• Jihee (9/5): Spacious and comfortable stay near the Duomo - The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were large, and having two separate bathrooms was perfect for two families. The location was great — less than a 15-minute walk to the Duomo. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially with parking and ZTL information. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and there was some street noise at night since it’s in the city center, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Top Ausstattung (Küche, Bäder, TV im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafraum. Etwas schlecht isoliert gegen Lärm. Leider hat man durch die Lage mitten in der Stadt entsprechenden Strassenlärm. Damit kann man sich aber arrangieren. Leider gibt es keine Deutschen Kanäle im TV. Nur italienisch und Englisch.

• Maria (10/5): Excelente apartamento en el centro de Milan. - La ubicacion, a 10 minutos andando del Duomo. El apartamento excelente, reservamos 1 para 7 y otro de 4, los dos muy amplios, el de 7 contaba con 2 baños, lo cual nos sorprendio gratamente. Muy limpio y no le faltaba detalle, cafe y te a nuestra disposicion. Nos guardaron el equipaje tanto en el checkin como en el checkout sin ningun problema. Repetiremos sin duda. Todo perfecto.

• Raya (10/5): - The apartment was nice and comfortable. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler but space was more than enough for us. Nice kitchen and bathroom. The people from Canada hotel are nice and polite. Gave us extra pillows, even I forgot one of my dresses and they sent it to me by courier. Parking is behind the hotel- 1 min walk and we were provided with discount card for it. Our stay was amazing. Supermarket is next to the hotel. Duomo is 15 min walk or 2 stops with the tram - very easy to get there. Thank you to all the people from Canada hotel 😊

• Abeer (9/5): Perfect. - Everything was amazing, the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff which is supporting the property from the hotel was really kind. There were some ongoing construction beside the building which makes too much noise and we could not sleep properly.

We collected our keys from there and the reception answered all of our question and they were willing to help us with everything we needed. The apartment had everything a hotel room would have!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location was perfect, You could walk to the centre and everywhere. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and the fridge made a terrible noise that disturbed the sleep of those who slept on the sofa bed in the kitchen.

• Sandeep (9/5): fantastic stay - Aswe were travelling for work and my brother suggested that we take an apartment first i was hesitant but still booked it and hoped would be good as this was the first time I was staying like this i would say that I liked it and was very happy to stay here > The hotel Canada under whom this property is managed were perfect host everywhere and helped us > great work > as there was a super market just 2 minutes away so we bought all what was needed to eat and drink so no trouble at all > all was good metro connection was great plus the location good would say none as such

The bedroom was very small and the bed was not as advertised. It was NOT a large double bed. We found it very uncomfortable. It was difficult to open the door with the key.

• Ági (10/5): Good value for a great downtown location - The location and the stff are the two best things in this apartment. This apartment is managed/ operated by Hotle Canada’s staff. Hotel Canada is in the next building. Duomo is 13 minutes walkong distance. The staff in Hotel Vanada is always there for your questions or concerns. The apartment is very clean, not spacious but enough for a family of four. They have air conditioning which is auper loud in the small the bedroom, and super loud and barely works in the living room. The apartment on the sexond floor faces a dark inner concrete outdoor space and other windows But other then that it is a really good value for Milano’s downtown hotel prices!

• Michael (9/5): Great value in a great location. - The apartment is managed by the Hotel Canada next door. They did a fantastic job. Check in was easy, they arranged for cleaning when we wanted it, and they answered my (many) questions leading up to the stay. Cannot thank them enough. This is mainly an issue with Milan's air quality, which isn't fantastic, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to poor air quality, you may want to arrange for a HEPA filter. The apartment building is located on a busy street and, while facing inward away from the street (and therefore is very quiet), we still felt the air quality. This is not a knock on the apartment: you'll likely have the same issue if you stay anywhere else, but it is something to keep in mind.
• Herbert (7/5): Nice and clean - Picking up the keys and checking out was simple. The reception desk was very helpful. Very little room to get in and out of bed. Hot water created a loud "water hammer".

• Sherry (9/5): Superb - The property is managed by the hotel next door. It was very easy to pick up the keys. Someone walked us to the apartment to show us around. It has plenty of toiletries (I imagine similar to the hotel). The location was about a 12 min walk to the Duomo. Easy walk to the nearest tram station. Carrefour less than a minute walk. Perfect for 2 couples but includes an extra twin bed in one room and a pullout sofa in the living room as well. 2 complete bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub/hand sprayer and the other has a shower. However, the shower sprayer needs repairing as it does not stay in the holder when the water is on.

Pull out sofa was used so no where for family to sit comfortably. There is alot of room for extra lounge or occasional chairs. Did not have simple appliances like kettle, toaster and hairdryer on first visit. Second visit noticed a hair dryer and a sandwich toaster. A welcome drink or biscuits would be a good idea. The clothes washing machine was in a very difficult place to use
