• Alice (1/5): Cauchemar - L’emplacement Tout est scandaleux. Premierement l’hôte ne m’as pas répondu de tout le séjour, j’ai du rentrer dans l’appartement avec les codes que j’avais reçu au préalable. C’était sale, avec la serpillère laissé dans la cuisine alors qu’il avait été dit que le ménage était fait. Nous avions une seule serviette de douche pour deux et évidemment nous n’avons eu aucunes réponses pour en avoir une autre. Pas de tapis de douche non plus. Ensuite l’appartement n’est pas celui des photos. Il n’y pas de machine à laver. Il fait très froid il y a un énorme vis à vis dans la cour de l’immeuble. La cerise sur le gâteau a été le fait qu’au bout du deuxième jour seulement il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude. Le rideau de douche était moisi c’était ignoble.

• Michael (5/5): Disappointed, overpriced and needs upgrading. - Good location a short walk up from Plaza Nuevo in an old building with character, but in need of upgrading. A long corridor separates the bedroom from the kitchen/lounge which was fully equipped apart from the absence of a washing machine which I needed after travelling for two weeks. A folder contained useful information. (My comments are based on the comparison with a similar apartment I stayed in the week before in the old part of Seville, which was much cheaper and had been upgraded.) The folder in this apartment did not provide details of the WiFi, which I discovered in the hallway outside, but couldn't get to work. Whilst the bed was comfortable, it was too cold to sleep with just a sheet and the only other bedding available was a very heavy duvet, which made it too hot, when what I really needed was a blanket. In addition, the wooden window shutter was broken which meant that the hallway light woke me up late at night when other guests returned. These are only small things, but unless they are attended to, I would not recommend this accommodation.
