• Smiley (10/5): - This was the best booking experience I've ever had. The remodel is beautifully done and feels very clean and luxurious. The sauna and view were such a treat after a long day of walking. The perfect location, everything is a short walk away. We can't wait to come back! The only downside is the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is not an elevator. It can be hard to carry things when you have to also carry small kids.

Par visu padomāts - kafija automātā ļoti garšīga, tēja, cukurs un sāls. u.tml. Maksas stāvvieta varētu būt mīnus, bet pilsētas centrā tas varētu būt saprotami.

• Olga (10/5): - Väga ilus, soe ja hubane korter 4.korrusel. Imeline vaade aknast päikesetõusele. Parkimine on tasuline, A-tsoon (15 minutit tasuta), 1tund-3 eurot. Kuid maja lähedal on Magistri tn parkla , B-tsoon (1,5 tundi tasuta), 1tund 1,5 eurot, laupäeval ja pühapäeval tasuta. Kui te tulete perega mitmeks päevaks, siis ei ole kuskile oma riideid panna. Oleks tore, kui oleks mingi kummut.

Samuti oli korter puhas (va ainult pudrupott, mida ei oldud eelmiste üürnike või koristaja poolt korralikult puhtaks pestud) ning köök oli hästi sisustatud - nõud, kohvimasin jne. Kahjuks olid kõik padjad väga kõrged ning oli võimatu nendega magada Soovitaksin kliendile pakkuda võimalust valida kõrge ja padja vahel.

• Kenji (9/5): - ・窓枠に腰掛けて二重窓の内側を開けると、眼下には滔々と流れる川、雪の舞う森。 ・床暖房はこの背の高い清潔な空間をいつの間にか暖め、キッチンはすべてが整い設えられている。 ・肝心のサウナが使えなかった。加えて、他のガス製品も支障が出て途中からお湯もでなかった。夜だから誰も来てはくれなかった。「ボタンの操作がデリケート」なのだとか。

• Anna Endija (9/5): A wonderful, relaxing stay in a perfect location. - The apartment is in a great location and very spacious. I loved the sauna, especially after a long day of travel. Located right by the Town Hall, it was perfect during Christmas time, with the Christmas market just a minute from the apartment entrance. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tartu. Everything went smoothly for us. The instructions were in Estonian, which was absolutely fine as we translated them, but having an English version could be helpful for international guests. The sauna was a little confusing at first, but we quickly figured it out with the help of the internet

• Priit (8/5): Great apartment with sauna in the centre of Tartu - Sauna of course and that it was close to everything in Tartu. Kitchen cooker hood (Kubu) made huge noise. Apartment should include at least one free parking space. And also the fact that apartment was on 4th floor and with no elevator - I know it was written but when you arrive with 2 small kids it hits you :)

Parkimiskohta ei ole, seega peab arvestama lisatasuga parkimisel, mis on päris kallis kui samal tänaval parkida.

• Mirjam (9/5): Väga stiilne korter, avar ja super asukohaga! - Korter oli väga stiilselt ja maitsekalt sisustatud, puhas ja avar. Kõik vajalik oli olemas – nii köögis kui vannitoas, mis tegi olemise mugavaks ja koduseks. Meeldis, et olid kaks eraldi magamistuba. Korter oli vaikne - naabreid ei olnud kuulda. Vaade oli jõele ja pargile. Asukoht oli super - täpselt raekoja platsis (aknad küll teisele poole) ja jõe kaldal. Korteri perenaine oli väga sõbralik ja lubas meid korterisse enne ametlikku check-ini aega. Ilma võtmeteta sisenemine oli samuti mugav - saime tulla ja minna endale sobival ajal. Kahjuks toimusid viibimise ajal maja ees tänaval teetööd ning masinad alustasid tööd juba kell 5 hommikul! See rikkus öörahu. Soovitaksin omanikul linnale sellest teada anda – ka Tartus peaks öörahu kehtima. Väikeste lastega korterit külastades võiks ettevaatlik olla, korterisse viiva trepi piire on ebaturvaline, madal ja suurte vahedega. Nendest väikestest puudustest hoolimata külastaksin korterit kindlasti uuesti, kui peaks Tartus viibima.

• Jeff (7/5): Beautiful large apartment in great location no A/C long walk up the stairs no closets or luggage storage - Very nice apartment in great location. Top floor with lots of windows Check in was a bit confusing. It was VERY hot with no ac in the apartment. No opportunity to cook or use the sauna because it would have made things even hotter. . Yes it was warm outside during the day but this apartment was 20° warmer than the stairwell or other areas of the building and just never cooled down at night. It was almost like the heat was on in the attic. Also, note that this is the top floor of a walkup apartment building

• Lilita (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nicely decorated, spacious, double bed was king size and very comfortable, with quality linens. Kitchen had everything you need for eating, good coffee machine. The only downside since the apartment is on the 4th floor - steep stairs and no elevator.

• Fabian (8/5): Great apartment, but… - The apartment is great. Beautiful, super well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. There are two problems with the apartment: 1. The sauna didn’t work. There were no instructions and I had to contact the owner/host. The person was super responsive but after following their instructions the sauna still didn’t work. This is really disappointing as one of the main reasons we rented this apartment was precisely because of it. 2. Although the advertisement says there is parking “on-site”, upon arrival, the owner told us we could not use the parking in the yard. We had to park the car in the street in front of the building. Be prepared to pay 30€/day

• Roman (8/5): Nice flat in Tartu - Modern and stylish appartment with good atmosphere. Large kitchen/living room and two bedrooms. Bath includes a comfortable Sauna. The appartement is located in the 4th floor (no elevator) with a nice view to the river. Parking is NOT included, you park outside and pay at a less modern parking meter which adds >30,- per day to the bill. This is the only annoying thing about the appartement.

• Mikko (9/5): A wonderful holiday with friends. - The location was right in the center and the views of the city and the river were excellent, couldn't ask for anything better. The apartment was very clean and recently renovated. The sauna was a nice addition in the cold winter. Parking was nearby (for a fee). It was nice to receive chocolates as a surprise when we arrived. The apartment was cold when we arrived, but the thermostats quickly turned up the heat. There were four of us, and while we were in the sauna, the hot water ran out. The instructions for the coffee machine are missing.

• Laina (6/5): Pleasant - When I was looking for Apartment , I was checking lots of them and picked this because of good rating. What can I say - location is perfect, Beautiful view of city, comfortable beds and pillows. First time I have to say, what I didn’t like. We (with family) were staying at the New Year’s Eve and day before. Value for 2 nights was 560€, thats ok if you get really 100% comfort. But at the first day, we were trying to make sauna, everybody has to know this before - that you cant make sauna , cattle for tea and dishwasher at one time, because will be knocked corks…. electricity is not working ok… Second - at the New Years evening normal shower could take only one person and another person at the middle shower - there was no hot water, when i texted about it answer was - that it is impossible , as boiler is for 4 people ok. We had to wait more than 2 hours to boiler again get hot water. As this was celebrating everything everything gone not at the plan. Also if you stay at winter - apartment floor sometimes is cold sometimes ok - and in the block for temperature you cant change anything - if you have kids, think about it. I would say - the pluses doesn’t make it anyway stay a good. These were most disappointing things . Sad for this experience.

• Petri (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Tarto - Beautiful apartment in perfect location. Plenty of windows to provide great panorama view over the river. No noice from the street or from neighboring apartments. Perfect even for longer stay. High speed WiFi making remote working very convenient. High quality materials and modern design. Kitchen fully equipped for making anything from simple breakfast to full dinner. There is no elevator and the apartment is 3 floors up from the street level. For healthy feet a great daily exercise, for others might be an disadvantage.
