Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Nicola (10/5): A beautiful pet friendly house with fantastic facilities in a great location. - We loved being able to have our dogs with us. We also loved the spa and fire as the weather was cold while we were here. We would stay here again for sure.
Misty (8/5): Very good - Location is amazing. Easy to get to, close to the beach. Truly dog friendly accommodation. My fur baby loved it. Exploring the garden front and back. Chilling on the couch in the games room. Beds were comfortable. Variety of activities available to play with the kids both indoors and out. At first, crawling into bed, I thought traffic noise might be an issue being close to the road as i heard a car or too, but it honestly wasn't. It's not a main road and I didn't hear any more.
