- Patricia (4/5): Keep looking elsewhere for accommodation. - I was happy to be the only person in a six bed dorm. It seemed as though the running of the albergue was left to a teenager. Although there was tea & coffee items in the dining area nothing was available for breakfast. I was told they were closing. There were cats everywhere and I am allergic.

- catrin (10/5): - The two young brothers were very good at customer service, and very polite.
- Valda (1/5): Very dissapointed. 😩 - This albergue has a great location right on the Camino, and the dinner was delicious and filling, which I really appreciated after a long day of walking.
Unfortunately, my stay was ruined because during the night I was bitten by bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body, including a swollen eyelid, and I couldn’t sleep at all.
I’m sharing this so that other pilgrims are aware and so the management can take urgent action to fix this problem. A clean and safe place to rest is essential for pilgrims on their journey. Bed bugs!!!

- Raquel (5/5): - Estábamos casi solos. Todo muy dejado, cómoda rota, ventilador que no salía aire con 100 pelusas acechándonos, telas de araña... No sé cómo estará en temporada alta en la baja mejor evitarlo.
- Nerea (1/5): Don't stay here if you don't want to be eaten alive by bed bugs - Nothing We arrived at the property and a 16 year old was in charge of it because he told us his parents were on holiday. The property was dirty and messy and one of us was eaten alive by bed bugs so badly we had to take her to the doctors. There was no hot water for the shower, and we could not speak to anyone about it as the young person in charge was nowhere to be seen either. The towels we were given were damp. The rooms are tiny, uncomfortable and extremely hot as they are in a very small attic.

- Guest (7/5): Alojamiento con buena ubicación . - La ubicación . La habitación y los aseos excepcional. Había una zona de lavadero , con una zona para poder estar que con sillas y mesas que sería recomendable limpiar .

- Janet (4/5): It was ok but i wouldn’t go back to stay - Everything was clean. Food offered in the evening. We didn’t eat there as there but I believe it was home cooked food. Only 2 bathrooms for all guests which could be tight with a full house. There were 6 beds in a small room, which we felt was a bit cramped. But it was ok and right on the Camino. There were 2 dogs and although they were friendly when the lady was there, they did come rushing barking at us when we entered later when the lady wasn’t present and it was a bit frightening until we realised they weren’t going to hurt us.
- Jdub (9/5): Superb - Great hospitality and delicious homemade dinner! Real beds with full linens, fresh towel provided, and 2 full bathrooms. 7:30 breakfast was a little later than I had hoped, but was glad I stayed! Not much for several miles and we were heading into the steep mountains.
- Ledgard (8/5): Very good - It was a small 6 bed Dorm with bedding and towel. Our host cooked a shared meal us including a veggie dishes.
- Linda (7/5): Great location for the Camino. Economical for a private room. - Great location on the Camino, 200 year old building, lots of character. Loved the doggos. Terrace to dry clothes, lovely helpful owner. No top sheet under the duvet.
Would eat somewhere else if I returned.
- Jo (9/5): Superb - Location & real home from home atmosphere nice patio area to sit with view of trees behind the property. Home cooked meal was splendid thank you Diana

- Kim (9/5): Superb - Dianna and Adrian were lovely, kind and friendly.
- Alison (10/5): If you want the spirit of the Camino then stay here x - This was one of my favourite Albergues. Family run. My baggage hadn’t arrived and the owner went out of her way to contact the courier, provide me with clothes and a toothbrush. The evening meal she cooked for the people staying the was exceptional. It really reflects the true spirit of the camino. Nothing I didn’t like
- Jasenka (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (6/5): Good cooking but generally needs more care and attention. - Good location on Camino path. Communal meal was good food. Nice to have a rooftop terrace. Outside areas needed a good clean and tidy (particularly roof terrace). Owner should mention presence of family dogs in communal area. Threadbare towels provided.
- Charlie (5/5): Not worth it - Location Careful with the bed bug ! There is only 1 person running this house. 40euro for 2 and shared bathroom with this condition, not worth to stay.

- O'day (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Diana made it a favorite for me. Amazing dinner, massage and service.
- Davenport (9/5): Great family experience in a SMALL town - One of my favorite experiences on this trip. It’s a family place, lived in, including dogs. Dinner was delish and the hostess and her family were open and friendly. We sat around after dinner for quite a while chatting. They were also helpful when the next day’s weather was looking problematic- felt taken care of . 😁 The weather?
- Leonard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Takuji (8/5): Very good - The activity of the arbergue was a bit lower than expected probably because it was before “the season “. Anyway the stuffs were all kind and familiar. Dogs were very cute too.
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Family run business - with personalised attention.
- Kathryn (9/5): Warm welcoming family stay - The family was amazing, the building itself was very cool. The food was incredible. Great location. Clean bathroom/bedroom and good shower, warm bedroom! Such a kind and welcoming family. New bedding and a top sheet would be so so nice! The duvet had many feathers poking through which was a bit itchy!
- Mark (8/5): Fine - Out of season Camino. I was the only person there. Nice place, showers a bit luke warm. See above
- Andrzej (9/5): Superb -
- Julita (10/5): A Home Away from Home - Camino y Leyenda is on the Camino, thus making it a perfect place to stay for pilgrims. My friend and I were given an ample-sized room with comfortable beds, and the clean shared bathroom was conveniently located across from our room.
My dinner and breakfasts there were good, but Daiana’s homemade croissants are scrumptious and no one should leave this place without eating one!
What I liked most about staying here is that Daiana, her husband, and three boys made me feel as if I were at home. They enjoyed socializing with their guests and this made my stay with them special. Everything was fine.
- Cole (8/5): Very good -

- Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - This was my best stay of the Camino. I was welcomed like a family member and the hostel was so warm and friendly! The rooms were very well kept and everything had been well thought out. They were even able to ensure that I had gluten free food at dinner and breakfast (both were delicious). I wish I could have stayed longer - it was such a lovely experience!

- Nomadviking59 (4/5): I would not stay there.…there are other better options for the same price…. - It was just ok…. They were not upfront about having 3 dogs and 4 cats…don’t have an issue…I just have allergies to fur from dogs or cats…so I stayed in my room…
- Fingleton (7/5): Good family stay in quiet location. - Very friendly welcome from owner. Family setting including their dogs. Dinner and breakfast very good, nice setting in family dining room. Old restored building with antiques. Nothing. Maybe an indoor line to dry clothes.

- Rachel (8/5): Very good - The location is right on the Camino. The owner seemed friendly. Breakfast was delish! Nothing not to like. It is kind of dark when you enter and difficult to tell if you’re imposition the middle of their home.
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Garry (10/5): Great place, that made you feel at home. - the food was awesome, great comfort within the place.

- Brian (8/5): Very good - Really good value. Lovely family, including their 3 dogs. Great location to break up the walk to O Cebreiro. 9 o'clock curfew. Old building with creaky floors, but that adds to the character.
- Phil (7/5): Ok - Room was comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Super clean. Could do with some work downstairs to create a better vibe and atmosphere. And a place to chill out. It felt like owners not giving it their all.
Location is good right on the Camino.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Kari (10/5): Memorable, clean, beautiful. You won’t want to miss this one! - This stay was a highlight of my Camino! My first communal meal was delicious and delightful. I was one of a group of 7 solo pilgrims who all enjoyed the warm and gracious welcome we each received from Diana and the whole family. When I saw another pilgrim getting a proper foot massage, I signed up as well. Best decision! Highly recommend this stop. She treated each is is like family.
- Bernadette (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely hosts. Comfortable bed. Nice meal on offer. The accommodation is mainly of wooden construction and the walls, floors, etc are thin. This makes the place very vulnerable to noise, especially since it is a family home with two dogs.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Don’t pass by this Alburgue - it’s a winner. 😊 - The host was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Showers hot and strong spray. An amazing home cooked meal ( best on The Camino) . Unable to block light from a skylight.
- Esme (10/5): Exceptional - Such hospitable people... kind and considerate. Excellent facilities and fabulous food.
- Steven (10/5): I had a very enjoyable stay. - The owners were excellent - friendly, helpful. The dinner was a very good albergue meal, different from most (in a good way). My bed was very comfy and the cost was low - a great deal.

- Amanda (10/5): Superb stop on the Camino - This place is a gem you step through the door and you are met by Adrian and his beautiful wife Dainna. We loved it so much we stayed 2 nights and joined in with the family and the dogs. Do yourself a favour come and meet this wonderful family. There was nothing not to like.
