• Geoffrey (9/5): The Agent needs to greet a new renter at the apartment to show them how it operates. - N/A Only contact with agent was WhatsApp (Video) call (Not all have access to APP) we were directed to a lock box away from the apartment to obtain the Key, with key we were video directed to the apartment all OK until we required further information. 1. Coffee machine would not work, I went on-line to find that the problem could be its Bar Code Reader, it was, and following cleaning it operated OK. 2. Balcony Furniture all needs replacing, sharp dangerous edges. 3. Balcony sun blind, how did it operate? (Again WhatsApp) All these & other problems could have been sorted had the agent met us or had a bullet point instruction list in the apartment. 4 TV, I contacted the agent via Booking.com “Has the TV got English? Answer NO I later discovered that many of the programs were English TV (BBC1 - ITV1 + many other English & Foreign channels, following these minor setbacks, would we stay there again? “YES” Would we recommend this apartment? “YES”

• Leopold (9/5): Prima appartement voor 65+ - Prima appartement en ruim voor 2 personen met goede voorzieningen. Rustige wijk en laagbouw complex max 2 verdiepingen en alles per lift bereikbaar. Prachtige tuin met goed verwarmd zwembad. Voornamelijk 65+ bewoners afkomstig uit Scandinavie.

• Cassandra S. (8/5): - Lovely apartment in a safe and beautiful area in Alfaz del Pi. It's a short walk to down town Alfaz with all it's restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious and it has a nice view over the smallest pool area. The communication with the host was very good. The kitchen equipment could be better. Especially the frying pan was crooked and flaky. We could not find covers for all the duvets. The mail pool needs renovation as there was missing a lot of tiles.
