• Benedetta (1/5): Bad - NOBODY ADVISE US THAT THE RESERVATION IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE ARRIVE AND THE HOUSE HAVE PROBLEMS SO NOT AVAILABLE.
• Scot (5/5): Needs updating - The apartment was close to the tube 2 stops to Camden it would be a lovely apartment if a few things were fixed in it You couldn't sleep the beds were the worse I've ever slept in bits soft bits rock hard. There was no shower curtain so the toilet was getting soaked 3 old gym towels for 4 adults there's rugs trying to hide the carpets but they are worse than the carpet the bathroom mat was disgusting it would be a great flat if it got some tlc and honestly we aren't fussy people I always if you can sleep thats all you need
• Dianna (2/5): Bad - Nothing The place was very dirty and smelled of pee carpet stained with rugs cover up poor bed kettle didn't work poor bathroom wouldn't recommend
• Jakub (1/5): Filthy - Location The place was filthy. We arrived and nobody came to clean after the previous tenants. Bed sheets used and dirty, wet hand towels in the bathroom, dirty kitchen , rubbish wasn’t emptied,no clean towels… until we told them and somebody came to clean at 7pm, quite late from check in time. Disappointed, also with booking, didn’t give us any help or options, only an apology. Apology is not useful when you want to sleep in clean bed sheets that you paid for.
• Alison (4/5): Would not recommend & definitely will not be booking again - Location. It was secure The carpets/rugs were dirty. The bathroom door was very difficult to open. Bathroom poorly maintained. Balcony was non existent. Kitchen light was a desk lamp. One of the pillow cases was dirty & spare linen questionable. General hygiene throughout the flat was poor. PAC test on iron was rubbed off so clearly out of date.
• Scott (5/5): Passable - Location Flat missing essential items like pots, no curtains to keep out light, and bathroom was poorly maintained and needs a complete overhaul. Also no hot water available in the evening.

• Rhona (5/5): Passable - Proximity to shops and hospital Unable to use shower. No hot water at times. Major refurb in progress. No proper curtains, and builders outside windows.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is located a bit outside the city of London, but you can easily reach the city centre by using the Underground. The host made sure everything was prepared for our stay and was easy to contact. Since the WiFi did not work in this flat, he relocated us to his other house upon arrival. The apartment would be great for a longer visit, as it has the necessary facilities for a longer stay.
