Toonydc (10/5): Exceptional - The place has a cute set up with enough items provided to be comfortable. Everything is visibly clean and smell clean. Parking is easy and safe. The house is quiet and the room is dry and comfy. The AC was set up to stay at 76 at night, which was hot for me. I was able to adjust temporarily for the night. It's not a huge deal for me.

Rok (10/5): We had a great time - Weather was great, the apartment was great. Big enough, air conditioner was good, bathroom too.. The location was also good. I also liked coffee machine and we could also cook smaller meals. Generally we enjoyed everything. Maybe just the wind on Miami beach and purple flags, but we went on the other beach - hobie island so everything was fine then. I have no complaints
