• Franck (6/5): - Très bon emplacement à 5 minutes à pied du métro provenant de l'aéroport et à 5 minutes également de la place de la cathédrale, centre-ville. Le proprio, présent dans l'appartement est très sympa et essaie de rendre service... Propreté très moyenne. Il a fallu demander le papier toilette et des serviettes petite taille ( pour les mains). La chambre n'est plus dans l'état dans lequel elle est sur les photos.
• Marcin (5/5): - Dostaliśmy klucze dwie godziny wcześniej. Pokój nadaje się do remontu. Zdjęcia nieco odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Pokój jest w zamieszkałym przez właściciela mieszkaniu. Właściciel lubi zapalić jakąś fajkę bo mgła i zapach rozchodził się wszędzie. We własnej sypialni ma uszczelnione drzwi, a w naszym pokoju było wszystko czuć.

• denise (5/5): - Abbastanza vicino al centro e alla metro Mi dispiace ma per me é stato un grande no. Avevo chiesto il giorno prima di poter fare il check in anticipato alle 14, arriviamo alle 14.10 e il proprietario non risponde, inizio a fare diverse chiamate e, finalmente, alle 14.30/40 mi risponde chiedendomi come va, dico che comunque eravamo fuori da ben 30 minuti e lui mi dice che il check in é dalle 15 e io rifaccio presente nuovamente che il giorno prima mi era stato accordato il check in dalle 14. La sua riposta é stata “va beh sono le 14.40 siamo nel mezzo non sono ne le 14 ne le 15”.. ma andiamo oltre, le foto presenti su Booking non so di quanto tempo siano ma non recenti dato che la camera é un po’ diversa, con macchie sui muri e con un buco sul “lampadario”.. il bidet traballa e i rubinetti sono pieni di calcare, quindi diciamo che non dà proprio un senso di pulito. Di asciugamani ne vengono dati 2 (1 a testa solo per la doccia), senza quelli per almeno il viso. Inoltre viene tenuto un volume alla televisione che sembra di averla in camera. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, anzi piuttosto non le faccio, ma per il prezzo pagato (con 50/60€ in più andavo in hotel a saperlo) non c’è assolutamente stata qualità.

Apartamento central O Chuveiro não funcionava em condições. O ralo do escoamento da agua da cabine do chuveiro não funcionava, agua transbordava para fora e foi necessário colocar toalhas no chão.
• Mario (10/5): - Maravilloso apartamento en el centro de Valencia a un paso de los principales lugares a visitar de la ciudad. Se encuentra en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. El dormitorio es muy espacioso, con baño en suite. Muy recomendable!
• Aylin (5/5): Nicht so wie man es sich beim Buchen gewünscht hätte. Keine Privatsphäre und sehr laut. Aber Vermieter ist sehr nett und - Zentral und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Achtung: leider hat dies keiner in den Rezensionen erwähnt und ich finde es auch bei booking nicht erkennbar: man schläft mit dem Vermieter in einer Wohnung. Obwohl ich ein privates Zimmer wollte, war es für mich eher ein Gemeinschaftsding. Man hat sein Zimmer und auch eigenes Badezimmer, aber wir waren sehr geschockt, als wir in die Wohnung reinkamen und man mit dem Vermieter zusammen in einer Wohnung lebt. Man musste immer durch das Wohnzimmer und an der Küche vorbei, wo der Vermieter ganz normal gelebt hat und auch gekocht und TV geschaut hat. Er war sehr nett, aber wir haben uns trotzdem nicht wohl gefühlt und waren enttäuscht, dass booking unser privates Zimmer missverstanden hat. Leider haben auch die Handtücher unangenehm gerochen und der Boden war nicht so sauber. Es war sehr laut. Man hört die Nachbarn und natürlich auch den Vermieter, wenn er zu Hause ist. Hätte mir gewünscht, sowas in den Kommentaren zu lesen, da manche auch alleine Reisen und sich als Frau dann auch unwohl fühlen könnten.

• Sandra (3/5): Homestay - Je verblijft bij iemand thuis. De handdoeken zijn smoezelig en bevlekt. De kamer is erg gehorig. Je moet door de woonkamer van de gastheer om bij je kamer te komen. Tijdens mijn vervroegde vertrek nam de gastheer niet eens de moeite om mij aan te kijken. Maar was hij heel driftig met zijn telefoon bezig. Een rare vertoning van iemand die volwassen is. Ik kreeg er een heel naar gevoel van.

• Jodi (8/5): Very good - We like the location Rosario is very friendly accommodating felt safe Couldn't use the stove didn't have a common area in the bedroom with a small table a couple chairs no TV in the bedroom no maps or any attraction information which would have been nice just to find ourselves around okay. I was having to be quiet while walking into the apartments while we were in the apartment cuz of the neighbors so that was a bit of a thing that didn't allow us to really be comfortable.
