• Jeffrey (1/5): Price to good to be true. I got taken! - Nothing No one to check in.. called host and was told the apt was not available, to contact Booking and cancel for a refund... Booking never answered calls and my Pmt in Full was nonrefundable. This is a SCAM

• adrian (7/5): Good apartment, condition and up keep could be better. - Nice central location close to the old town marina and port area. Quiet area, nice modern design clean accommodation with nice size pool. Quite a steep hill to walk up from entertainment and restaurants, over 400 Metres incline up. Maintenance not good, sliding patio doors would not lock as damaged, building not able to be secured night or day.
• Manuel Pilar (1/5): PÉSIMO. UN FRAUDE. MUY SUCIO: restos de basura, cucarachas, almohadas agujereadas y amarillentas. - Es un fraude. La SUCIEDAD está presente en todas las estancias: CUCARACHAS vivas y muertas, basura, colillas, almohadas agujereadas y amarillentas, polvo por toda la casa, incluso un PRESERVATIVO debajo de la cama y espaguetis pegados al techo de la cocina; microondas con restos de comida, fregadero atascado, platos sucios y un largo etcétera. De todo ello tengo un amplio archivo fotográfico. Un largo etcétera de suciedad y condiciones deplorables ante el cual la agencia que consta como responsable del apartamento MARBS VACATION AGENCY no dio solución alguna y, lejos de enviar a alguien para limpiar el apartamento, desestimó incluso mi reclamación después de, supuestamente, hablar con el propietario del apartamento. Mi familia y yo, ante la inoperancia de la agencia, nos vimos obligados a comprar productos de limpieza y a dedicar un día de nuestras vacaciones a limpiar el apartamento, para poder estar en unas mínimas condiciones de higiene. También tuvimos que comprar almohadas. A esto hay que añadir los dos días que dediqué, conectado permanentemente al teléfono, a tratar de que me dieran una solución que nunca llegó, ni por Booking, ni mucho menos por MARBS VACATION AGENGY. Nos arruinaron las vacaciones y se desentendieron de todo. Envíe una reclamación a Booking con todo lujo de detalles, y solo me ofrecieron una tarjeta monedero que en nada resuelve los daños ocasionados. Conseguí contactar, pese a sus evasivas, con MARBS VACATION AGENGY y no dieron solución alguna, además de ofrecer un trato vejatorio impropio de una agencia dedicada al turismo, y rechazar mi reclamación, como así me notificó Booking. Exijo la devolución de mi dinero (se está cursando reclamación oficial a Consumo) por considerar todo esto una estafa de MARBS VACATION AGENGY y, también, de Booking, por publicitar este establecimiento en su web a día de hoy, después de haberle reportado el estado en el que lo encontré con un amplio repertorio de fotografías y vídeos.
• Jiménez (7/5): Todo bien/ No es 1 linea de playa. - El apartamento es aceptable La ubicación, no es 1 linea de playa. Tienes que coger el coche. Esta en cuesta.
• tamburrino (3/5): Esperienza da dimenticare - Piscina (anche se mancano lettini e sedie per prendere il sole ) e vicinanza al lungo mare Casa sporca, formiche ovunque. Al nostro arrivo mancava l’acqua fredda in cucina, lampadine fulminate, tende rotte, tosta pane bruciato, cuscini per dormire di ovatta senza nemmeno una fodera. Abbiamo dovuto comprare le pentole. Mancavano bicchieri e posate. Condizionatori sporchi e pieni di polvere. Divano appiccicoso, tavolo esterno rotto, Asciugamani sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto far intervenire Booking e mandare più volte e-mail per ottenere che la società che gestisce l’immobile (MVA tourist accomodation management ) eseguisse la manutenzione dell’appartamento affinché fosse vivibile. Abbiamo chiesto più volte che venissero di persona a vedere le condizioni dell’immobile ma nessuno si è presentato ed hanno mandato un ragazzino (il giorno dopo) a fare il minimo per rendere tutto più vivibile. Il tutto a un prezzo non di certo economico!!!

Very comfortable and everything you need for a holiday The only thing was, it's not very good for people with walking difficulties as it is up a hill

• Petruta (10/5): Exceptional - big apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, a big balcony , internet and a big tv ..a nice view to the see, Playa del Cristo is at only max 10 min walking, and the old city or Rada beach 20/25 min walking. free parking in front of the building everything was ok, probably the furniture or how it is arranged are not the last trends, but it was worth all the money and I would come back. a possible minus in the summer could be that one bedroom has not AC.
• Ian (8/5): We had a great time. The above didn’t impact our enjoyment to any great extent. The location is perfect. Quiet but close - Size, layout, location, gardens, pool The little things just need a refresh. Only 4 of everything. Knives, forks, glasses. Everything went into an empty dishwasher after breakfast. Come lunchtime you are pulling everything out of the dirty dishwasher again, because there is nothing left in the cupboard. The door to the utility area doesn’t close so you have to remember to keep the kitchen door shut for the airco. Kettle light goes on but doesn’t actually work. Kitchen sink was continually blocking. Lights are out or flickering in the hallway between the bedrooms. No house manual. Spent some time figuring things out. No air conditioning in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. None of this was a huge issue for us as we are over to buy a property, so we bought some glasses, a kettle, a kitchen plunger and some fans for the bedrooms which we can use in our new house, but would be nice for the next guest.
