• Aaisha (7/5): - I really like the tyrewhitt and have booked there multiple times. It's a convenient apartment with all the basics necessities and its walking distance to the mall. Staff are very friendly and alwasy willing to assist if needed. I don't like the inconsistency between the rooms. You never know which room you are going to get until check in. At time whats in one apartment e.g 2 pin plugs etc isn't found in the next, so you never know what ypu should bring each time. The first time I stayed at tyrewhitte the apartment had alot of stuff which I had brought from home, I.e paper towel in the kitchen, salt and pepper shakers etc.. the next time I stayed I expected the same and left tgese things at home only to realise its not provided. Sometimes tge rooms are slightly dusty, like your toilet roll holders windowsills. Other than the above its very nice place to stay.

But family normally like to relax and be comfortable on a good spa spacious couch when watching movies etc. We were family of 3 so it was ok. Other than that apartment was perfect

The communication with staff was not good. Asked for an airport transfer and ended up having to ring to request as didn’t answer emails sent - asked for late checkout which was agreed and then at 10am had staff knocking on door trying to get us to leave - had booked and tried to organise months in advance so it was frustrating to have to deal with this last minute.

• D. Duvane (9/5): Really comfortable gem in Rosebank - The location and is really great, being close to the mall and restaurants and bars. The apartment is really comfy and will definitely be back. The walk to the metro is just some 5 minutes away Unfortunately, check-out at 10AM is bit too early and my apartment did not have AC which might be a challenge in very hot days.

Beautiful place but the bathrooms set up was odd. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 friends traveling together, but we didnt expect that a shower room is in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it’s great!

The key did not work and somehow we could not get it fixed before we left and had to rely on the security who were super helpful! The shower did not have a shower mat for when you step pit of the shower, might want to consider adding that for guests The wifi did not work and they did not manage to fix this issue up until the day we left
