• Renata (10/5): Everything was excellent, great satisfaction - the accommodation is right next to a nice small beach and lots of bars and restaurants. the house is very well equipped inside, everything is clean, outside with a small pool where we could refresh ourselves after swimming in the ocean. parking right next to the house is also a big advantage. highly recommend, we had a very pleasant stay there. • L+D (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a very pleasant holiday. The house matched the description and photos, and it was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. The downstairs bedrooms were fine and had mosquito nets on the windows. Communication with Pedro was easy and smooth.

• krystel (9/5): Emplacement central et calme - L emplacement a 50 m de la plage et à proximité des commerces sans pour autant être dans l agitation de la rue principale La maison avec sa petite piscine hyper agréable La décoration et les équipements sont parfais La grande chambre à l étage avec sa propre salle de bains et ses 2 balcons dont une vue mer! Hôte charmant avec des petites attentions Un peu déçue de constater que la 2 eme chambre est en "sous-sol" du coup peu lumineuse

• Philipp (10/5): Just pefect! Everything you need - Perfect house! Clean and equipped as needed. Pedro is a very friendly host. We needed a can opener and the next day it was delivered. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Steven (10/5): We loved this house. - The house was situated fantastically for everything to do. Beach only 50mtrs from house. House was very clean as was the pool and every room was well decorated. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of utensils to use if required. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Colorjeco again. Communication was excellent with the owners and nothing was a problem. Thanks again The only thing if there was a dislike was it could do with a few more sunbeds as there is only 2 and there was 6 of us. But didn't spoil the holiday at all. As the beach is only down the road so u can rent sunbeds there for 10 euro each.

• Alice (10/5): Pedro was a great host. He sent us a list of all the popular restaurants in the area, left us nibbles and bottle wine, a - The property was everything we required. We had a bedroom each, lots of room in dining / kitchen area, perfect hot spot at the pool and perfect proximity to the beach. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect.

• Carol (9/5): Perfect Stay - We had an early flight, landed at about 11am, Pedro was kind enough to allows us to check in straight away meaning no waiting around till 3pm to check in, It was really clean and well equipped. The bedroom upstairs was big and had 2 terraces and the view from one of the terrace was fabulous, lovely place to sit and watch the sunrise with the sea in front of it. the rooms downstairs were good size and very clean, It was a 2 minute walk from the beach were there is a restaurant/bar that does really good food, you can also walk from the beach outside the house up to near enough the old town without having to go down the main strip it would be along the beach and pavements a nice walk during the day or night . The strip is a very easy walk of about 7/8 minutes with all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Pedro was great host and very helpful on any questions we had. There wasn't anything we disliked, my only observation is if you are hard of walking the house is over 3 levels, so individuals with walking difficultly may struggle climbing up and down the stairs

• Elliott (10/5): Unforgettable! - Palm Beach House is amazing! I stayed here for 5 nights with my partner. We had an early flight, landed at about 10am, Pedro was kind enough to allows us to check in immediately. This meant we didn’t need to find somewhere for our bags and wander until check in time. When we arrived the villa looked beautiful. It was really clean, well equipped and looked even better than the pictures online. The bedroom was big, the two terraces are incredible, especially the one with the sea view. The outside area is exactly what we needed, the patio furniture and the pool were perfect! There was a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, hairdryer, mini coffee machine, beach towels for us to use, everything we could need. The way the house is decorated is beautiful, lovely touches throughout. It’s was a 2 minute walk to the beach at most, it’s pretty much on the doorstep. There is a supermarket about 10 mins walk away, the strip is the same distance away. The location really is ideal. Pedro was the perfect host, he gave us easy to follow instructions to check in and gave us some restaurant recommendations. He was there for whatever we needed. We had an evening return flight, he was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the property and pick them up when we were ready to head to the airport. We hadn’t had a hot/summer holiday in quite a while and looked at lots of different places, Palm Beach House looked the best so we chose it. Even though we had looked extensively at the pictures and Fuerteventura we still weren’t prepared for just how perfect it was. The Island and the house combined Pedro’s hospitality, kindness and flexibility made this trip more than we could’ve ever hoped for. It was all perfect!

Can't wait to return - The apartment was a beautiful space, the hosts were so accomodating with restaurant recommendations and taxi information for the airport, location was perfect close to everything yet quiet. • Helen (10/5): Fantastic house in a perfect location! - Perfect location, 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minute walk to centre of town but very peaceful. Only criticism (if we had to find one) would be the kitchen area is small with a lack of plug sockets for appliances) but it didn’t spoil our stay and we would return.
• David (8/5): A really enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider returning. - Great location within a very short distance of the beach and short walking distance into Town. House was very clean. Tumble dryer to basement utility room. Quiet and gated development. Partial sea views from the first floor bedroom balcony. Pedro was extremely helpful and communicative with access arrangements and other queries. No dishwasher and the living room and first floor bedroom would benefit from cooling fans. Small plunge pool. Property overlooked at rear. Could do with extra power points next to kitchen worktop.
• Fabienne (10/5): Highly recommended location!!! - The location is only a few steps away from the beach. It's very close to the center as well (where you can find all you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc.). The flat has a very nice and modern decoration, all the needed accommodation and accessories, it corresponds in all the points to the pictures. The host is adorable and very reactive, even pro-active! Thank you Pedro for this wonderful stay, we hope to be able to come back soon!

We stayed at very short notice and Pedro (host) couldn’t have been better, made us feel so welcome and really pulled out the stops, simply fabulous!
