• Ketsia (9/5): Fabulous stay! - The hotel is very clean, I loved the design, they have great cocktails at the restaurant! Breakfast was tasty and with lots of varieties. They literally have everything that you need for an amazing stay! I enjoyed the pool, the sauna, hammam and the gym space. (The team at the spa was super welcoming!) For me they should at least have 4 stars! Notthing major, but maybe that some of the people at the reception could be more welcoming (smile...) I was also annoyed that there wasn't an iron, even thought they had a laundry service, but I still think that it would be nicer to give clients both options. It would also be great to have bathrobes! But those points don't change the fact that I had a great time there!

• Md Kamruz (6/5): over all my all guests enjoyed location specially near to the Konyaalti beach. - Though this booking was not for me as I stayed at Ramada with my family. I booked this hotel for my friends who attended my son's wedding. I got positive review from them in terms of breakfast and location. My friends expressed their opinion in terms of the rating and the facilities of the hotel, charges are high.
• Elizaveta (10/5): Great location and peaceful environment - The hotel was better in terms of equipment, confort and localisation than we thought. One can see that it’s new and well-maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious with everything needed in it. The personnel is very nice and generous. They had a better room available so they upgraded our room as a gift from the hotel. It made our stay even better. Gym, hamam and pool are in free use for guests which is amazing. The pool area is very beautiful, peaceful with great music. The location of the hotel is also perfect: just 5 mins from the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. There is no parking as it is mentioned on booking but there are a lot of places around the hotel where you can leave your car. We really enjoyed the stay and were sad that it was only for one day!

• jasmine (5/5): - La chambre était belle et propre. Le personnel était agréable. L’hôtel était très bien placé , il est proche de la plage et de nombreux cafés et restaurants très bon. Le personnelle d’entretien était t’es gentil Nous avons passé la totalité de notre séjour sans climatisation bien que nous l’ayons réclamé à plusieurs reprises au près du personnel. C’était apparemment pas possible d’en avoir. Et étant donner que l’hôtel était très proche de la plage il y fessait très humide la nuit . Nous étions donc obliger d’ouvrir grand les fenêtre mais en contre partie nous étions dérangé dans notre sommeil par les bruit extérieurs. Je n’ai pas trouver le petit déjeuner très varier. Et nous devions payer un extra le matin si nous voulions avoir un café de qualité et qui a bon goût. Et je trouve pas ça normal pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Бесплатно улучшили номер до видового в связи отсутствия номеров классом ниже, который мы бронировали. Отличный завтрак, шведский стол, особенно понравились мини круассаны. Из доп услуг в дождливый день пользовались сауной (бесплатно), очень милый персонал, выдают полотенца, рассказывают, как пользоваться. И ходили на массаж к индонезийке. Массаж выше всяких похвал! Промяла все точки, сделала маску для лица, также сделали скидку на час массажа. Бассейн чистый, с удобными лежаками, не подогревается

Położony w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko wszelakiej potrzebnej turyście infrastruktury oraz plaży. Najważniejsze jest jednak to, że czujecie się tam intymnie, bezpiecznie i swobodnie. Wszystko dzięki cudownemu zespołowi hotelu. Szczególne podziękowania i ukłony składam Melis, która w minutę rozwiązała pewien problem techniczny, z którym się borykałem. Był to dla mnie dowód, że gość w hotelu jest najważniejszy i zobimy wszystko, by tak się tutaj dokładnie czuł. Melis, dziękuję i już szukam powodu, aby ponownie odwiedzić Wasz hotel!

Der freundliche Empfang mit Unterstützung beim Gepäck und der Inbetriebnahme der Technik, tolle Zimmeraufteilung (Junior Suite), ansprechende Einrichtung, saubere Räume, bequemes Bett, Hygieneartikel im Bad, täglich Wasserfläschchen und Kaffeezubehör aufgefüllt, vielfältiges und hochwertiges Frühstück, noch anspruchsvollere Abendkarte mit Top-Service und gemütlicher Atmosphäre, sehr ansprechender (wenn auch nicht so warmer) Pool, angenehmer Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Hamam sowie zwei ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Frauen, die sehr angenehme und passende Anwendungen machen, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, diverse Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in nächster Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen, dass diese Hochwertigkeit noch lange beibehalten werden kann. Dankeschön 🙏 Störend waren nur Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. das kalte Poolwasser, starke Außenbeleuchtung nachts, die Duftwolken im Restaurant waren beim Essen störend. Die Cocktails waren eher nicht molekular. Das für uns schlimmste aber waren die knallenden Türen von Gästen, die diese zufallen lassen.

• Surached (10/5): Superb hotel to stay in Antalya. - Everything was great. Clean room, comfy bed, nice bedroom size, superb lounging area by the pool with superb soft furniture. Hamam was super nice. The check in staffs, night shift staffs and everyone was friendly & nice. Great location. The breakfast was bland and lack of presentation & imagination. If that could be improved, would be fabulous 👌. I couldn't manage to find the switch to switch the fridge light off at night. And lastly, 2 very small compliment water could have be a but bigger.

• Barbara (7/5): Insgesamt aber ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. - Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal super freundlich. Schön war auch die Sauna, das kleine Hamam und die Möglichkeit einer Massage. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot für jeden etwas und jeden Tag ein bisschen was anderes. Der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Bushaltestelle für eine Fahrt in die Innenstadt war nicht weit. Leider war der Pool schon geleert und stand nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Zum Buchungszeitpunkt war das leider noch nirgends vermerkt.

• Viktoriya (9/5): Отдохнули хорошо - Очень чисто, рядом красивая набережная, клевый сад на первом этаже , где можно покурить и отдохнуть вечером. Очень вежливый персонал. При выезде можно оставить вещи в багажной комнате, а после прогулки переодеться и помыться в спа, даже дают полотенчики. Очень удобно. Персонал не говорит на русском языке. Завтраки хорошие, но бекона не хватало ))

• Debora (10/5): Sejour incroyable, hotel parfait pour vos vacances! - Bien placé, a cote de la plage et de tous les resto et magasins. Personnel très disponible et sympa, chambres magnifiques tout neuf, très propre avec toutes les necessités. La zone spa est magnifique, nous avons essayé les massages et c’était vraiment top. Nous avons utilisé le fitness egalement et c’était bien équipé, tout le basique pour une bonne séance de sport. Rien, juste dommage que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car elle était en travaux.

The beds weren’t very comfy, the walls between the rooms are so thin I was being kept up as it was so loud. The Air con wasn’t working and I asked three times to which no one checked it, so it was so uncomfortable to sleep / be in the room. You’re also not allowed to bring any food from outside in which I found very strange especially as I didn’t like much on their menu.

• Catarina (9/5): - Design do hotel, o pequeno almoço, a localização. O quarto apesar de pequeno, dispunha de tudo o que precisávamos e o serviço de quartos diário é muito bom. No spa o serviço e cuidado das meninas que nos fizeram as massagens foi ótimo. Comida muito boa. Dispuseram lunch box para quando não conseguimos ir ao pequeno almoço no horário estabelecido. Pedimos umas almofadas mais baixas, uma vez que as que tínhamos eram um pouco desconfortáveis para nós, mas o hotel não dispõe de outras opções. Não apreciamos muito a venda "forçada" que sentimos por parte do funcionário do spa. Não oferecem ajuda na procura de tours ou locais a que possamos recorrer - enquanto hotel acho que deveriam ter um papel mais ativo na promoção do turismo no local.

Очень комфортная зона с бассейном. Всё чистое, современное, стильное. В номере: -комфортная кровать, -приятное постельное бельё, идеально белые полотенца, -хорошая звукоизоляция, -большой балкон, -комфортная большая ванная комната, -много света. На завтраке людей почти нет, еды не много, но хватает, всё вкусно. Ресторан красивый, всё эстетично. Когда заехали в номере был резкий запах моющих средств. Сразу понятно, что в номере очень чисто, но пришлось проветривать довольно долго, так как спать с таким запахом невозможно.

• VERONIKA (10/5): Удобное расположение, чистый номер, вежливый персонал - Отличное расположение-рядом набережная и множество кафе/магазинов в шаговой доступности. В отеле есть бассейн и приятная зона отдыха рядом. Номер небольшой, но очень чистый и уютный. Большой балкон, комфортная кровать с удобным матрасом, хорошая звукоизоляция. Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный. Останавливались на две ночи, но, с удовольствием провели бы больше времени. В номер нельзя приносить напитки и продукты, поэтому нет возможности пожевать вечером фрукты на балконе.

The highlights were: - friendly, helpful and professional staff, ready to answer any questions - up-to-date appliances and aesthetically pleasing interior - a functional gym to maintain your fitness during your stay - exceptional on-site restaurant, probably the best I've been to in Antalya - great spa services - very good breakfast N/A
• Fadi Bouz (4/5): مخيب للآمال - فقط النظافة كانت جيدة كون الفندق جديد الغرف صغيرة التكييف لا يعمل وعند اخبار طاقم العمل بأن التكييف لايعمل يكذبون ويقولون انه سيعمل بعد قليل لكن على الأرجح هم يقصدون إغلاق التكييف للتوفير لا أكثر لا انصح

• Dmitry (10/5): Отличный вариант рядом с пляжем, рекомендую! - Хороший свежий отель, бронировал для родителей им всё очень понравилось, комфортные номера с лоджией, прекрасные и разнообразные завтраки, шаговая доступность к морю, дружелюбный и приветливый персонал На лоджии не было уборки, не было русскоговорящего персонала

• Nayla_Hamadeh (7/5): In general, our stay was OK but will try to look for better options next time. - The spa experience was excellent. The room is neat and clean. The location is good. The size of our Delux Double room was a disappointing. The A/C was not cool enough and when we asked them to check it, nothing changed. The fabric of the bed sheets is synthetic. Breakfast was OK but it was disappointing that one has to pay an extra charge for orange juice in a country that produces oranges!
