• Kevin (8/5): Perfectly located apartment - Nice spacious apartment with three bedrooms. Lovely safe pool area. Great location. Some finer details need attention but overall lovely apartment.

• Kevin (9/5): Good size value apartment - Great size, we were a family of 5 and lots of space, value for money, beds were comfortable, shower great, bonus having a pool, enjoyed sitting on balcony overlooking the pool with the morning sun. Would have scored a 10 but a little tired. A small thing but would have appreciated one or two wash machine tablets and no hanging space in twin bedroom. The resort, Caleta was too windy for us and again in areas was tired, beach and small marina was good. We wouldn't return to Caleta but the apartment is a fab for a value holiday.

There are some small maintenance issues which are the same is - Convenient location, spacious well equipped property Some maintenance issues which were noted in reviews many months ago and the same issues remain. • Nichola (8/5): Nice apartment host welcoming - up keep not so - Amazing host, location and apartment. However … Have taken pictures/videos to share of each issue. Bedroom2 - door not secure to frame, balanced up wall. Main toilet - hand was sink unit full of small hairs - on handle. Plug socket. Staircase handrail - Not secure to wall (video)
• Nicola (8/5): We had a great family holiday, lovely comped just shame the invasion inside with cameras - Loved the size and location was great for us. I do not agree with CCTV inside the property. One camera which we only noticed on second last day actually faces into the downstairs bedroom. We did not use livingroom as a bedroom thankfully as camera is facing the sofa which is also a sofa bed. We found this very uncomfortable and creepy. Wish we had realised they were cameras sooner as I probably would have complained and been more caution with what we were wearing around the house.

• Wendy (6/5): Pleasant - Good value for money. Location was good. .apartment was clean A couple of sockets loose on the wall also the handrail.Only 2 loungers.(should have a few folding loungers in the utility room.) . Towels thin/hard. no sheet on double bed and couldn't open the blinds

• Scott (8/5): Very good - Was clean and of decent size The construction going on outside the property, street a building site and access poor for anyone with walking difficulties.
• Peter (3/5): A short sentence is that this is one of the worst places we ever stayed. - Nothing. Information and pictures on Booking are not currect and updated. The actual name of the place is not the same when booking. No parking place available close by due to heavy road construction work since the last 6 months which was not informed when booking. You need to carry your luggage some distance. Just trying to find a parking in the vicinity is a big challenge every day. Stay away if you are allergic or sensitive to mold. Several rooms have wall and paint damage due to humidity and mold. The smell will get into your clothes. A very big opening in the bathrooms ceiling probably due to water leakage. In one of the bedroooms it is not possble to close the door due to a very strange furnishing.
