• Kwon (8/5): - 위치가 테르미니역 바로 옆이라 너무 좋았어요. 직원분도 너무 친절하셨고, 방도 깨끗하게 청소되어있었어요. 에어컨도 잘 나오고 방 크기도 생각보다는 컸어요.
• Stefania (10/5): - Posizione comodissima perchè vicina sia a metro che a bus. A piedi si possono raggiungere la chiesa di santa Maria Maggiore, il Colosseo ed altre mete. La pulizia della struttura e l'accoglienza impeccabili. Molto disponibili anche nel lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario in cui abbiamo consegnato la camera.

• Gabriela (8/5): Regular - La ubicación excelente Cobran un impuesto en el alojamiento o personal a las 8am del día siguiente a nuestra llegada muy irrespetuosa nos toco la puerta para cobrar en efectivo el impuesto cuando la indicación decía dejar sobre la mesa . Además estábamos durmiendo y aún nos quedaban dos días más en el alojamiento.

До вокзала минуты 3-4 пешком. Везде гуляли пешком. Есть звук канализации, но это почти везде в Риме такое.

• Anna Dúlia (8/5): Well located, clean and very warm staff - The property was cleaned, very well located and the staff very warm and helpful I booked a room with a couple bed and payed for that and in reality it was 2 single bed together. Dueto that, I woke up with back pain on the first morning. I spoke with the staff about it. The lady said that all rooms are like that and she was going to put an additional cover for us to dont feel the bed divisions. Well that action did nothing because I woke up even worst from day to day, hence my low rating.
• Andrea (8/5): Pohodlné, čisté a bezpečné ubytování v centru Říma - V Casa Vicenza jsem strávila 3 noci. Ubytování bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží Termini cca 5min. Ulice byla bezpečná a tichá. Pokoj byl čistý a postele byly velmi pohodlné. Každé ráno přicházel personál, který nám pokoj opětovně uklidil. Cítily jsme velmi pohodlně a bezpečně. Proces samoobslužného check-in byl opravdu jednoduchý. Personál je vám vždy nápomocný a snaží se vyřešit jakýkoliv problém. Pokud se vrátím do Říma, velmi ráda se zde znovu ubytuji :) Nenašla jsem nic :)
• Tijana (1/5): Overall, a very poor experience and not recommended. - The only positive aspect is that the heating works (and the air conditioning can be used for warmth when needed), which is the bare minimum expected. The accommodation does not match what is shown in the listing at all. The apartment we were placed in is not represented in the photos. Instead of a bright room as advertised, we received a very dark space where the window faces a wall and is barely usable, requiring artificial light even during the day. The windows cannot be opened in a proper tilt position, and the bathroom is poorly partitioned with inadequate glass surfaces, making it noticeably cold and uncomfortable. The entrance was also not clearly indicated (30 vs 32), which adds to the lack of transparency. Communication with the host was disappointing, with no real willingness to resolve the issues.
• Javi (10/5): - La zona muy cerca de la estación de Termini, muy cerca del coliseo y foros, muy limpia, la atención de los huéspedes increíble,muy buena comunicación desde el primer día, al terminar la estancia y como salimos pronto de la habitación para aprovechar el día pudimos dejar las maletas en una zona muy bien guardadas y sin problema...volveremos sin duda en la próxima visita... El baño un poco pequeño de tamaño, por lo demás nada que decir...

Self check in was very smooth and easy, the location near Termini Station was very convenient, the room was clean and nicely furnished. It comfortably accommodated two adults and two teens, but there was not a lot of extra space in the room, so guests should keep that in mind

• Ana Clara (9/5): Perfeito para quem passa o dia passeando e quer um lugar confortável para dormir - Para quem está chegando de trem e não quer ficar andando demais com as malas, que foi o nosso caso, a opção ideal é ficar perto da Estação Termini. De lá dá para ir andando ou de transporte público para qualquer canto da cidade. A casa fica bem próxima da estação e o checkin é muito prático. Poder deixar as bagagens enquanto não dá a hora de fazer o check-in foi muito bom (vemos várias pessoas em Roma andando com malas ou alugando lockers para guardar nesse período). A funcionária que nos recebeu era super simpática e nos orientou sobre tudo, falava inglês de forma bastante compreensível. Quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis. Há chaleira elétrica e saches de café solúvel e chá - isso foi ótimo e tornou nossa estadia ainda mais confortável! Tudo foi excelente pelo custo-benefício. É um local simples, porém ideal para quem geralmente passa o dia passeando e só quer um lugar confortável para dormir. A Casa Vicenza superou isso.

L'établissement est propre. La chambre est propre. Pas de bruit. Excellente communication par WhatsApp avec le personnel responsable.

• Anna (9/5): Very nice stay - It is located very close to the Termini train station in a nice historical building. Very clean and nicely decorated. The room is really spacious. There is a tea pot with tea and soluble coffee in the room. It was a bit cold , as the heating was not turned on.

Bin mit Linienbus und mit Stadtplan zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms gefahren, und abends zurück viele Wege führen zum Bahnhof Termini von dort max 7 Minuten zur Casa Vicenza. Zimmergrösse für Pilgerin passend.

• Hany (6/5): למי שלשוב המיקום ליד תחנת רכבת מרכזית ומרכז רומא יותר מכל דבר אחר - מיקום ממצח ליד תחנת הרכבת המרכזית של רומא. בחירה מצוינת במיוחד למי שתכוון לנסוע הרבה בתחבורה ציבורית מחוץ לרומא ובתוכה. החדרים מסודרים ואפילו יפים עם שירותים בסיסיים. העובדת במקום מאד אדיבה ושירותית ואפילו נתנה לנו המלצה על מקומות לבילוי כשהגענו הופתענו לרעה שיש בנוסף למחיר ששולם עוד מס שצריכים לשלם ושהמס הם גובים בנפרד ולא דרך האתר. אין ארוחת בוקר, אין כספת, הביאו לנו מקרר קטן רק כשאלנו אם יש. יש עובדת שנמצאת רק בשעות הבוקר. אחרי הצוהרים והערב אין שום איש צוות. אבל אם צריכים משהו הם זמינים בווטסאפ. מפתחות ישנים לחדר. השירותים לא ננעלים. יש קודים לכניסה לבניין ולכניסה להוסטל שנמצא בקומה שלישית בבניין מגורים רגיל.

• Neus (10/5): Habitació preciosa al costat de Termini - Està molt ben situat, just al costat de Termini ideal per moure't per Roma. L'habitació nostra era la quadruple, ja que hem anat amb nens i hem estat genial. Cal destacar la neteja que era excepcional, ens han fet el llit i netejat el bany com en un hotel. Molt bonic i agradable sense ser pretenciós. L'amfitriona molt amable i atenta en tot moment. Hi ha hagut molt bona comunicació. Molt recomenable. Estava tot perfecte, aixi que cap comentari negatiu.

• Michelle (9/5): A fabulous location, with excellent communication from the team. - The location was perfect, with st marks square directly in front. We booked for New Year’s Eve and were not disappointed with fireworks and buzz. The kitchen could have been better equipped, perhaps a small milk, tea towel and dishwashing liquid.

• Gulmira (10/5): - Были в Риме с 7 по 9 декабря 2025 года. Погода была шикарная, тепло, солнечно. Расположение гостевого дома великолепное, рядом с вокзалом Термини, а также с точки отъезда шатла в аэропорт Фьюмичино, для нас это было очень важно. Сама комната в гостевом доме была очень чистая, теплая, комфортная. В целом все очень было замечательно! Не понравилось то, что в подъезде гостевого дома очень узкий лестничный проем, если надо тащить чемоданы до квартиры, не очень удобно. Лифт тоже малюсенький, только для двоих и то, бочком стоять друг к другу.
