• Alberto (3/5): - La atención del señor que está encargado es pésima. Soberbio, prepotente y mal educado. La lavadora estaba estropeada y nos quiso cobrar el arreglo, además, los técnicos entraron al piso con llave propia sin llamar a la puerta y tal cual se fueron cuando terminaron sin decir que se iban. El tendedero estaba para tirar, tuvimos que comprar uno nuevo. No volveremos ni aunque nos regalen la estancia

Lo peor el anfitrión - La reserva se hizo como llegada autónoma al apartamento y el mismo día me avisan de que no es así y que cobran 30 euros por llegar después de las 23 y 50 por llegar después de las 0:00. Pago en metálico sin hacer factura

• Ego (8/5): Candelaria en pleno centro y junto al mar - Céntrico, se ve el mar y todo muy cerca. Una terraza amplia y espaciosa. Cocina y baño estan renovados. No funcionaba la luz del comedor. Habia que comer en la cocina o terraza. La luz de dormitorio hacia mala conexion, se encendía y apagada. El ventano de la cocina no tenía mantenimiento, no cerraba de ninguna manera y entraba aire y agua. Es lamentable que tenga que poner una de las toalla para subsanar un defecto que no es culpa mía

• Barreto (1/5): Fatal - Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación , por qué muy linda y todo la vista pero realmente el piso súper deteriorado. No funcionaba la luz de la habitación pequeña , el grifo de lava platos totalmente suelta , la luz de salón de 3 bombillas 2 quemadas , el ventilador de la habitación pequeño no funcionaba , la lavadora no centrífugaba , y podemos sumar mucho más . Realmente para lo que cobran considero que por lo menos tener el piso en buen estado.

• 1ndre (9/5): Great Location and View, but Some Comfort Issues - The apartment was in a very good location, close to the beach, promenade, shops, and cafés. It had everything we needed, and the highlight was the huge balcony with a beautiful sea view. Parking was also convenient, as it was available right in front of the building. Overall, it was a great place with a fantastic location and view, but better bedding and updated kitchen supplies would make it even better. The main bedroom pillows were uncomfortable—there was only one long pillow for two people, and it wasn’t wide enough, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were very outdated, which could be improved for a better experience.
• Roselyn (1/5): Aweful … needs much improvement… book at your own risk - Nothing. It’s very old and smells like an old people care home, not good ventilation. Sofa and chairs covered with curtains and sofas badly stained we could not sit on them. No pillow covers just old looking pillows. Everything. The customer service was terrible. Person who was supposed to be there available for our check in was complaining as to why we where contacting him very late. He had given us the wrong address and the wrong key code for the key safe. It was a horrendous experience. Still waiting for refund but no response from the property or person in charge .
