Morgensonne zum Frühstück ca.8.30 bis 15.00 Uhr auf dem kleinen Balkon.Tiefgaragenplatz unter dem Haus. Fahrstuhl und einenTürcode an der Haustür. Die Ausstattung war nicht ganz so bequem (Couch, harte Stühle) Bestimmt wird hier bald nachgebessert.
• Bohdana (8/5): Great over stay despite bad weather we had experienced (we had storm) Very nice location who loves bit of calmness away - Location. Location. Location. Just 50m from the sea (best area for swim in warm (20”C) and calm, clean water) and 100m from restaurants and local shops so you can pop out for quick deep in sea while kids are still sleeping in a morning. Also there is great outdoor basketball, volleyball, tennis and gym/playground 5min walk away. Also few times a week they run local market near by so you can buy local fruits and vegetables, vine from farmers. You can go fishing of pier near by. High ceilings. Big flat I would say. Compact but good enough kitchen. Good mattress if you like it hard Complementary bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for kids was nice surprise. Towels, shampoo and soap were provided. Shutters and blinds are very good can make room completely dark so you will never guess what time is it. Electric in bathroom was not working and they had a lamp on extension lead instead for us to use. Also some times electric was tripping when washing machine or iron was on. None of internal doors has locks (bedrooms and bathrooms not lockable) There’s few areas on internal walls of dampness where paint pails off need repairing. Balcony is too small to have breakfast/lunch if it’s more than 2 of you. Communal workers in this area work very hard so every night you can hear them clearing bins outside or sweeping roads early in a morning literally every single day. Next door right behind us was building site who were promptly starting 8:00 am every day)) probably was a good thing as it’s motivate you to explore island rather than stick inside. On Friday nights you might can hear local youngsters having fun, beer and music till 1-2am. But local people are very friendly and nice we even manage to make friends with next door neighbours when they invite us for a beer on Xmas eve.
• Maciej (9/5): Alcala to najlepszy wybór miejsca na podróz z dziecmi! - Lokalizacja, mini taras, wysokie sufity, przestrzeń i sama miejscowość Alcala! Blisko place zabaw, naturalne baseny, sklepy i restauracje. Lokalny klimat, mało turystów. Skrzypiące drzwi, głośne wieczory, karaluchy, nie dzialajace światło w łazience, brak odkurzacza i zmywarki.
• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly I liked everything, is not much but make me feel like home , Maria was there to help us in case we need , we managed good , we had everything we need , In the end in holiday you don't stay much home , go and travel , I definitely recommend, location is near the ocean , beach and a small harbor, restaurants in the near are also great , and you can reach fast any good place on the island, to airport around 25-30 min Thank you Maria for your home feeling flat , and I hope I didn't make big mess I didn't liked time flies faster then I expected, and I want to stay more , maybe next time
• Viktória (5/5): Quite disappointing - The situation of the apartment is good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants The grill on the terrace was very dirty with rests of the food from other guests I guess, the washing machine did not work so we ended up with wet and dirty soaked clothes, the walls are super thin so you hear the neighbours talking, watching TV…on the other side you hear the cars and the building site just in front. The guest was nice though only spoke Spanish (no problem) but the welcome was super quick, like one minute, she did not give us any basic info like wifi passcode…we had to be asking for everything.
• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful central location in a quiet town, but still with enough locals and other tourists around. Very close to several wonderful beaches. Great sea food too!
