• jean (9/5): Séjour agréable - Petite maison canarienne très agréable avec une très belle vue sur Teror Bon accueil du propriétaire avec une petite attention :une bouteille de vin. Route accès très étroite, bruit de la pompe eau un peu gênant la nuit
• George (9/5): - Great location and views over Teror and Las Palmas. Shame the weather didn't warrant use of the pool. Only negative is the house was cold on the whole, and the hot water for showers gets used up quickly. But the Canarian weather would normally mean this isn't an issue (we arrived after walking in the rain). Definitely wouldn't stop us from returning.
• Patricia (7/5): - Las vistas, la piscina y la casa en sí. El acceso es complejo. Es una casa fría para ir en invierno. Había calefactores, que hacían su función, pero había que tenerlos 24h funcionando. Para verano es un sitio muy bueno.

Gal vienintelis daiktas, kurio pasigedau, tai - plaukų džiovintuvas 😀 Jo nebuvo. Tačiau tai tikrai nesugadino viešnagės. Kartočiau vėl ir vėl.
• Alison (6/5): Un cadre idylique avec des déceptions - L’environnement extérieur La vue La piscine Les équipements de la cuisine, de la salle de jeux La salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée (photo non contractuelle sur la présentation de l’établissement) et c’est superbe L’accueil par Saùl Maison absolument pas adaptée à recevoir du public en hiver, les maisons ne sont pas dotés de chauffage, au vu du beau temps et des températures sur les autres saisons Il faisait 10degrès dans la maison à 18h, impossible de mettre nos pieds au sol tellement il était froid, nous avons garder les chaussures et les manteaux. J’ai averti Saùl, que nous n’avions pas le choix que de partir pour ne pas tomber malade. Nous avons donc demandé une contribution, car le logement n’était pas remboursable ni annulable. Cela faisait 2h que nous étions dans le logement, nous n’avons touché à rien exprès, au cas où qu’on puisse partir. Notre demande a été refusée, en nous expliquant que nous avions des couvertures et des chauffages d’appoints si besoin… (photos) qui clairement n’étaient pas suffisants au vu du froid, notamment en début de soirée quand il faisait 8 degrés dans la maison. Nous nous sommes senti complètement dépourvus et seuls. Nous sommes parti après une nuit de froid horrible. Le lit de la chambre n’est pas un lit double : il y a deux lits jumeaux collés, pas très confortables. L’accessibilité à la maison est assez difficile, et pas adaptée à certains véhicules : prévoir une petite voiture avec un gros moteur, la montée est si impressionnante

• David (10/5): - Casa Aya is a picturesque home oozing with charm. It is spacious and well equipped. It has outdoor and indoor play areas; the private pool is naturally a huge plus (provided the weather is good enough!) Special mention to Saul, who welcomed us in such a friendly manner we will probably visit again if we ever go back to Gran Canaria! The location is both an asset and a drawback: the house being built on the heights of the city, it offers a gorgeous view on Teror and its surroundings. It is also a few metres away from a beautiful natural park. The downside is precisely its height: the streets leading to the house are pretty steep and narrow (something an inexperienced driver could find problematic), and walking back from the town centre does demand a little effort.

• Javier (10/5): Worth every penny - The location was amazing, with incredible views of the valley all the way to Las Palmas and the Atlantic in the background. Saul was a fantastic host. Excellent communication to meet us and hand over the keys as well as going over the property details with us. Spotless home. I can’t say a single thing I did not like

• Krzeminska (9/5): Superb - Big apartment with bedroom, bathroome, kitchen and sitting roome amazing view on the top of the Teror, you can see Las Palmas from there. It is on the top of Teror and road to get there is challenging. When it is no raining you can go for walk to the park it is just out of the door. Very quick respond from owner ,littery after booking we get a message on what's up. Great service.
• Liubov (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in Teror, offering a superbly comfortable and clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Nearby, there's a beautiful park or forest adorned with Canarian pine trees and other lush vegetation. The highlight of the property is its inviting swimming pool, providing guests with a picturesque view of the surroundings. Accessing the house by car is convenient, although a small portion of the driveway inclined sharply upward, which posed no issue for me. Alternatively, it's just a pleasant 5-minute walk from the parking area. Overall, it's a wonderful retreat amidst nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
• Nick (9/5): A fab stay in the hills above Teror - Great views from the pool. The owner was friendly along with his nephew (who spoke English and showed us around). Lots of information WhatsApp'd to us after we arrived about the local area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Quite an old building with lots of character, high ceilings and exposed rock built walls. WiFi was easy to connect to and a very good speed. The owner gave us a cd of his music when we left, plus they provided water, a bottle of wine, coffee pods and other bits for us to use during our stay which was really nice. The town was well equipped with many shops, restaurants, cafes and not too far to walk to, the hill is quite steep though so a level of fitness is required. The shower was a little weak. Some form of seating or sunbeds on the roof terrace would be amazing as it's great up there but nowhere to sit/lay down.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - The host (Saúl) along with the home owner, made sure to give us a warm welcome, provided us with coffee, and gave us a lovely tour around the property. Great getaway for a couple or family. Scenic view of Terror next to a pool. Parking was also made available and close to a footpath shortcut for a visit into the town. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. -

• Guertler (7/5): Good starting point in order to explore hiking places like Cruz de Tejeda and Artenara by bus - Stunning view above Teror. Terrace and swimming pool are the best places to enjoy the view. Bedroom had no window. Landlord provided us immediately with a dehumidifier in order to cope with the humidity.
