- Daniel (3/5): Poor - No AC in Madrid, in a street level apartment, just hell.
- Nirmaji (6/5): Clean apartment with a good location - Clean apartment, comfortable mattress, easy check in and check out with very good and quick friendly communication Apartment was hot and the fan provided wasn’t doing much, there were no spoons, folks or knives in the kitchen. Toilet and sink area was tiny even though the shower was really good
- Lisa (1/5): Worst experience! - There is nothing nice about this apartment, would never book again or recommend The area is not a safe area, you need Internet to access apartment - the door had a mind of its just unlocks and opens on its on, there is no A/C, the bathroom is so compact you can barely get in it, the entrance in between the street entrance and the apartment door is shared and stinks of urine, also be aware this apartment is at the top of a very steep hill.
We walked in, booked somewhere else, and left!
After no help from the apartment, booking.com have now refunded us in full
My advice, stay somewhere else!

- Glen (5/5): Clean & pleasant with very comfortable bed. - The location was perfect. Finding the door to our apartment once we entered through the large door. The bathroom was so so small and compacted.
- Irina (8/5): Good for exploring Madrid - Nice and clean flat, just the right size for a couple. Clean and modern, good water pressure, good hairdryer. Easy check-in and check-out. Close to central Madrid, we walked everywhere. Close to shops and tube station, pubs and restaurants. There's no space for a wardrobe, but the cupboards are spacious enough and there's a coat hanger. Good nespresso coffee maker, but get yourselves capsules.

- Samaa (8/5): Good stay! - This is the review you’re looking for. I traveled to Madrid for the first time as a solo 19-year old female. I felt safe in the apartment and area. The location is incredibly convinient being that you are right next to the Tirso Molina metro station. You are a 5 minute walk from Sol which is practically city center. On top of that, the apartment was very clean and everything I needed for my week stay was provided. There’s comfy bed, towels, soap, hair dryer, dishes, stove, fridge & freezer, eating table. I was very comfortable. The host was also amazing at responding to all of my messages which is a great appreciation. I think the only downside is that the hot water wouldn’t last longer than 5 minutes. Make sure you turn off the water in between your shower where it is not necessary.
Also the key to the apartment is electronic, so you may want to buy cellular data, which I didn’t know until a couple hours before flying to Madrid. I bought data through HolaFly ESIM or communicate with host to navigate getting into the apartment otherwise.
- Konstantinos (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and tidy. First of all, the neighborhood is an issue. It is near the city center with a lot of noise and the fact this is a ground floor apartment makes it worse. Does not seem to be a good neighborhood and i would personally not feel safe especially for family travels. Secondly, the bathroom is very small creating several practical issues.
- Iffa (8/5): Very good -
