "cheker"la chambre !!!pour finir par nous donner une chambre qui n'était pas celle réservée(plus petite mais correcte).Le lendemain personne à l'accueil lors de notre sortie et à 12h quand nous sommes venus rendre la chambre et sortir nos bagages seul le personnel de nettoyage nous à informé que nous pouvions laisser nos bagages jusqu'à 17h heure lorsque nous sommes venus les récupérer j'ai demandé à aller aux toilettes la même personne de l'accueil m'a dit que cela n'était pas possible !!! Quel service !!...déplorable accueil.

• David DE VOS (5/5): Lack of customer service - Not much, sorry Unfortunately, I quickly realized, the young staff was not having a good day, and didn't like working there, I felt. It is not my style to give negative review but there was ZERO customer service. Nobody to welcome me when I arrived around 8pm. Had to wait like 20mns until she eventually showed up, not smiling and not really wanting to assist. The morning after, she was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby when I went out to walk around the lake and when I came back around 9am to check out, she was still sleeping and I had to ask her to get up (!) to give me a receipt for my 1 night....whereas her face made me think I was bothering her more than anything else... I hv been coming to Hanoi for the last 30 years and it was by far, my worse experience. The room was alright, clean, even though there were no towels. She gave me instead hand towels...

• Alessia (6/5): Soggiorno deludente. - Posizione :di fronte al lago , a qualche minuto a piedi dall’Old Quarter . Il letto ( erano due singoli attaccati per nostra scelta ) molto comodo e spazioso , più che due letti singoli sembravano due letti alla francese attaccati ! Comodissimo . Camera accogliente ed elegante Struttura deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Per avere l’acqua calda bisogna attendere almeno 10 minuti tra una doccia e l’altra, e in ogni caso dura pochissimo. La stanza bella ma non pulita: ragnatele nel muro che risultava sopra il letto, pavimento e comodini pieni di polvere, presenza di muffa nel bagno, in particolare sopra la doccia. Le istruzioni fornite dalla reception sono state poco chiare. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni per il problema dell’acqua calda, ho ricevuto risposta solo il giorno successivo, invitandomi a consultare indicazioni su Booking che in realtà non ho mai ricevuto. Solo al quarto giorno, praticamente il giorno prima della partenza, mi sono state inviate le istruzioni, che consistevano semplicemente nell’attendere 10 minuti. Viene fornito un numero WhatsApp per contattare la reception, ma le risposte non arrivano , se arrivano sono molto lente( giorni dopo) Infine, durante il soggiorno erano in corso lavori proprio nel muro di fronte all’hotel, che risultava più o meno di fronte alla nostra stanza :tra smerigli, martelli e rumori continui, dalle 7:00/7:30 del mattino era impossibile continuare a riposare.

• michael (4/5): Schönes kleines Hotel, leider mit extremen Baulärm :-( - Lage , Design , Größere der Zimmer und Badezimmer, Ausstattung. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind ok. Es ist aber etwas schwer zu finden. Der Eingang befindet sich in zweiter Reihe ( man muss durch einen schmalen Durchgang-der als Rollerparkplatz benutzt wird- ,dann um die Ecke usw) und ist von der Straße aus nicht ersichtlich . Bei meinem Aufenthalt war ab 7.30 Uhr an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Durch die angrenzende Baustelle, war bis zum Checkout , ununterbrochen extrem lauter Lärm vom Presslufthammer, Winkelschleifer usw zu höheren . Daher kann ich das Hotel aktuell nicht empfehlen.

• Looks2002 (8/5): Готель з гарним розташуванням, але завчасно дізнайтесь, як знайти - Заселення відбовалось в ночі. Проблем не було. Оплата в готівці вигідніша, оскільки за розрахунок карткою додатково беруть 3%. Нас про це попередили і запропонували компроміс - оплата на наступний день, щою ми поміняли свої Долари. При виселенні ми спокійно домовились залишити до вечора свої валізи на рецепції. Нажаль в готелі проблеми з водою. Якщо прокинешся в 6 ранку, то одна людина може спокійно прийняти душ. На другу людину води не вистачить. А коли ми прокинулись в 8, горячої води не було взагалі.

• Nguyen Quang Nhat (1/5): Tệ - Phòng đẹp, gần trung tâm, nhân viên dọn phòng rất lịch sự chu đáo Lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp, k có nghiệp vụ. Không quan tâm đến khách hàng. Cụ thể là mình book phòng có 2 giường riêng giành cho gia đình, sau đó mình checkin và nhận được 1 phòng khác so với hình ảnh mô tả( 2 giường ghép vào nhau ) trên booking.giải thích của nhân viên là hình ảnh được xáo trộn và có thể mình đã book nhầm :)). Mình yêu cầu nhân viên lễ tân check lại và đổi phòng đúng như hình cho mình. Vì mình check in sớm nên nhận được một phòng khác. Sau khi hết thời gian check in sớm, mình k nhận được bất kì một động thái của nhân viên lễ tân về việc đổi phòng như mình đã đặt. Cực kì tệ hại, nếu mình là chủ của khách sạn này mình sẽ cho bạn nhân viên này nghỉ việc bởi vì nó làm ảnh hưởng đến danh tiếng và uy tín của khách sạn, không thể vì một cá nhân mà ảnh hưởng đến việc chung.

• martin (8/5): Quiet, hidden gem with styled flair - Hidden down an alleyway in the centre of the city with a large new hotel in front of it is this little peaceful gem in a city that doesn't sleep and packed with noise it was an absolute sanctuary. Beautifully styled and well appointed room complete with a freestanding bathtub and generous balcony to room #801 this is the perfect hideaway to retreat to. The room was clean and well presented (the walls could use a little'touchup' from the wear and tear of guests but given the cheap price and the lovely decor/finish of the hotel i am willing to accept and think its great value for money. Hidden away down an alleyway, and had I not previously read the reviews iwould not have found it as there are no signs in the street surrounding indicating its location. The staff member (singular) was asleep on the couch when we arrived, when we went out and later returned and when we checked out - but in their defence they where there the duration of our stay alone as far as I am aware. The lock on the balcony door was broken so it didn't/couldn't be locked i notified the ataff member of this so hopefully it is remedied before the next guest?
• Non (6/5): Decoration and Rooms are stylish. Location is located at heart of Hanoi next to Old Quarter. Way to hotel is compromised - Decoration and Room are stylish. This hotel resemble European style in decoration. 1) Staffs are not quite professional. They did know we’re coming. We check-in at 4PM. Rooms aren’t finished. We have to wait for few hours for the room to get done. 2) Cleaning Staff didn’t put their effort into their job. They only changes what we see as major things such as bed sheet, towel. But for in-detail locations such as swiping the floor, swiping the table or change new toiletries didn’t change. Previous guests are still there. Also, the most importantly, the bath zone is slip. It may cause an accident. 3) Lobby is dusted. Consisting of lobby un-belonging items. Guest felt like this Lobby is not welcome them.

C’era tutto quello che serviva per beauty e igiene personale Letto comodissimo Hotel silenziosissimo! Posizione eccezionale, di fatto fronte lago. All’ingresso della strada può non ispirare fiducia ma fidatevi e imboccate la strada, tolto l’ingresso è un bellissimo hotel. Manca solo la colazione, ma è letteralmente circondato da coffe e pasticcerie. Direi che è un ottimo compromesso.

• Kristina (7/5): Habitación bonita pero muy ruidosa - Habitación amplia y bonita He leído muchos comentarios de que estaban sucios a las habitaciones, en nuestro caso todo estaba impecable. La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del lago y a 5 min del casco viejo Muy ruidoso, tienen unas obras en frente del hotel. No paran ni siquiera el día de la Navidad, que es cuando nos alojamos. La habitación es oscura ya que las ventanas salen a un patio interior donde además se hacen las obras. No tienen desayunos tampoco cafetería dentro del hotel. Tampoco tienen servicio de lavandería La entrada al hotel es muy escondida y difícil de encontrar. Creo que el precio es demasiado alto para lo que es el hotel en sí.
• Hannah (8/5): Comfortable stay in great location - Good location - it’s set back from the road so you have to walk down an alleyway but this was fine. The bed was also comfy. It’s also easy to reach the main attractions and isn’t far from The Note Cafe and right next to Hoan Kiem lake.

• zainab (9/5): Great stay - We had a great stay at sword lake, nice small hotel so not lots of people staying at one time. Conveniently located near the bustle of old quarter but far enough to not have too much overcrowded-ness. We were also greeted with a bouquet as it was my sisters birthday - very thoughtful and kind. Alex was a great support helping us out, from proving local recommendations to helping us with translating etc. we wish Alex all the best! Construction noises outside but that is no fault of the hotel.

Mình tới lúc nhà bên cạnh đang sửa nên khoang đục và rất ồn. Bạn chủ dễ thương nhiệt tình nhưng bạn lễ tân nữ thì rất ì ạch và không hỗ trợ khách nhiều, chậm chậm và thường bấm điện thoại; rất không hiệu quả

• Lucas (5/5): - La chambre est belle et l'hôtel est bien situé. Au moment de prendre notre douche, nous avons sérieusement eu 2 minutes d'eau chaude au total. Même le lendemain, il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau chaude. C'est inadmissible. Il y a des travaux à partir de 7h30 le matin mais nous avions été prévenus par la réceptionniste la veille. Cette même réceptionniste doit se faire exploiter car elle vous accueille à 17h, dort sur le canapé de l'accueil à 23h quand vous rentrez et est toujours là à 8h quand vous partez. On se sent mal à l'aise. L'hôtel est difficile à trouver. Il est au bout d'une ruelle mais vous n'avez pas d'indication sur la rue principale.

• Thy (2/5): Regretted that this hotel let us down and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. - Nothing to like didn't like the location, hotel was inside the small alley and hard to find, the room was dirty and spiders were crawling around the walls. As you walk into the hotel you can smell mouldy and uncomfortable deodorant. We have to call a few times to the hotel staff phone number though the written note, waited 15 -25 minutes for the staff to come back and check us in, we can smell the alcohol and look like the staff have a few drinks.

• Céline (9/5): - What a beautiful room very nice decorated. Great location just in front of the lake and so close from Cathedral and old Quarter,I enjoy the area way better then being inside busy old quarter. Great service, the woman at the reception provide full information. Very clean and equipped. No noise as the hotel is a bit behind main street. Nothing, all good . Just 1 remark to improve. There should be a sign showing the way to the hotel from the main street, so to insure taxis drop guests off at the correct location. I find directly the hotel but would have been nice to have sign 😄
