Plusieurs détails appréciables comme la table tournante et sa sélection de disques vinyle ainsi que les produits de base disponibles dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. L’emplacement est très pratique avec du transport en commun vers le centre-ville à proximité et plusieurs commerces (épicerie, café, boulangerie, etc.). L’espace extérieur aménagé et ensoleillé est agréable. Les propriétaires sont super gentils et disponibles. Ce commentaire n’a pas été généré par intelligence artificielle! L’appartement n’est pas très lumineux. Il faut être conscients qu’il y a des personnes qui occupent l’étage supérieur donc il y a un peu de bruit.
- Azfar (6/5): - The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary cutlery required. Location of the house: It was quite noisy being on the main road. Uncomfortable night: due to no air con at the property and being hot summer day, we could not sleep well at night. Would strongly suggest the owners to put fans with strong air flow, if air con cant be installed. House Odour: there was a strange smell in the house and we could not find any air freshner to get rid of it. Suggestion is to place air freshner for the guests to use.

- Kirsten (7/5): Would have been perfect if the owners were up front about staying there - The property was super cute, clean, and well equipped. We rented the upstairs and downstairs and it was perfect for our large multi generational group. I’m not sure if the owners always stay on the property but one evening the male owner and his friend were drinking a beer together in the courtyard and they startled my teenage daughters who didn’t realize they were sharing the courtyard with men. After that, they weren’t comfortable staying downstairs overnight, knowing the owner, who had the code to the doors, was staying so near, and there was no way for them to lock him out. The owner should have told us he would be hanging out with his friend in the courtyard we rented with the property or waited to do that until we were gone. The owners never informed us they would be on the premises so my daughters could have been notified. I paid too much for my daughters to be scared to sleep in the house. It isn’t that we would have minded had we been informed that the owners would be there but suddenly finding grown men in the courtyard unexpectedly was upsetting.

Great location, as we were wanting something close to Playland. It was very dark and a basement suite. I probably paid too much. The people walking upstairs were quite loud when trying to sleep early, but that is to be expected in an older home.

Just minutes away from restaurants, and a grocery store. I will definitely look for the orange door next time we go to Vancouver.

The host was very nice and the check in was smooth- even an option to check in earlier. Nice decor in suite and coffee available. The suite was very dark and had the basement suite smell- this is unavoidable but good to know while choosing hotels.
