Loved the patio. Great support. We could have used a light blanket. One of uS needed AC the other…brrr. We recommend providing two bottles of water as a welcome touch.

The air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the hot weather) Suncoast Rooms has a perfect location: just 2–3 minutes’ walk from the port, very close to the beach, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat, answered all our questions, and made us feel truly welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. For such a reasonable price for four people, we got everything we could wish for: comfort, convenience, perfect location, and excellent service.

Imensos restaurantes, bares e supermercado próximos. Ótimas condições, cama confortável, tudo limpo e cheiroso. E tem um pequeno pátio onde se pode desfrutar. A Host foi muito simpática e forneceu todas as indicações e dicas para tornar a nossa estadia ainda melhor, e esteve sempre disponível. Há várias praias privadas e públicas próximas e a walking distance. Recomendo!

Familjen som tog hand om rummen jätte fina, hjälpsamma och vänliga! Kaffebryggaren är ett plus! Bilden är från Onda beach bakom rummen. Prisvärt strand. Kanske flera galgal i skåpet kunde vara bra att ha och en liten stol/pall under bordet?

Complimenti alla proprietaria per il buon gusto e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Di fronte una spiaggia di ciottoli raggiungibile in 2 minuti e circondata da locali e negozi. Piacevole i'area relax nel patio.Nonostante gli appartenenti siano uno al fianco dell altro, sono ben disimpegnati . La chicca resta la macchina del caffè Lavazza! Per gli italiani, un lusso che non passa inosservato. Consigliatissimo Che siamo stati pochi giorni
• Linda (9/5): Lovely family run rooms, close to bars, restaurants and beaches - Fjola was very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge, coffee machine and air con, and very close to the port and all the bars, restaurants and beaches (3 minute walk). The vibrant nightlife around the port was a 5 minute walk and Ksamil easily accessible by bus. A very enjoyable stay. Nothing!
• Stefanie (9/5): - We had a great time at Suncoast Rooms. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She gave us plenty of good recommendations for restaurants and parking lots in the area. The apartments are spacious, very clean, have a nice, large terrace and are centrally located. The harbor is super close, as well as many nice restaurants, supermarkets and the beach/seafront. We had a great time there and would come back anytime. Because the apartments are so close to the harbor, there is some noise that comes with that, during the night and in the morning. You could also hear the music from the beach/seafront in the late evening. It didn't bother us, but if one sleeps early of has a sensitive sleep, it may be disturbing.

• Dr. Raffaele Esposito (8/5): Relax Saranda - Posizione strategica proprio accanto all'ingresso del porto quindi all'inizio del fantastico lungo mare di Saranda. La camera affaccia nel porto con piccolo spazio attrezzato con gazebo tavolino e sedie. La proprietaria parla perfettamente l'italiano ed è molto ospitale e cordiale. La camera è ricavata da un locale commerciale o box con annesso bagno leggermente sovrapposto. L'accesso non è proprio agevole perché attraverso una discesa carrabile molto ripida che porta ai box di un hotel attiguo quindi non adatto a persone diversamente abili o con bambini piccoli. Inoltre non è dotato di parcheggio ma posto auto non assegnato quindi non garantito in un viale sterrato.
• Moni Dml (10/5): Recomedado - Las habitaciones están muy comodas y tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia sin complicaciones. Los padres del anfitrion fueron muy amables, los vamos a extrañar, a pesar que no teniamos el mismo idioma fueron los mejores anfitriones. Nos sentimos en casa!

• Carlos (10/5): Ein gutes Zimmer für Urlaub - Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, hat einen Kühlschrank und einen Tisch draußen, von dem aus man das Meer sehen kann. Den Eingang zu finden, war beim ersten Mal etwas verwirrend, aber nicht schwierig. Die Leute, die uns empfangen haben, waren die ganze Zeit sehr freundlich und Fjola gab uns Empfehlungen, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.
• Tomas (10/5): - The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and nothing was missing in our room. We traveled with two children, and they liked the hotel as well. We could easily go to the front garden, which had a view of the boats in the dock. The place is quiet and feels very cozy. I definitely recommend it. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he would advise or help with any questions. If I travel to Albania again, I will definitely book this hotel again. 10/10.

We would definitely return - Location was perfect for early morning ferry, but also convenient for town generally, off main road so it’s quiet, nice terrace to sit out , very close to some pebbly beaches. The apartment was bright , modern and super clean , beds lovely, very comfortable. Can get early morning pastries at Peta and Jon’s nearby bakery and coffee at local bar along from bakery. Black coffee is available at the apartment. We had difficulty actually finding it, there are no visible signs from roadside. Easy access if you turn down the curved drive at side of YachtHotel. On arrival, the owner’s parents were there but were not expecting us till later as the messages to owner the previous evening had not been passed on, so arrival at the property was unecessarily stressful

A bit tricky to find: look for the Yacht Premium Hotel sign and drop down to a light blue building. Go towards the water and as you reach the bottom you will see a sign for Suncoast rooms on your right. The rooms all have a small porch with a white picket fence
• Roelink (9/5): We had an incredible time, and the lady of the appartement was always quick to reach out in case of any questions. - The appartement was very cosy and clean. Perfect for a couple. The location also is very nice and the little balcony. A 10 minute walk to the center, and the incredibly kind lady gave us superb restaurants to go to near the appartement. The view was not as good as expected, as we were on the first floor, which had a fence in the way.

• Rosario (10/5): Saranda piena di attrazioni... Ottimo soggiorno... grazie anche a Fjola - Camere tutte nuove e molto pulite. Fjola impegna gran parte della giornata a tenere la struttura pulita e in ordine e prendersi cura degli ospiti anche con suggerimenti per ristoranti lidi e quant'altro di utile in zona. Molto gradita la presenza di una macchina caffè con ottime cialde offerte. Posizione strategica della struttura, essendo praticamente impossibile muoversi in macchina a Saranda, ci siamo spostati tutto il tempo a piedi avendo tutto a disposizione a poca distanza. Ho avuto la febbre un giorno... ma Fjola si è preoccupata come una sorella con delle medicine.

Room had everything we needed and AC was good. Location on the port was nice. Could see the sea but far enough away from the busy city. Le problème c’est n’est pas le coin le plus mignon de Saranda mais ça va, c’est à côté du port du ferry du coup si vous partez le lendemain comme nous à Corfou c’est parfait! La propreté!

• Stephanie (9/5): Wonderful stay, great location - Great location near the Port, amazing restaurants and beaches! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. On Booking.com, it states you can pay with a credit card; however, upon arrival, it was cash only. It would have helped to know this ahead of time just for planning purposes.
