- Sitora (5/5): - Мы бронировали проживание в отеле с 25 июля (заезд) по 28 июля (выезд до 12:00). Однако при фактическом прибытии 26 июля в 08:00 утра, нас ожидал крайне неприятный опыт. Сначала нам предоставили номер, в котором уже проживали другие гости. После почти часа разбирательств нам выдали другой номер, но только с двумя кроватями, хотя при бронировании было указано размещение на троих. Дополнительную кровать отказывались предоставлять, игнорируя наши устные просьбы и усталость после ночного перелёта. Ситуация не решалась, несмотря на то, что оплата за все дни уже взяли с нас . Мы просили либо предоставить обещанный номер, либо вернуть деньги за одну ночь, но нас просто игнорировали. В результате лишь после долгих уговоров нам поставили дополнительную кровать и предложили компенсацию всего $25, что совершенно не покрывает неудобства. Отдельно хочется отметить крайне невежливый персонал на ресепшене и низкий уровень сервиса — даже базовые принадлежности приходилось выпрашивать. Очень разочарованы этим отелем. Опыт пребывания — ужасный. Просим рассмотреть ситуацию и помочь с компенсацией.

Хороший современный отель с неплохими завтраками , большими номерами. Расположен на окраине , удобно доехать до аэропорта и выехать за город. Станция метро находится в шаговой доступности, если надо поехать в центр города и на такси тоже недолго ехать до центра. Вокруг нет никаких магазинов и кафе, но мы были на машине и это не было проблемой.

- Andrey Gorokh (10/5): - Отличный современный отель. Удобная кровать, большие номера, в номере есть все необходимое. Кухня в отеле просто лучшая, рекомендую и обедать и ужинать тут. Завтраки неплохие-классика каши, омлеты сосиски, выпечка. Есть бассейн и сауна. окна посвистывают при сильном ветре, нужно подрегулировать. Вай фай в конце коридора ловит средне-вроде что то начали делать, при мне новое оборудование устанавливали.

- VLADIMIR (6/5): Одну ночь провести в гостинице можно. Нужно кардинально менять освещение в номерах да и на ресепции - Очень красивый холл, но цветовая гамма подобрана довольно мрачной. Хорошим украшением холла являются люстры Свет в номере холодный, а в ванной вообще почти темно и все тот же ледяной светодиодный свет. Дополнительного освещения над зеркалом нет Лампочка в настольной лампе была перегоревшей

- Polina (8/5): В целом цена/качество соответствует ! - Рядом стадион, что было очень удобно при посещении концерта. Большие кровати, просторные номера. Здорово, что есть бассейн устаревшая мебель, сантехника. Мало кто говорит по русски, но в целом не помешало.

- Ezgi (9/5): - Temizdi. Çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Termal konfor olarak da çok iyiyiydi, sıcak Bakü günlerinde tesisin her yeri soğuk ve ferahtı. Odadaki olanaklar iyiydi. Terlik vb ince detaylar da düşünülmüştü.
- Odissei (4/5): Пожелание быть персоналу внимательными к гостям. - - персонал не приветлив, общается по телефону по личным делам при оформления заселения - засели в номер который даже не убран, пришли в номер а там уборка только началась. Пришлось ждать несколько часов - цена/качество не соответствует

- Raed1428 (10/5): - فندق ممتاز جداً تعامل الاستقبال رائع. كذلك الغرفة مريحة جداً والمطعم الفطور لذيذ و ممتاز جداً وقريب جداً من المطار للراحة
- Shafi (8/5): - النظافه الموقع قريب من المطار الافطار جيد لايوجد عوازل في الغرف حيث اصوات الغرف التي بجانبنا نسمعها
- Mishal (10/5): اقامة رائعة - فندق ممتاز ومظلوم بالتعليقات فقط الموقع بعيد عن السنتر ، يصلح لاخر يوم لانه على طريق المطار الموظفون محترمون وخدومين شكرا موظفة الاستفبال lala لاشيء
- Ohoud (10/5): لابأس بها - السعر و مساحة الغرفة المرافق الكثير منها خربانه
