• Frau EF (8/5): Sehr entspannt über den Dächern von Cadiz - Es war alles da was wir für ein paar Tage in Cadiz gebraucht haben, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Pürierstab. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse verbracht die direkt vom Schlafraum aus zu erreichen ist. Das Bett war bequem mit zwei Kissen und einer sehr großen Decke mit Bezug. Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette- Wohnung, die Treppe erfordert deshalb eine gewisse Grundfitness. Wir haben unter 90€/Nacht bezahlt wegen Nebensaison. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck man benötigt etwas Zeit um sich mit der Unterkunft anzufreunden, dann aber ist es dort sehr schön. Die Türen waren über eine Internet- Verbindung zu öffnen, wofür man erstmal etwas Geduld gebraucht hat. Die Kaution hat uns etwas gestresst, wurde aber vollständig ausbezahlt.

• Callejas (4/5): - La ubicación y la terraza de la parte de arriba. Quizá sea un problema externo, pero se escuchaba un ruido continuo en el dormitorio de un zumbido de una máquina que era muy molesto, incluso se sentía una vibración, por lo que no pudimos dormir bien ninguna noche. El apartamento en general no está mal, siempre y cuando no te importe subir por una estrecha escalera de caracol al dormitorio y la terraza de arriba. La parte de abajo está bien, aunque el sofá podría ser algo más cómodo. Pero sin duda, lo que nos hace valorar negativamente el alojamiento es que no pudimos descansar bien por el ruido anteriormente mencionado.
• JJB (1/5): Lage ok - sonst na ja siehe Kommentarre - Die Lage - wir sind aber gar nicht eingezogen - keine Empfehlung nicht Buchen!!!!!! Die Unterkunft ist unzumut bar - dreckig, verschmutzte Bettwäsche, Boden, Haare auf dem Sofa. etc. Die Einrichung Schrott. Wir hatten sofort reklamiert und sind sofort wieder ausgezogen, da man erst am nächsten Tag nachbessern wollte, was nichts genutzt hätte. Kaputte Einrichtung und Beschädigungen kann man nicht zeitnah beseitigen. Eine kostenlose Stornierung wurde nicht aktzeptiert. Sehr unfreundliche Agentur, waren sogar vor Ort! Neben Streß auch noch mehr oder weniger auf den vollen Kosten sitzen geblieben. NIcht buchen!!!!
• Llinos Angharad (8/5): - Private terrace to relax outdoors. This is why we booked the property. Kitchen was well equipped. Large fluffy bath towels were excellent Effective air conditioning Comfortable bed and pillows Living area a little dark due to lack of daylight

• JJ (8/5): Buena estancia y experiencia! - En general bien.... El apartamento cómodo y la terraza.. El personal con el qué contacté fueron muy atentos ... Las escaleras demasiado deterioradas ya que los escalones desgastados y desvelados.. Incómodo para subir o bajar con maletas o bolsas... Se asume que es un tercero pero con una escaleras en condiciones sería genial.. Geacias.
• Valerie (8/5): Great location and adequate facilities in accommodation. Aircon was good. It needs to be a bit cleaner. - The property was in a good location. It could have been cleaner. Lots of black hairs on the floors. Not ours! Stains on cushions. The roof terrace was dirty and uncared for.
• John (9/5): A lovely stylish apartment with bars restaurants and shops a short stroll away. We would return. - It's in a good location. Plenty going on a short distance away in all directions and not as busy and touristy as down by the cathedral. We used the roof terrace to relax before going out in the evening. The phone app to unlock the doors was 100% reliable (even though it led to phone battery anxiety!) The room had everything we needed. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Even a coffee snob like me was happy with it. If you don't like about 6 flights of steep worn stone steps this isn't for you. But I'm 70 (with a 22kg suitcase) and I managed!
• Geoff (8/5): Had a really lovely stay & made good use of the sun terrace - Very comfortable apartment with upstairs bedroom with patio doors leading to a great roof terrace with outside furniture, downstairs lounge well equipped kitchen & bathroom shower, in a good location for all amenities shops bars restaurants etc Unfortunately I have slight mobility issues & the stairs from main entrance up to the 3rd floor where the apartment is,we both found getting up them very difficult as they are stone & had a lot of wear over many years are very uneven, also the spiral staircase in the apartment leading up to the bedroom made it awkward to carry your suitcase upstairs, however we did appreciate the apartment is in a very old building so it would be difficult to improve on.
