• Herasymenko (10/5): - Everything was fine. The apartments are very comfortable, spacious, bright. Magnificent terrace with a view of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine). Very comfortable beds with mattresses, sets of towels for everyone. And, of course, a wonderful pool, which is cleaned every day.

La terasse est un peu petite et dans le garage souterrain la sortie n´est pas tres bien indiquee
• Eveline (6/5): - Appartement zelf was heel goed. Geen receptie, privé appartement in verhuur. Zwembad niet in gebruik. Koffieapparaat laatste 2 dagen onbruikbaar, niet opgelost ondanks meldingen. Alle communicatie via e-mail, telefonisch ook bereikbaar uiteindelijk.

• Andrej (5/5): - The property is quite far from most attractions and conveniences. Some of the amenities feel very dated and could use an upgrade. Hot water does work, but it takes about two minutes before it starts flowing, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the location and aging facilities may not suit everyone.

• Kostjacer (8/5): - Central location, mod cons Too many codes, it's quite confusing at the starters, needs clear description of how to get to the tennis court, possibly plan of the estate. The shower trays were not very clean. Drains in the kitchen and bathrooms need to be cleared. Clear instructions for garage doors required, we didn't realised that we need to get very close to the gate with a car for it to open...

Il y a un panier avec deux trois cadeaux à notre arrivée. Il manque une poignée à l'extérieur de la porte pour éviter de la claquer

• Dave (6/5): A/C required and more comfortable beds and pillows. Make all the lights standard, not "Smart" - The property was well equipped to a good standard. Clean and in a great location with pool and tennis. Very good communication from host company. No A/C was a real problem with temperatures in the rooms way too hot for sleeping. The master bedroom had pillows which were foam, not comfortable at all. No sleep does degrade the holiday experience. Most internal lights were of the "SMART" type, controlled with the help from an Ipad. Not required with a few lights not set-up and not working. Lamps were in rooms so lucky there.

The communal pool was great and it was very quiet in the complex Don't book with booking.com. They promised a taxi service to the property when I booked it, it was part of the offer but when I tried to organise it they didn't want to know. Very poor and misleading service. Be wary of booking.com

The apartment was ready for us(bottle of champagne 🍾 including), equipped with high quality appliances, cutlery, entertainment, high speed internet. We had everything included (beach towels, umbrellas, sunbeds for swimming pool, tennis sets) for our vacation. Instructions clear, communication perfect in the background. We would be happy to come again. The only downside is that, maybe we should stay longer and the swimming pool isn't heated.

When I had a query, contacted the host and they dealt with the issue immediately. Just little things - wish there was a choice of pillows as some were very thick and hurt my neck. Plug stainer in one of the bathrooms was missing and was concerned about something falling down it (would only cost a few pounds to resolve) but quite annoying!

• Martina (8/5): Very good - Apartment was beautiful. Top class very stylish and balcony lovely esp in afternoon . There is a supermarket right at complex very well stocked. Apartment short walk down to sea front. sandy beach further walk over along boardwalk.. Management company great quick response to any query and they advised us we could stay on last day until 6.30pm which was great as next people were not arriving until late. Works going on in hall ways outside apartment putting in new floors on all floors. Not noisy but if you had buggy it be difficult. Good idea if they had 2 fobs for pool as 5 of us you need fob to get into pool area and need it to get out again even going to shop . Pity no sunbeds at pool even if apartment had 2 at pool with key and chain be handy just suggestion. There was 2 chair loungers in apartment which u bring up and down.

• Julie (3/5): holiday spoilt by undisclosed building work - the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool was great and clean but you do need to carry the two beds yourself every day which was not ideal as four people stayed. The beach is about a ten minute walk away We arrived at block E to find a building site. I was horrified as none of the reviews mentioned extensive building work being undertaken. The owner never mentioned the possibility of disruption. The weekend was fine but then on the Monday morning the workmen arrived at 8.30 am two builders began banging and drilling outside the front door with there radio on full blast. As a family we were hoping to relax which was impossible. The apartment needs air conditioning and only two sunbeds are provided for four people. I would seriously recommend you have an assurance that work is complete before going here. The planks of wood you need to navigate to access the corridor is dangerous for families with young children

• Grace (10/5): Best Apartment in Top Complex! - After multiple visits in the Cristimar complex and Los Cristianos, we finally discovered this charming boutique apartment with a highly professional yet incredibly gracious host. We experienced the best sleep ever in a bed surpassing any 5* hotel, waking up with a mountain view. All of us were delighted by the new tennis court and swimming pool of the complex. My husband was truly impressed by the unique lounge room with a modern workspace blending business and pleasure. The host provided lavish sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge and premium bikes for rent directly in the complex. Through the host’s app, we unveiled discounts on various touristic adventures. Every aspect of our stay emerged with a magical atmosphere and attention to detail. Thank you CoastVenture, we can’t wait to return!
• Damian (10/5): Modern & Relaxing Retreat - We stayed in this complex before, but this apartment is very impressive, surpassing our previous experience. It's very nicely decorated and offers well-equipped features and fun gadgets. I could work in the dedicated business space while the kids enjoyed the recently renovated tennis and basketball courts. The swimming pool, especially with its romantic lighting at night, was a favorite for my wife. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, offering comfort, convenience, and entertainment. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

The breathtaking views from the apartment were a highlight, and the smart home features added a touch of convenience and comfort. The sound system and multimedia equipment were top-notch, and the business facilities with a big monitor and fast 600 MB internet were a bonus. The apartment combined luxury with impeccable design and style. Exceptionally responsive and caring host - thank you!
