• Daniel (10/5): - Schönes Appartment und bei Fragen eine schnelle Reaktionszeit. Leider war noch Wäsche in der Waschmaschine bei der Ankunft und einmal ist der Strom ausgefallen. Aber mit den schnellen Antworten vom Host war dies schnell erledigt.

• Evelyn (8/5): Good accommodation. - Location was excellent. Nice apartment and very clean. We enjoyed our stay other than having to double up 2 people that didn’t wish to share a bed due to lack of linens for the pull out couch that was in the description. Had difficulty finding the keys. We did not speak Spanish and correspondence was only in Spanish. Once I translated that a key box was in the window I still had difficulty locating it behind foliage of a bush. We needed the linens for the pull out couch and was not told we needed to request those ahead of arriving. If a pull out couch is included in the description then the linens should be on site.
• Rocío (9/5): Un alojamiento muy céntrico - Las cuatro habitaciones con camas grandes y los baños, recién reformado, muy nuevo y buen situado La mesa de la cocina no es posible que la usen ocho personas. Aunque es bonito el diseño del salón y cocina integrado, se queda pequeño para tanta gente.

Belén genial, nos dejó entrar antes de la hora y el último día nos permitió dejar las maletas. Muy recomendable

• VANESSA (8/5): Appartement élégant bien placé - Appartement bien situé à 5 minutes de la cathédrale, au calme. Les chambres sont très jolies. C’est tout neuf et décoré avec goût. La pièce à vivre est petite et pas pratique car il y a l’îlot central de la cuisine qui prend toute la place. Donc peu de place pour circuler. Cet appartement peut accueillir 8 personnes mais il n’y a que 6 places à table et ce sera serré!

• ELENA (10/5): Celebración en el corazón de Córdoba - El alojamiento está en un lugar maravilloso, céntrico y muy accesible. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre y le pedí que le pusieran un detalle sorpresa y dejaron unos detalles maravillosos, mejor que si lo hubiera hecho yo. La anfitriona nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. La decoración es fantástica, no le falta ni un detalle , cuidado al milímetro. Tiene wifi de buena calidad éramos 7 personas usándolo y sin ningún problema. Si volviera repetiría. No es que no me gustara pero si tuviera que poner un pero, pondría una toalla de lavabo por persona alojada.

La anfitriona estuvo súper pendiente de nosotros y nos respondía a todas nuestras consultas al minuto. Si vuelvo a Córdoba volveré al mismo apartamento. Nada. No hay pega que ponerle

• Li (4/5): Inconsistent pricing, host not flexible and not honest, disappointing. - The property looks like the photos, very new and clean and well equipped. It is centrally located. After two kids took shower, the hot water ran out, even the next morning, we still didn't have hot water. The beds only had a sheet and no blanket. The property was advertised to be able to accommodate up to 8 people, I initially planned to only have 4 people, but my in laws plans changed and wanted to stay with us. I promptly submitted their passport information upon arrival. The host increased the charge by $150 euro and indicated cash only. I complained and they said it was a charge by booking.com and not themselves. So, I called booking.com and booking.com said it was a charge initiated by the host. Again, I called the host to complain about the inconsistent pricing and took a screen shot of the price for next day, if I put 7 people, the price was still lower than what I paid initially. The host argued that they have the right to charge extra for extra people I didn't indicate previously, I agreed that they certainly have that right. Then, they increase the price for the next day on booking.com as well. It was very cramped for 6 people, so I told them I will put my in laws at the Euro Star next door, it was $154 euro with breakfast and spacious room. Soon, I get an email from booking.com that I had 2 extra people and didn't want to pay and left; which was totally false because book.com had already taken my payment prior to arrival and if the rest of us really left without staying overnight, then what is the problem? Overall, it was a disappointment experience for me, I should've just paid for 3 rooms at the Euro star and wouldn't have to deal with calling booking.com and trying to find ATM to get cash on my one day travel to Cordoba and it would have included breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

• Christine (10/5): Wonderful stay close to many historic sites - This is a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a prime location. It was well equipped for our family of 6, the main bath is quite large, and a short walk to everything we hoped to see and do. The host was responsive and very pleasant. There was no internet in the master bedroom. However, this can be remedied with a wifi extender. Discussed with the host.
