• Ricardo (9/5): I enjoyed my accommodation at this hotel, next time I will stay here. - The room was in good location without noise, good room to sleep well. Breakfast was challenging for me despite many options, but the meal is different from what I'm used to eat, because I usually eat Portuguese food, but here it was totally different and I understand because it has to do with the country's culture, so it was limited for me. , but this does not take away the merit of breakfast. Breakfast could include the availability of fried eggs, scrambled eggs and omelets, this can help people from other cultures.

• Labalan (8/5): Our stay is good (only the AC cause their reason its still cold so the heater is centralized) - Its in the city center, near to bus stop, tren and tram There’s no Air con so it’s hot inside our room. we open the balcony if we are in our room so there will be air and it will not be hot. But we can hear the noised from outside

• Ozlem (4/5): What you pay for, is what you'll get. Great location and just about good enough to sleep in. - Location & Quality for money Fridge wasnt working properly. Warm water provided. Informed staff. And said there's nothing they could do. Could smell smoking fumes from my room from someone smoking in another room and hallway. When I informed staff that the smell was making me feel nauseous because it was that strong coming into my room with closed doors and windows. Staff said theres nothing they could do. Breakfast is very limited, to be honest I would recommend breakfast somewhere outside, probably cheaper and so much better to represent Istanbul. Rooms just need a good upkeep. Mattresses need refreshing, Sealent in bathrooms need refreshing, electric cords need refreshing. But again I guess it was good enough for the money we paid.
• Sokayna (1/5): Big buds inside our bed really very bad experience - When i book the hotel we mention that we are xoming for honeymoon i book a sweat i ended up with small room very dirty with a phone making noises i went down i ask them to change my room they told me you have to pay extra and one of the receptionist told me that you pay only 3 days i show him my booking confirmation which is from 16 january to 21 january he keep telling me no your check out on 19 i ask him to call the manager The manager came i show him my booking number he sais it's ok youcan relax The worst thing hapenned to us when i was sleepinh suddenly my husband wake me up and tell me that he found big buds inside our bed i took my husband to tge hospital because he started scratching his body i have. • Usman (1/5): Would never return! - Location Rooms were not clean, toilet would not flush and the biggest problem we had was the room was infested with bed bugs so we left immediately.

• Alan (7/5): Good - Excellent location. Terrible breakfast. Basic food. Disinterested staff. They ran out of tea, which is essential for a good Turkish breakfast. Worst of all, I got food poisoning and was ill for several weeks afterwards.

We forgot our phone and other items while checking out, received the lost items from the counter the next day, very safe and secured hotel for visitors, I am exceptionally satisfied.
• Reema (3/5): This hotel does not meet the standard of a 4- services and featuring unfriendly staff. - The breakfast fell below the standard of a 4-star hotel. The room is cramped, and the bathroom lacks sufficient privacy. There was a shortage of towels, shampoo, and shower gel, and no lotion was provided. The bedding fabric triggered an allergy. The absence of a kitchen during the day was inconvenient. The receptionist was rude, hanging up on me twice, and struggled to understand English. This is not the first time, as the other reception staff also did not respond due to a lack of English proficiency. Overall, it was a negative experience at this hotel. I've booked 4-star hotels in this area before, and their quality and services were excellent. This hotel, however, falls significantly short and seems more in line with a 3-star rating. Sorry, but this is the truth.

The check out was at 12ock...the room is terruble so small its around 12 sm not as room I booked 20 sm ..when i asked them to give me the same room that I booked they told me there room all are 16 sm so it mean there information in booming not true

• Matsushima (9/5): Excellent - Location is very good. View from the restaurant on the roof is also very good and beautiful. I couldn’t use my room key and WiFi just after checking in. A young staff next morning was excellent and solved all the problems.

• Namo (1/5): Bad - False advertisement, the price on the booking website was $300 NZ, on the day of arrival to check in they raised the price and they didn't care what I had explained and there was no point dragging on, I guess its normal in that country . I felt absolutely hopeless and got ripped off but aawww well life goes on.

• Asgar (7/5): Eventful stay - Location was absolutely amazing. At the prime place. just 2/3 mins walk towards the popular Istiklal street where i did most of my shopping. Bedroom was small but Beds were very comfy including the pillow. I just felt the sheets could have been more cleaner in aspects to it being in a prime location. Staff were pretty friendly but their English must be improved in order to develop the basic customer service. Very homely set up and the rooftop breakfast area has a nice touch. - Sheets could have been more cleaner. - Lift service sometimes is late due to small capacity. - English speaking by the attendants can be developed.

• Mueen (2/5): Its a two star hotel not 4 ! Its not worth it . - Only Wi-Fi was good ! When checked in first room TV was not working then given another room , TV worked one night then 3 nights and day it did not work , complained no joy . Wanted Iron for pressing cloths , was not provided . Room was not of good standard , side table was broken . Flush in toilet had its own life , worked sone time and some time not . Room walls were not painted , marks and chipped walls . For two days outside room , lift repairs were done so banging started after 8 am in morning . Broken remote control for TV , Staff and manager were not helpful ! Extremely .disappointed .. I have a video of this banging hope can upload it .

• Razieh (1/5): Bad - The only word I can describe this place is : my worst experience in terms of Hotel. we had to leave the hotel 2 nights earlier as manager argue with us over some simple things and he told me he is going to call police if I complain about my full bin in the room which they haven’t clean it for 2 days. The manager told us he is going to call police if we complain more about the property and all the problems we had during our stay ( from the AC which was licking to the full bin in room and dirty toilet and not enough toilet tissue) , manager said if we are not happy we can leave the hotel…. He said Istanbul police will take over everything if I complain more …. straight away I booked another hotel and we left the hotel 2 nights before our booking ended, only because we don’t feel safe in that hotel anymore as manager was so aggressive and unprofessional and he was shouting at me. I spoke with Tourism police department to follow up this case as no one has right to behave this way with any tourists in any city.

• Liz (5/5): Great for a budget stay in Istanbul - Location, as it was close to Taksim Square, antique area, retail street, local restaurants, breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was very pleasant. The wifi wasn’t reliable, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper several times, bathroom could have been cleaner, the room was very small for 2 people with luggage. It would have been great to have a small lounge area to make calls, send emails or conduct online meetings as the wifi was so unreliable in our room that it was unavailable most of the time.
