- Melissa (1/5): Zero communication from the host. I emailed 6 times and called no less than 40 times with no respons - Zero communication from the host. I emailed 6 times and called no less than 40 times with no response. We turned up at the property at our check in time at the advice of booking.com and we were unable to get into the property. We heard nothing from the host and booking.com had to find us emergency accommodation which resulted in us being out of pocket $4000
