• Олена (10/5): - Чудові апартаменти, дуже чисто і дуже приємний господар, який надав детальні інструкції для самостійного заселення. Повністю обладнана кухня (посуд, столові прибори, чай, кава, спеції). Також є все для прання і користування посудомийною машинкою. Трошки не зручні та гучні двері в туалет.

• Huoy Shyen (10/5): Perfect stay - From check-in to the overall stay, everything was excellent. The host was very responsive, and the place was extremely clean—even the cabinets smelled fresh. The air conditioning was strong and comfortable, and having a fridge and kitchen made everything very convenient. The location is great too, just a short walk to the metro, with several supermarkets nearby. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied.

• Eve (10/5): Lovely apartment in convenient location - Immaculate, very clean Had everything we needed for a few night stay. Equipped kitchen, iron, smart TV, even a coffee machine and pods! Responsive host, easy self check in Great location, about a min walk from the metro Only a minor thing- we found it to be quite warm inside at night and you can’t adjust the thermostat. You can open the windows but then anyone walking past can see into the apartment due to needing to open the shutters (it’s on the ground floor). It might just be because we are British though and not used to warmer weather! Noticed some reviews mention there not being much natural light during the day - this is true however we were out all day every day so wasn’t an issue for us! Maybe would be if we were staying longer but it’s a holiday apartment at the end of the day!

Había máquina de café con una gran variedad de cápsulas. La zona muy tranquila pues se accede a la vivienda desde un patio interior. Metro a 500 metros. La cocina era completamente nueva Si tuviera que mejorar algo sería la cama. Me gustan los colchones más firmes y altos Es una opinión personal

• Rares (10/5): - Everything was absolutely perfect! Very clean, the loft is equipped with everything you need, and Marco is a very professional person. He provides a lot of information on how to get to the accommodation, and it’s also quite easy to find. The place is very well located, in a quiet area and close to the city center.

Есть всё необходимое для комфортного длительного проживания. Очень комфортный матрас. На кухне было всё необходимое. В помещении была комфортная температура, мы прекрасно отдыхали после дня прогулок и экскурсий в городе.

• Katerina (10/5): - Апартаментът отговори на очакванията ни. Имаше всичко необходимо. Домакинът е отзивчив и при проблем съдейства веднага. Близо е до метростанция и магазин за хранителни стоки. Всичко беше хубаво и няма нещо, което да не ни хареса. Като градивна критика - бих добавила отцедник в кухнята за чиниите и една по-малка тенджерка. Водата беше леко хладка, но това не ни развали изобщо хубавите впечатления.
• Thuy Duong (10/5): Tout s’est passé très bien! - Le confort, la litterie, la propreté … L’appartement est même plus joli et plus grand que dans les photos. Un grand merci à Marco qui répond toujours très vite, qui nous permet l’arrivée avant l’heure de check-in et le départ plus tard. La douche: la pression d’eau est faible. Il faut attendre un moment pour avoir de l’eau assez chaude.

Przestronnie, czysto, ładnie jak na zdjęciach. Blisko do linii metra M2, sklepu 24h, kawiarni i knajp. Polecam!

• Ioanna (10/5): Everything you might need for your stay in Milan and in a great location! - The apartment was big, clean and with all the amenities you might need, even for a long stay. The host was great and they were super easy to reach, replied fast and offered very clear check in instructions. The metro station is a 6 min walk away from the apartment, which made it very easy to explore the city and even reach the train station to get a train to Como or the airport. Not too many power sockets, which made it a bit hard to charge our devices, but not a deal breaker for us. The stay was still great!

• Marta (7/5): Overall I had a good stay in Milan but I was only sleeping in the apartment. - I liked how equipped the facility was, I am talking about iron, air fresheners, glasses, cutleries etc. and the comfort of the bed. Overall the property was clean and minimalistic. I did not like that the shower drains were blocked and water in a pretty small shower was coming up to ankles during using it. It could of ben a catastrophe if I was to open the door by accident. Also the TV was a problem. There was no other channels than Italian, the Youtube kept breaking up which I assume is down to poor wifi connection and Netflix did not even let me log in. It was constantly freezing. I advise upgrade the whole TV unit as during rainy evenings this was very needed entertainment.

Easy communication with host day before arrival. Smart tv with YouTube and Netflix also excellent wifi speed. Highly recommend!!! Location is okay you have a train station 8 min walk that can connect you to most places.

• Sophia (9/5): I would recommend this for a nice and well located city stay in Milan. - Very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need. Also great and easy communication with the host. We could even leave our luggage for some time longer after the check out. The apartment is very clean and well connected to public transport.

The apartments are very cozy and comfortable with a close location to the city centre and there is also a courtyard with a good terrace. The owner is very nice and friendly and flexibly offered to check out at a convenient time for us. He did a favor without charging of payment for delays from our side. Nil.
