• Correia (5/5): Bem localizado - A localização é fantástica, mesmo no centro e em frente a uma estação de metro. A casa estava limpa e tinha um espaço agradável. As portadas dos quartos não fecham devidamente, o que implica que mal nasce o sol a luz entra logo nos quartos e dificulta o sono bem como a falta de isolamento, ouve-se muito ruído da rua muito devido também às portadas.

• MARIA (9/5): El cielo de Madrid - El apartamento tiene 10 en limpieza que para Perú sería un 20. La ubicación excelente. Un buen ascensor. Una terraza donde bien pudimos hacer ejercicios al aire libre por las mañanas y para compartir en familia por las tardes. La sala y ventanales amplios dónde la luz natural lo iluminaba todo. Si eres amante de la cocina, ésta es espaciosa y le agregaría unos utensilios más, pero eso es secundario con tanto confort. WI FI 100%. Había unas rejas de fierro muy ancestrales hacia afuera de las ventanas, que nos demuestran lo histórico del lugar. Todo me gustó.

Senti falta de um congelador. Degrau entre sala e a varanda muito alto, principalmente sendo em frente a um pilar. Senti falta de um estores nas janelas das varandas.entra bastante luz nos quartos mesmo de noite. Se possível fazer manutenção nas portadas da varanda, as mesmas são muito difíceis de fechar.

• Linda (7/5): Comfortable stay, boiler was broken and no hot water but agents veryprompt and had the repaired asap. - The location was good and the outside rooftop was very comfortable The lack of utensils. No bread knife, no cloth for the dishes and lack of preparation and storage space. Strong Drain smell but bleach available to pour down drain which made slight difference.

• Adriana (7/5): Great location, but cleanliness and accuracy of the listing need improvement. - The location of the apartment was excellent. It is situated right next to a metro station and is very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring Madrid. The apartment was not clean, and the photographs in the listing were outdated, with the furnishings being more worn in reality. Additionally, there is only one bathroom for three rooms, which can be inconvenient. Upon arrival, we received the wrong access code, but this was resolved relatively quickly with a phone call.

• Thao (8/5): Very good - The best thing is the location. Easy to go around in Madrid. A lot of shops, good restaurants around, especially in my opinion the best-Bardero in the whole trip in Madrid. Apartment has very good customer service by phone even in English. Nice terrace is a plus. Be careful the company has two apartments in A and B next to each other, which many confused in the first day. The app lock works very well, plus there is physical key to the apartment. Good solution! 1. First night came freezing, causes no blankets while ouside is 8 degree Celsius. Thanks goodness they bring it right away next day. 2. The smell from the pipe of from the shower room. Try to close it if you can. 3. The wooden stairs are not in good condition. Be careful then no problems. There is a small elevator.

• Diana (3/5): Poor - looks beautiful and good location The living conditions were bad, we could not use one of the rooms, as it was very cold in the room. There were 3 of us and we were specifically looking for accommodation with three separate rooms. We called support 3 times to fix the air conditioner, but in the end we were told that all the masters were busy and in the end no one came. This brought us great discomfort and inconvenience, as a result of which we did not use one room. Also, the floor was very cold that we could not stay in the apartment for a long time and arrived in the apartment only at night. The apartment in the photos looks beautiful new to life is absolutely not practical for living.
