The lounge is worth a visit if you need to get some work done. It is split across 2 locations, my location did not have any vending machines downstairs, but there is a nice little supermarket towards the east. Also, the shower water in the morning seemed more lukewarm than really warm.

• Aljona (10/5): - Amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to the Canary Wharf station for the Jubilee line, and a 10 minute walk to Elizabeth line. Lots of different restaurants and cafes around, Canary Wharf theatre is a 3 minute walk away. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very lovely too. The only thing was that was slighty inconvinient was that the hotel didn't have any spare travel adaptors, however that's partially on me for forgetting mine :D

Приятный, вежливый и внимательный персонал. Магазин в минуте ходьбы от отеля. Тихо и спокойно. Однозначно мой будущий выбор в Лондоне.

Spazi comuni molto accoglienti e la terrazza al 12° piano è un ulteriore plus. C’è anche un comodissimo bar ed i ristoranti sotto i due edifici. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La zona è moderna e silenziosa, la posizione è a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Jubilee. Cosa chiedere di più?

Vu l'espace commun de l'hôtel un buffet serait parfait pour cet hôtel !

• Alexandra (10/5): Perfect small apartment for a central London stay. - What a great find! Such a good price and such a convenient location for access to central London. The apartment was small but perfectly formed, so well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and surroundings so quiet, we had a great night’s sleep. Also really appreciated having a full size fridge. Didn’t use the kitchen but it would be fantastic for a longer stay. We will definitely be back! You can’t have breakfast on site but this is not a problem at all as there are plenty of good places nearby. We enjoyed exploring Canary Wharf.

• Akimova (9/5): Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! - Fantastic location: The hotel is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood surrounded by skyscrapers and art installations. It's incredibly convenient—only a 5-10 minute walk to the tube (underground), DLR, and a bus stop, and just 30 minutes away from the city center. Plus, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. ​Great room: The room was exactly as described. It was quite small but warm, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the appliances worked perfectly. ​The view: Absolutely amazing view from the window! Minor noise issue: My room was right opposite the floor entrance, so it was a bit noisy when people were coming and going. It wasn't a problem for me because I'm a heavy sleeper, but it's worth noting. On the bright side, the soundproofing from the street and between the rooms was excellent! ​Suggestion: It would be perfect if they provided complimentary slippers.

These rooms are beautifully decorated as well as the terrace area where you can enjoy the sunshine. The bed was hard like a rock. We barely slept because of it. Both me and my partner ached the next morning. The pillows are also very thin, this sadly ruined our experience.

Hotel liegt in einer sehr hippen Gegend mit vielen Kaffees und Lokalen. Es gibt keinen Schreibtisch, wo man arbeiten könnte. nur eine Bar, die aber eher klein ist. Kaffee und Tee werden nicht aufgefüllt und es wird auch nicht geputzt.

• Peter (10/5): Excellent stay in a spacious and well-equipped room in Canary Wharf - Stayed for 7 nights in a Cosy Room in May 2026 and had an excellent stay. Room on the 11th floor was very clean, spacious, quiet and well designed, with a lovely view over the square. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, practical and sufficiently large. Kitchen was fully equipped for a simple stay, for example for porridge or pasta, with a fridge and freezer compartment. Safe was large enough for a full-size laptop plus devices such as tablets or an e-reader. Room was quiet; I could not hear any neighbours. There was some construction noise during the day, but it did not bother me, and closing the window was enough. The window only opens slightly, which was fine. The 12th-floor lounge is a real advantage, with individual workspaces, views, sofas, armchairs and two meeting rooms. It was never crowded. There is a free coffee machine with various options and a water dispenser. Roof terrace is also excellent, with seating and work areas, sofas, armchairs and picnic tables, plus views of the Thames and the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. The location is very convenient: about 5 mi to the Jubilee Line and around 8 min to the DLR and Elizabeth Line. LHR is easy to reach via the Elizabeth Line, and LCY via the DLR with one change. There is a small supermarket very close by, a larger one on the way to the Underground, a large shopping centre nearby and an ASDA not far away. Grocery delivery for the week worked well, but you need to be present. The area is great for jogging: route around the Isle of Dogs is about 7 km, mostly along the Thames promenade and with almost no traffic. I also recommend The Gun pub, about 250 m away, with four real ales, other beers, very tasty food and a garden with Thames views. It is not cheap, but it looks like a traditional English countryside pub and is a charming contrast to the modern surroundings. Staff were always helpful, friendly and attentive, including in the lounge. Very comfortable, practical, pleasant stay.

The area was surprisingly vibey, good restaurants and real close to the metro. The hotel staff were also very nice and helpful and the room we had was spacious, plus having a kitchen was useful. The only negatives we had was that there were no paper towels or rags we can use for the kitchen. We found only a surface rag. We unfortunately, had to clean everything with our hand towel.

• Haruyo (10/5): 今まで宿泊したロンドンのホテルの中で1番のホテル！ - 建物が新しくとても綺麗でした。部屋はシンプルですが必要なものは全て揃っており、オーブンや冷蔵庫など便利に使うことができ快適に過ごせました。徒歩５分程のところに大きなスーパーが入っている商業施設があり、とても便利でした。また、地下鉄のJubilee lineまでは徒歩５分程、Elizabeth lineまでは徒歩８分程と立地が良く、Canary wharf 自体も治安が良いので小学生の息子を連れての旅行でしたが安心して過ごせました。ホテルの屋上には自由に使用できる、ソファやテーブルなどが置かれた広くおしゃれな共用スペースがあり、眺めも良く居心地が良いので、そこに置かれているコーヒーマシンで毎日コーヒーを飲んでいました。また、最大の良い点はスタッフ皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリーなことです。 次回またロンドンを訪れる際は必ずこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 特にありません。

The staff were top notch with everything and always smiling. I have already recommended Vertus edit to my friends. Stunning , brillaint, blissful. • Natalia (9/5): Brilliant hotel in a great location! - Book for a theatre weekend and had an amazing stay. The staff are super friendly and really helpful, giving us lots of recommendations for food and activities in the area. We booked the 'little' room and it was bigger than we thought, we didn't feel cramped and had a great amount of room and storage too. Bed as fairly comfy and rooms have aircon which can be adjusted. The hotel is quiet and very clean, with fully equipped rooms (we had no toothpaste in our room, but they might have this at reception, we just bought some at the shops!). The hotel has to seperate buildings which are opposite from eachother. The main building has the main reception and mini shop which is very useful and both buildings have a shared lounge area where you can get free tea, coffee, or hot chocolate at any time - as well as an open terrace, which is lovely! The standard check-out time is 12 pm, so you can have a lie in and not rush in the morning which is great :) The theatre for the hunger games is only a 2 minute walk away, same as the tube and other locations. Lots of great food spots nearby, as well as things to do like The Cube experience! Very clean area, full of greenery and makes you forget you're in London. Although it's a slightly more pricey hotel, it is lovely and you will have a good stay for sure. N/A

The terraces and lounges were beautifully decorated too. Not a criticism of the property, but other guests doors were loud throughout the night.
