- Asadullah (1/5): Bad - Nothing the staff didn't allow me to get into my flat. In the end he told me that he would refund my money back but I didn't receive any money back, I think it was a scam, nothing else, the way they talked to me over the phone.
I m a very regular customer of Booking.Com, please take my money back, or I will never book through your app again.

- Devaney (4/5): Turfed out at 7 o'clock in the evening with no place - Nice clean and quiet area Had arranged the 1st evening to book the room for longer and were advised to pay cash then only to have a family of 6 appear of which 5 Chinese with minimal English and a white British guy who made outrageous claims of agrees behaviour and refusal to leave. We said we were all in this position and we would like to hang around whilst packing incase we needed to go but wanted clarity only for the police to arrive and escort my friend who is disabled and me out of the premises. He offer another place far from where we were so asked if something else could be found. Owner said we would be contacted in 30 minutes with alternative arrangements and we never heard back again and had to spend the night walking the streets with our possessions.

Believe me. You will get unbelievable bad days when you came in here. Nothing there no clima no TV no hot water no Internet what I buy from Booking.com 40 m² one bedroom flat they give me 10 square meter one room. It was so dirty and the guy told me he will change my room one day after and he told me sorry we will do that after one day they told me they cannot change it because the otherhouses people not leaving and they didn’t return my money they didn’t done anything. - Pamela (7/5): The place has lots of potential. Location is very good. They just need to inprove cleanliness and maintenance of the pl - The location was perfect. It was very near the underground, shops and restaurants .Guests just need to be aware entrance is at the back. A small alley with some unusual neighbours doing their own business. The beddings could do with ironing. The spare duvet and pillows provided for our son had no covers. Only one bath towel and one hand towel provided for three guests staying for two nights. No hooks for your clothes although hangers are provided.No tea/coffee making facilities although there is a microwave and toaster. Cleaner could improve cleaning as the bathroom had dusts and dirt in the corner and under sink and on the floor. A thorough hoover will do the job.

- Diana (2/5): Very poor - My boyfriend and I were in the apartment. There was only one bath towel for us to take a shower, there was no sink soap and there was no detergent in the kitchen. It was very cold, the Rit wasn't working. There was no basic hygiene.

- James (5/5): OK, defo room for improvement - Nice location, rooms is plesent Room wasn't clean, the sofa bed is full of food crumbs..there isn't any bedding for the sofa bed provided. There isn't enough towels for the 3 people booked for. There was also a female in the apartment above making lots of noise and had string of male after male visters, constantly all night until 6am. This made it difficult to sleep. This happened both night during our stay.

It was difficult to connect with the host and they refused to issue a refund as I didn't feel comfortable staying in the flat after my stuff went missing.

The locks are all electronic/passcode for the entrance and the flat door.
The shower wasn't too bad, power wise, but nothing special.

The heating was good and quick to heat the place up. - no WiFi (states there's WiFi, there isnt)

Microwave.
The place looked new, however like not finished. oom did not have all the facilities mentioned in description. There were no basics, like kettle or mugs.
The fridge and TV were not connected, not working.
There was ironing board but no iron.
No hair dryer.
No place to hang coats.
Lamp with EU plug, so couldn't be use.
No washing up liquid, but there were plates and sponges.
The door to the roof, no barriers- health and safety.
The worst part, we asked the host to let us know if they can provide kettle and mugs at least. They did not answer, sent a text that someone will reply shortly and never did. They could just apologise if not available and we would be fine. But we were ignored.

- Sergiu01 (1/5): NEVER BOOK THIS FLAT - There is nothing to like about this flat aside it's a good location for transport links. Everything, the flat is dirty and gross, no curtains, no washing machine, coffee machine or dishwasher as advertised.
NO HOT WATER, this is ridiculous and outrageous that Booking allows such flats on their platforms.
I left the flat after realising that there is no hot water in the winter !

- Eugene (2/5): Very poor - Location was great and the apartment itself was good When we got there they had given us the wrong code for the entrance door and we waited for ages in sleet and snow while they refused to answer our phone calls and texts.We only gained entry when one of the guests heard our banging on the door and let us in.She told us that we had the wrong entry code as it had been changed earlier in the day but nobody told us about the code change. Then we tried to have a shower the water was freezing cold and despite phoning the contact number at least a dozen times, still no answer.The following day we finally made contact after loads more calls when we were given the new code number for door, albeit 1 day late and the person we spoke to told us that the housekeeper would come in 15 mins to sort out the cold water issue and also connect the television which didn't work either but after waiting for an hour nobody turned up.As the reason for our London visit was to look up an elderly 98 year old relative we had to leave.Needless to say when we got back nothing had been done about the cold shower or TV so after another shower less night and following morning as well we were glad to leave, again despite loads of attempts to contact the property owners/workers nobody would answer our calls, so we would like a substantial refund for our,disgusting treatment, and we look forward to someone sorting out our many grievances Eugene

The place was filthy, nothing like the pictures, and downright uninhabitable.
We took one look and left but the owner refused a refund, even a partial and this was a 15-night booking.
We likely lost our money (over $2,000) and learnt an expensive lesson.

There was no towels, no toilet paper, no hot water, had to take cold shower in this cold winter month of December in Londonr, no bathroom mat to step on to getting out of the shower. No heating system. There was a little heater that wouldn't even heat a place as small as 5 square metres. Even after bringing all these problems to the owner's attention a few times, we didn't have any response from him.

- Aanu (1/5): Very terrible and the host were not responsive - Nothing The flat i was given had 0 facilities, no TV, kettle, microwave and was more like a store. Had several duvets and cleaning chemicals in one corner. Called the host and they wouldn’t pick up, the one time they picked, i was told they will call back but didn’t. Sun was coming through the window directly to the bed as they were no blinds. Overall, it was my most horrendous experience so far. Terrible service.! I would never recommend.
- Salim (6/5): Lovely flat, with very good ensuite facilities but a lot of problems with arrival and wifi - nice flat, well decorated and very close to Golders Green metro station. The flat is very comfortable with a very nice bed and was clean and well decorated. The bathroom is clean with good shower and ensuite/private. Was perfect for me in terms of getting to work. the flat itself seems to be located in a building with lost of building work going on. I was on the second floor and there was a lift but not yet working. the entrance is via the back street which is an eyesore with rubbish and food strewn across the street.
When i arrived, i had difficulty getting hold of the host. Finally after about 20 mins or so the cleaner let me in. He was very nice and helpful but seemed unsure which room i was in. He sorted me out after sorting out another guest in similar situation to myself. He was very kind and helpful unlike the actual owner/host.
the flat was advertised with wifi. In fact there was only one portable node for 3 floors. a Malaysian student who was a longer term resident claimed that was his to use and kept it plugged close to his flat on the first floor, so no one else could use it. I informed the owner/host and my texts were just ignored. so don't expect wifi.

No heating, no hot water from the tap, no working shower, no kitchen, no WiFi etc. I could not stay. The host was rude and refused to provide a refund. Booking.com was no help. Still trying to dispute the payment. I have gone through the reviews and noticed a recurring theme. I have also googled the host's name and found similar reviews on other property. Seems to be a scam.

- Mercutio (1/5): Very unpleasant and dangerous to my child and I. - Leaving. I informed the host of my early arrival of which he said he would get back to me and never did, even after a couple more calls.
To worsen matters, I was made to wait for over 1.5hrs unnecessarily with my family on a rainy day, for the access codes to be sent.
After all these, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and we could barely notice the wet floor until my little child and I slipped and fell.
There were no curtains in the room which meant pedestrians could see almost all activities in said room. If booking, brace yourself for the worst customer services.

- Patrick (7/5): A very stressful and lengthy check in process which I very nearly had to abandon - Location was excellent You should of given much more precise guidance for entry to the property.the address was given as 3A Golders green road but no such door number exists on Golders green road??it took me 3 hours to figure out that the actual entry was from an entry away from Golders green road up a backstreet entry and when I eventually found it,I still couldn't gain entry because the main door code quoted on my confirmation email had recently changed and it was only possibly to gain entry due to the assistance of a fellow guest but at that point,I was ready to abandon this property which would have necessitated me paying an additional £100+ for another nearby hotel?I had planned on booking this room again at Christmas however,I will only do so if a hefty discount is offered in compensation for the 3 hour+ delay i encountered in checking in due to the circumstances I have described

Instructions where not clear had to enter from the back down a dark ally, no blinds or curtains on the window, shower was cold, tv and sofa should be swapped sides so you can watch tv in bed. Loud noise coming from the other rooms constantly. No glasses, small fridge just left on the floor in front of a radiator. Just poor planning of the room and cheap crap beds and furniture worse place ive stayed...

( bedroom and bathroom mainly ) It was impossible to spend night there, so we had to leave and find another place at 22:00pm on Saturday!! Before check in, host was replaying to messages and all, but after my complaint I was ghosted me!! Almost a week passed, none refund yet, still NO contact from host, not even 1 apology! Rude and unprofessional!

I booked for 2 people and only one towel was provided.
There were no curtains or blinds on the windows.
There was no oven or microwave like advertised.
Bed sheets were dirty.
There was a plaster stuck to the pillow.
Location was hard to find and when phoned the number provided they were not helpful and very rude.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.
I will never stay here again.

The property host does not respond, we have booked 2 apartments for one night, but only have been given a key code for one, so 6 people had to fit in a small room!!! Now it’s impossible to get a refund as the host doesn’t reply to any messages or phone calls. Booking.com can’t seem to help either. So we had the worst experience and it ruined our trip…

The place has great potential I was a bit tricky to find the place tho, and also I had a hard time with the front door. We weren’t given a key so if someone locked the front door we would be trapped inside or outside and we weren’t able to get in contact with the host. But at the end of the stay I saw they removed the lock so I think aside from that it was good

I tried millions time of contacting Booking.com. 2 hours later, I finally get in touch with the host. When the door open, he left with the key. Never told us the door code, so we had to stuck in the flat for almost 15 hours, before he finally send us the code next day afternoon. We could not leave the flat the day we moved in, because we don’t have the key to get into the flat again. So we did not even have dinner that night. EVERYTHING!!!! THE HOST!!!!

Getting the information about accessing the accommodation and the key was difficult initially.

- Mr (1/5): Misleading, dangerous, unfinished property do not book - The bed. There is nothing else to like, it's an empty room with a bed, lamp, sofa and nothing else. Not even a kettle. The smoke alarms are covered and the property has electric problems.
There was no kitchen, kettle, fridge, cooker, microwave, not even cutlery. The advertisement is false and I have contacted booking.com who are chasing the host for a refund. If the company, dow properties based in Edgware, have any integrity they will refund me. If not there are other measures that I will take.
