Guest Reviews
- Guest (10/5): The property worked well for our short stay in Florence. It is quite centrally placed allowing one to walk to numerous p - It’s is quaint, well located and kept by a lovely host.
Tekrar gelmemiz durumunda tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler

- Kittidhat (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely owner, cozy place
- Charmaine (9/5): Great location and very welcoming host - Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The property is located a short walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, so extremely convenient. The room was spacious, and the bed very big and comfortable. I loved the little, homely touches, like the bookshelves and the sticky notes. No lift, because located in an old residential building. On the upside, the apartment is on the first floor.
- Sebastian (4/5): Very noisy street and only partially clean - The room is lovingly furnished and the city centre is within walking distance. However, it wasn't really clean - there was still hair in the shower and there were some stains on the duvet. In addition, the street is extremely noisy and much busier than we thought - we could hardly sleep and therefore unfortunately hardly enjoyed our stay in Florence.
- Jeanae (10/5): This cute, clean room w/private bathroom & very comfortable bed served us well for the 2 nights we stayed in Flo - The location was great & close to the sights we wanted to see. It was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. The full length mirror was fantastic for getting ready to go out & the large bottle of water was a great touch as we forgot to bring some home for the evening. The owners were very sweet & helpful. The space was a bit smaller than I expected, but the comfortable bed made up for it. Literally, the best night’s sleep I had in the entire 10 day trip.
- Vivek (9/5): Superb -
- Scott (9/5): Superb - Excellent location near train station. Lovely host who recommended places to eat. Comfortable room, was only there for one night.
- Pei (10/5): Great value to stay and confortable. - The location is perfect and the host, Alda, is so lovely and kind. There are pharmacy, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops all near by. None
- Wynand (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yunxiao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darya (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): An Absolute Gem In Florence - Very comfortable and spacious room in a good location - about 15/20-minute walk to the cathedral/baptistry etc. The host was very kind and helpful, and the room had a few lovely decorative touches. There was nothing we didn´t like - all was great.
- Gvantsa (10/5): Exceptional - Very lovely property with great location
- Oberdan (10/5): Exceptional - The room is perfectly clean and organized, and has very good facilities.
It's located near the historic city and the train station.
The hostess is very friendly and thoughtful. We were received in a warm welcome.
- Errazuriz (9/5): Superb -
- Jolie (10/5): Exceptional - within 20 minutes of most tourist attractions, lots of places to eat nearby, very clean, provided extra pillows towels and blankets
- Giorgio (10/5): I wish we opted to stay longer, if god is willing, I will happily stay again, excellent value for money & extremely - Everything was perfect for our stay, location, it’s all you need, a few steps to climb for a perfect stay & host who was simply beautiful to deal with, she reminded us our nonnas, if you a couple and want a feel of Florence that is within 20 minutes of walk to everywhere you want to see, then this place & it’s host will give you that & more. Nothing
- Salome (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, cozy and with necessary items, it was ideal for two persons. Also, it had the atmosphere of a home, there was coffee/tea and snacks. I think it was great deal for such price. Location was easy to find from train station and took only about 15-17 minutes to walk from there to main sightseengs. I would recommend N/A
- Petra (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect accommodation, near centre and trainstation. Little noise from street.
- Daniel (8/5): A pleasant stay in Florence with a smile - Host Alda was really nice and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, amenities were just right, including with a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee pods, sweets and bottle of water. Good water pressure in bathroom. Bed-side tables can be improved. The bathroom is a bit small but ok, perhaps the water heater can be bigger since its hot water capacity is limited (can barely accommodate 2 people that need to shower after each other).
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Friendly host, thanks a lot. - Clean, location, friendly host N/A
- Vivek (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence (but a few - Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Good location near Opera Hall and Leopold tram. Nice owners. Not very close to the tourist center of Florence (15 min walk)
- Yu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nertil (9/5): Superb -
- Tibor (8/5): Very nice apartment in SMN district - Apartment in the Santa Maria Novella district, close to the train station and about 1 km from the centre. Our host was very nice, speak very good english, they give us bottled water, tea, coffee and even snacks as a welcome gift. We can do early check-in. The room was outstanding (big enough even three persons), you can find lavenders in every corner of the apartment. I definetely recommend, and I would like to come back any time. I really don't recall any problems with this room. Maybe the price was too high a bit, but it's Florence in a saturday so compare to this always. And if I can say this Santa Maria Novella district not my cup of tea.
