• Michel (8/5): Bel appartement moderne - proche de la plage mais loin du centre historique et des gares principales il était précisé sur le descriptif de Booking la présence de balcon, terrasse. Il n'en est rien. Il n'y a ni balcon, ni terrasse alors que cette mention nous avait fait choisir cet appartement. Il y a bien une loggia intérieure entourée de 4 murs de 4 étages, juste pratique pour faire sécher le linge. Il n'y a pas de "réception" ni navette aéroport comme précisé, notre correspondante nous a juste indiqué un numéro whatsapp de taxi et les numéros des bus. le salon donne sur un boulevard passant et bruyant, seule la chambre est au calme.

• kaium (10/5): Overall nice experience - We have stayed for five days. It was nice and comfortable. Good part was all kitchen items were available to cook. All toiletries were available as per description. However it would be better if there was 3-4 tissue paper in toilet. It is 5 minutes away from Las Canteras Beach. No noise issue. If the door is closed, outside noise won't impact. You don't need to open this door to get fresh air. AC won't be working if the room temperature is 23 degree and it is in the dining room not in the bed room. Therefore bed room is warm but there is a door (which is used to laundry your clothes) can be opened, so room will be cold by natural air circulation. I really miss our staying. 💓 Laura was communicative and ready for help. Thanks for your all support I did not like the Distance from San telmo bus station, it takes 20-25 minutes by bus. Tv sound was too low, you can't raise volume above 7. That's why we haven't watched TV
• Laila (10/5): Muy contentos - La ubicación fue ideal para lo que buscábamos. Viajamos con dos niños y al haber sofá-cama, pudimos dormir perfectamente los cuatro. Las indicaciones para entrar fueran muy claras y Laura estuvo atenta a aquello que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable.
• Monika (8/5): Moderne Wohnung ganz nah am Meer. - Eine schöne große Wohnung mit Sicherheitstür und Alarmanlage. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Olivenöl oder Shampoo versüßen den Aufenthalt. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, keine Schallschutz. Das Schlafzimmer ist davon aber weniger betroffen.

La buena señal de wifi para poder trabajar en mis proyectos @yogapasonreir. Me encantó la verdad. Laura muy amable y dispuesta Está impecable, solo por decir algo, es un tanto ruidoso pero no es problema del piso. Es más bien la zona La Cicer la que es muy ruidosa. Para que lo consideres si te quieres quedar por ahí.

• Travelling Is Magic (10/5): Gran Canaria: City and beach at your feet. - The property is directly in the city center. We were near to the city locations so as to the beach, everything that you can reach by feet. The property has one king size bed and one sofa-bed where my family could perfectly accommodate. The property is very well equiped. There is washing machine and everything that you can possibly need for your stay. For business or leisure the property is very well recommended since you have directly in few meters bus stop, taxis, etc... The walks through the beach promenade are amazing and there is a huge numbers of Cafés and restaurants to enjoy the day. There are many monuments to visit so as a wonderful cathedral. This beach near to the property is perfect for surfing and body boarding. The shopping avenue is really great with great possibilities and different brands making all very diverse. In the city there are also most wanted Cafés so as burger restaurants and much more. The only one thing I didn't like at the property was that there were rests of construction materials in the area that you can dry the laundry.

• María Esther (9/5): Estupendo - La ubicación es perfecta La vitrocerámica no funcionaba bien. Pondría una televisión en la alcoba. Es difícil aparcar en la zona
• carmelo (9/5): Céntrico para todo con la mejor playa a pocos metros. - Playa (la mejor zona de las canteras), largo paseo marítimo para hacer deporte, supermercados, guagua, centro comercial las Arenas, opciones gastronómicas por todos lados ,peluquería, ferretería, tiendas, etc. La vivienda tiene de todo y la propietaria muy atenta y servicial, se estropeó la vitro y tenía una de reserva a mano, genial. Al estar en una calle céntrica de la ciudad, tiene mucho tráfico por la mañana, tienes que dormir con las ventanas cerradas o no puedes dormir a partir de las 7.30, una pena con la fantástica brisa que hay en las Palmas ,donde no necesitas aire acondicionado. No se puede tener todo ☺️
• PaatriciaManso (9/5): El paraíso canario - La ubicación sobretodo, teníamos supermercados cerca, el centro comercial, la playa de las canteras... El piso estaba nuevo y muy bonito. La cama muy cómoda, eso siempre es un punto a favor. Las instrucciones para entrar son fáciles y concisas y si necesitas algo o tienes dudas siempre puedes contactar con ellos. Pocas cosas o nada puedo poner... Si acaso, que si abres las ventanas al ser una avenida principal tienes ruido siempre, lo bueno que desde la habitación no se escucha apenas nada.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place, looks exactly as in the pictures, even better. There's everything you need, even complementary toiletries, cleaning products, tea and coffee. It's small but there's enough space for all your needs, even for the long stay. Hot water as much as you need, dish washer with the washing tablets. I can't recommend enough this place. The location is prime, 2 supermarkets in proximity, beach and surf schools. Public transportation very near as well. Nothing.
