• Maya (6/5): As basic as it gets, but does the job. - The property is very bog standard. Great value for money. 15 minutes uber ride from the o2. Good communication from owner - very useful having a code instead of keys. Towels provided. Near a few takeaways/corner shops. Great simple place to stay if you’re in a pinch. The double room literally just has a bed and bedside tables. The shared bathroom isn’t super modern/clean but does the job. I’d definitely recommend sliders if you are planning on showering. The bed is extremely hard and the room gets very hot in the evening. The property is extremely loud at nights, you can hear everything through the walls. The area is very loud at nights - constant sirens. The area itself doesn’t feel the most safe - I wouldn’t recommend going out in the evenings as a female by yourself as we got catcalled a lot. Get an uber if possible instead of walking to/from tube.

• Aneta (5/5): Jak na bazę wypadową do Londynu było okej, ale następnym razem pewnie wzięłybyśmy coś bliżej centrum - - Przystanki autobusowe blisko, autobusami można dojechać do centrum Londynu - Wejście do budynku i pokoju na kod - wygodne - Pokój 4-osobowy okej jak na wypad na kilka dni, gdzie większość czasu i tak byłyśmy poza pokojem, łóżko wygodne - Wspólna kuchnia na parterze: lodówka, naczynia, piekarnik, toster, mikrofala - Niedaleko sklep Iceland - Nie dało się zamykać drzwi do pokoju tak żeby nie trzaskały, co mogło przeszkadzać innym - Kontakt przez booking. Spytaliśmy o suszarkę i adaptery czy są, był brak odpowiedzi więc wzięłyśmy swoje i okazało się, że dostałyśmy do pokoju i niepotrzebnie brałyśmy, ale nie było informacji. - Niezbyt czysto w pokoju i w kuchni. 1 czajnik nie działał, drugi był niezbyt czysty. Blachy do piekarnika były niezbyt czyste więc piekłyśmy wszystko na własnym papierze do pieczenia

• María José (7/5): You get what you pay for - You get what you pay for, it's a nice place with all types of transport connections, the other guests were respectful with the quiet times. I found blood in the duvet and the tub was broken, the bed was not the most comfortable, but I understand that is a low cost experience. Only the cleaning of the space will make it improve so much.

• Mackenzie (10/5): - Clean rooms and quiet location. Host was friendly and there was everything you need available. Great budget stay with connections straight into central. The bathroom is shared of course, but there were no issues with running into other guests!
• Solomon (1/5): - Price was good, but i couldn't stay in the room The room had extensive mould to the ceiling of the bathroom and some mould to the bedroom ceiling. There was no fixed heating but only a small portable heater especially when temperatures were expected to be sub zero. Broken clothes hanger. I had to leave the room on advise from booking after reviewing photos ,as the providers neither responded to me nor to them. Couldn't get a refund so lost on all counts. Till this date they haven't responded. No room should be let out in such a condition.

• Joel (6/5): If you need somewhere cheap to put down your head down, ideal for that purpose. - Great Location, walking distance to work. Fantastic price as well, much cheaper than communting in. Tissue paper use as "privacy" blocker on the bedroom door. Lock on the front door was a bit "loose" but still secure so no worries
• Jean-Christophe (1/5): A fuir absolument - rien Nous y avons passé une nuit, et avons quitté ce lieu le lendemain matin pour ne plus y revenir. Le lieu est insalubre. Il y de la saleté et de nombreuses moisissures inadaptées pour la santé (murs, fenêtres, plafond...) . Il y a tellement de moisissures sur les murs de la douche qu'on n'ose pas s'y laver. De l'eau coulait de la toilette. La cuisine est dans un état de crasse qui la rend inutilisable, sans même un torchon propre pour essuyer la vaisselle et les mains. Il y avait des bandages usagés sur le plan de travail... Radiateur hors d'usage, donc petit chauffage d'appoint pour chauffer la pièce (heureusement très petite pour le coup). Lieu également très bruyant, sirènes d'ambulance toute la nuit. J'ai contacté le propriétaire, mais mon mail et mon appel sont restés sans réponse. J'ai contacté le service client de Booking, mais ils se déchargent du problème.

• Oliver (10/5): Great value for money right next to Canary wharf - Great value for money over the Xmas break. This is an HMO with a kitchen that we used to eat a takeaway one night. You couldn't do that in a travel lodge!

• Laura (1/5): Siffiges Biotop! - Es gab einen Kleiderschrank Das Badezimmer, abgesehen von der Micro Größe, kann man nicht Badezimmer nennen. Es war einem Biotop gleich! Biologen würden sich über die unterschiedlichen Anzahl an Schimmelsorten erfreuen, die die Decke und Wände zierte! Überall tropfte es, alles voll gekalkt, ein bisschen wäre nicht schlimm, aber das sind schon Zentimeter Schichten. Man kann vor Siff gar nicht erkennen, ob es überhaupt sauber gemacht wurde! Sorry! Aber das so etwas überhaupt erlaubt ist zu vermieten! Das ist schon gesundheitsschädlich! Hätten wir irgendwo eine andere Unterkunft bekommen, (wir waren zu dritt, da ist es spontan in London nicht mehr bezahlbar) wären wir sofort wieder raus. Absolut eckelhaft! Wir haben dort keine Sekunde länger als nötig verbracht!

• Nelsky (8/5): - We have stayed here 3 times. It is a very good price and location for the O2: arena. It is a budget hotel, and the facilities are budget - just remember it is budget and you will be fine. Bathroom is clean, bedding is clean. If you don't require room facilities and just need a place to sleep and keep your stuff... It's a no brainer, and we will book again next time I'm at the O2 for sure. The building is dated and creaky, but it's clean, no bugs, never been bitten, no bad odours, no intrusive staff, never needed to wait long for the bathroom, always toilet paper, towels are provided. Never had intolerable noise issues from the building (nor any people). The world is expensive, and this place is safe and clean and very affordable. There are places to get food and drinks nearby, and it is very close to 2 tribe stations. Thank you The door handles have been changed and need permanently filling, I'm sure the owners are planning on doing this already. There is some protective blue plastic stuff in the room... that makes the room seem untidy, which is a shame because it is not at all.... even under the beds are spotless (I dropped my ear buds). Not a deal breaker, just small tweaks to elevate the place. I am still Planning to stay again.

• Laura (5/5): Buscábamos algo barato y lo hemos encontrado, aunque creo que podrían mejorar varias cosas - El alojamiento estaba bien, era silencioso dentro de la casa, para entrar y todo bien, toallas limpias y sábanas también Nos encontramos la puerta abierta un día, la ventana no cerraba y entraba frío aparte del ruido, le podía faltar limpieza sobre todo en el baño, trisca el suelo y mucho. La luz del baño no iba del todo bien.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay with a warm atmosphere and great value for London. comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great London location.

• Lee (5/5): Convenient location and accommodated three people in several rooms. - Wrong room allocated on arrival, had booked the ground floor as disabled and had been assured in writing that our room was on the ground floor. Allocated 3rd floor. Fortunately we arrived at exactly the same time as the group that had been allocated the ground floor room we were expecting. A quick phone call and we were all swapped and given new door codes. The en-suite toilet/shower room was dreadful ! Constant smell of urine, very small room, grubby, concertina shower door wouldn’t open properly so it was extremely difficult to get in it.
• Edina Augustina (6/5): - Все было хорошо, было легко заехать и выехать, единственное что в туалете в комнате был небольшой запах канализации, но..мы живём в Англии, здесь можно это понять Единственный момент не понравился, что когда я обсуждала время выезда заранее, я надеялась что меня не будут тревожить, ибо я просила выехать в 12, хозяин подтвердил что можно. Но уборщик с утра пришел уже а 10:30 говорить что съезжать, когда я сказала что у меня договорено время он сказал что слишком поздно, но объяснив все он согласился и ждал когда я уеду. Мне не понравилось, что он не был уведомлен об этом.

The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation and the convenient location near Canary Wharf, which makes it easy to reach the city centre by DLR or the Elizabeth Line. The staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help — even when a small issue with the door lock arose, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay in London.
• susan (5/5): Sirens galore! - The beds were comfortable The sirens from the emergency services going 24/7, my daughter didnt fall asleep till tge early hours also being in the room next to the toilet wasnt great as the door was getting constantly banged shut and the light was getting left on permanently and although there was a lock on the door of our room we had no door handle and tissue or possibly paper shoved in the hole where it should have been , bloke that came as we were leaving seemed nice enough though , not sure if he was the owner but he asked me to leave a good review , ive been brought up not to lie though so have left an honest review, apologies
• Vasco (7/5): Great for a solo or couple short stay, expect only the basic. - Nice for solo or couple travelers. Walking distance from DLR lines. It was pretty clean. Having a fan and a heater in the room was nice. The locking mechanism is a bit annoying (since its a mechanic numpad). The room could really use a chair and a table. The bathroom could also use a table or shelf. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so the room was constantly steamy.

• Brandon (10/5): Excellent value for a private room and bed - Especially for the price, it's very nice. There was a heater in the room, or perhaps a stand AC which I didn't use. A closet, bed and nightstand. All the doors have a keypad lock. The kitchen had a stove, fridge and kettle but I didn't use the kitchen. For me, the bed was comfortable and it wasn't cold inside (outside was about 10c). If you just need a private room, a bed and place to shower, it's a good option. I saw the owner every morning cleaning up the rooms after people left and it wasn't particularly loud, other than the street sounds. It's pretty close to the DLR. I'll definitely stay here again. It is a shared bathroom, so sometimes I had to wait in the morning to shower, but there's only about 6 rooms I believe so it's not overcrowded. It was clean.
• Daniel (10/5): Perfect spot for an O2 concert - I stayed at All Saints Room for a concert at the O2 Arena and it was perfect! The location couldn’t have been better: super close and very convenient to get there. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected for the price. Everything went smoothly, and overall it was great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again for another event at the O2 The only small issue was that the keypad for the entry code was a bit tricky, some buttons didn’t respond right away, so it took a couple of tries to get in. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all

• Lee (7/5): Clean but basic. - Beds were comfortable. Room was light and airy. Bedding was clean and fresh. Next time will book an en suite room for convenience. Booked late so had no choice. Door handle was faulty but showed it to the manager and he assured me he will get it fixed. No mirror of any sort in the room. So communal bathroom got tied up while the ladies did their hair and make up. No tv for my usual morning catch up with the news.

Wszystko co trzeba było, kuchnia wyposażona, czajnik, lodówka, talerze, kubki, garnki, sztućce...a nawet pralka i mikrofala i toster. Łazienka spoko - ważne, że ciepła woda była. Generalnie blisko do centrum Londynu. Wokół sklepy spożywcze. Tanie bary z jedzeniem. Tuż obok przystanki autobusowe. Jeśli zawitamy do Londynu na pewno wybiorę tą miejscówkę kolejny raz. Brak w pokoju choćby małego stolika i krzesełka, czy nie wielkiego lusterka na ścianie

Floor board are very creaky, we was on the 1st floor this stay and the room above us was walking around until midnight which kept us awake.

• Daniel (5/5): - Great location. Near the bus and train. No WiFi, despite it being indicated. As a first time visitor to London, with no local telephone 📱 line, this was very difficult for me. Attempts to reach out to the property manager failed, he/she was online but never responded to WhatsApp calls or texts and even messages on this app. Property needs some TLC.
• EricaZ (6/5): Soggiorno di 4 giorni. - La stanza seppur piccolina era accogliente !! Bagno privato con doccia, pulito. Qualche miglioria necessaria. I letti e i cuscini erano morbidi e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Cucina disponibile. La posizione è buona, vicina al centro. Molte le fermate di autobus a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Possibilità a 5 minuti di prendere la overground e la DLR. Il pavimento era di legno e camminando faceva rumore.

• MR_Mahlow (7/5): Guter Schlafplatz in der Nähe der Canary Wharf - Zentrale Lage, ausreichend Platz für die Familie. ÖPNV in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine großzügigen Küche stand allen Airbnb-Nutzern zur Verfügung. Das Tür-Code System ermöglicht den Zutritt zum Haus und zu den Zimmern ohne Schlüssel. Die Küche war sauber, während unseres Aufenthalts wurde einmal gereinigt. Nur eines unserer beiden Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Die Dusche war extrem klein, der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig, und leider gab es Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Badewanne im Gemeinschaftsbad auf der ersten Etage war in erbärmlichem Zustand. Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn.

• Md (3/5): Put Notice everywhere to Keep noises down, STOP BANGING NOISES OR SLUM DOORS, Don’t speak loudly Respectful to other gue - Bed was ok comfy , Kichen facilities good I was staying on ground floor flat E,I’m very unhappy and angry couldn’t sleep good woken many times shaken at night and early morning by banging noises slamming doors inside the flat by other guests upstairs and downstairs and walking in room upstairs and stairs like Zombies making unnecessary noises ,speaking loudly in kitchen and upstairs till early morning 5/6am 😡 there should be signs /posters /notices in the flat everywhere asking guests not to disturb anyone keep noises down and Don’t slum doors or speak loudly and DON’t Slum doors upstairs downstairs or bang main door consider someone could be sleeping , stuff needed to reply more quickly when needed information about place , taking them 3/4 days to reply emails Not acceptable when making bookings . STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO PROPERTY NOTICES SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE IN THE FLAT NO BANGING OR SLUM DOORS NO DISTURBANCE KEEP YOUR NOISES DOWN !! RESPECT OTHERS Very important issues needed to sort out asap! because I’m Not sure if I’m booking again if it’s like this ! Very bad experience we had ! So Angry 😡

• Abi (3/5): This property was unclean and quite frankly a safety risk!! - i liked how close it was to the venue we were heading to. • the bedding was stained and had hair on it • the carpet was sticky and the bin had not been changed • staff were unwelcoming and weren’t on the site • moudly bathroom, which is a health and safety risk ( i am someone with asthma so it effected that • lack of organisation by the staff • multiple fire alarma were broken / not attached / falling off • not at all worth the price paid for it!!!
