Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Carmen (8/5): Very good - I like the quartier near to sagrada familia , the apartment was big with everything inside ,the host 😊 nice ! All good ! I didn’t line because under beds and materass was left of food ..dirty , the doors of bedrooms no closing well .. the iron bord as well not fix good ..
