Scelto - Piccola ma molto accogliente, ideale per una coppia e in posizione vicina allo Stadio Olimpico e al Foro italico. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Bello sia l’angolo cottura che il bagno. L’appartamento è silenzioso poiché non dà sulla strada, ma di notte, si sente un po’ il rumore del motore del frigo.
• Matteo (10/5): Soggiorno confortevole in posizione perfetta - Ho trovato la struttura accogliente e ben organizzata, compatta ma dotata di ogni comfort, con tanti piccoli dettagli che la rendono davvero molto piacevole da vivere. A completare il tutto, un patio esterno ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi. Gli ambienti erano molto puliti e ordinati. La posizione è ottima, soprattutto per chi, come noi, ha trascorso qualche giorno al Foro Italico per gli Internazionali d’Italia di tennis, ma anche il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Infine, l’host si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Assolutamente consigliato.
• Maximos (10/5): Relaxing stay close to the city centre. - Newly refurbished apartment with everything that you might need for a short stay. The apartment is located very close to metro station Flamingo (10 minutes walk). The instructions given for checking in were clear and easy to follow. It is a great option if someone looking for a place to stay that gives access to the historic centre but is not directly located in the chaos of it. Nothing everything was as described.

• Irma DottCC (8/5): Tranquillo e confortevole - L'arredamento e' molto curato e moderno, anche se di piccole dimensioni ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di un weekend. C'è anche una terrazza che quando fa caldo può essere un buono spazio da sfruttare, dato che e' all' ombra. Il condizionatore è molto rumoroso e la TV non si accende facilmente

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the thoughtful gesture of a small welcome package featuring local jams and yogurt – a delightful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The apartment itself was impeccably styled, boasting a clean and fresh atmosphere that added to its appeal. Equipped with everything one could need, it made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The spacious and sumptuously comfortable bed was a true blessing after long days of sightseeing, ensuring a restful night's sleep each evening. Furthermore, the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness truly stood out, making our experience even more enjoyable. While the check-in instructions were a bit extensive for our liking, however, we understand that they may be helpful for other guests who appreciate detailed guidance. We did encounter a minor issue with ants making an unexpected visit through the main door. Additionally, while the closest metro station was a bit of a walk away (about 20 minutes), it is something to keep in mind for those planning to rely on public transportation.
