• JW (4/5): Daar nooit meer - Moesten de host bij aankomt vliegveld bellen zodat hij dan op tijd bij appartement zijn, acheraf gaf hij aan dat dit een automatische mail was Kluis kon je de code niet veranderen, geen wissel van bed linnen,matrassen waren doorgelegen geen doen om 15 dagen met hetzelfde bedlinnen te doen,, tv werkte niet, voordeur viel half uit elkaar, slot ging soms niet dicht, 1 stoel op balkon zat een scheur in, harde muziek ( tv ) vanaf de bar beneden

• Carla (2/5): ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA - La posizione Appartamento molto datato e sporco. Al posto delle lenzuola un copripiumino senza l'interno e una coperta in pile da mettere sopra. Solo un asciugamano da viso per 10 gg e la lavatrice non funzionante. Il tavolino da pranzo in terrazza non disponeva di sedie da pranzo bensì 2 sedie sdraio scomodissime per pranzare. Ho contattato il proprietario chiedendo almeno 2 sedie da cucina e mi ha detto che in terrazza non ci stavano. In realtà ci potevano stare benissimo. Il terrazzo di fianco (stessa dimensione)ne aveva 4 e un bel tavolo. Ho contattato booking senza riuscire a parlare con un operatore, solo voce registrata . Che dire....sia foto che descrizione non rendono la realtà dei fatti. Ho prenotato moltissime volte con booking nei vari viaggi, anche nella stessa zona di Tenerife e mai una recensione negativa.

• Maarten (9/5): Fantastisch - Uitstekende locatie rustig maar toch dichtbij voorzieningen het strand, winkels en de horeca. Het appartement was schoon en had een prachtig vrij uitzicht over de oceaan.

• Jo (8/5): Fantastic views from the balcony, perfect for an evening mojito. - The view is amazing . Close to amenities and beach . Everything you need for a stay. Close to bus station , no need to book transfers. No air con and only an extremely noisy fan to cool room. Pool in picture is not useable at the moment due to noisy building work. Was told it would only be a couple of days . Obviously not, would have liked a warning .

Appartamen - La posizione ma comunque era lontano dal siam park dove eravamo diretti poiché su Booking sta scritto 300 metri circa ma in realtà era lontano a piedi e bisognava attraversarla una super strada per cui necessitava la macchina Tutto

• Marina (7/5): It's was fun - Very nice panoramic view on the sea. The big terrace, with two chair and 2 sun bed. The portje was useful and polite. Very easy ordering taxi. Bus station only 200 m. A lot of shops , restorans, interesting place. Free bus to parks. Only 1 night table from 1 side of the bad, same with charging. Very thin blanket. In swiming pool, was quite cold water. To pay beach around 1 km
• Ian (10/5): one of the best - hosts go over and above to make you comfortable from the beach towels u don’t need to buy to cupboard items even washing machines tablets and various other teams the apartment was clean to high standards first one i’ve stayed in that there was lots of crawlers so clean location is right in middle of everything on taxis needed highly recommended nothing

• Chris (10/5): Smooth, easy and resourceful apartment, near enough to the beach, shops, water parks and other activities. - Compared to some, there was a washing machine and enough pots and pans to cook. It meant we could reuse a number of items of clothing and save money by eating in. Any issues were dealt with as best as possible by the hosts. Good selection and options for sleeping arrangments. 1 double, 2 single, and 2 sofa beds in the living room. The kids liked having a pool and a balcony. The kids didn’t like that there wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door. And there there was not an oven in the kitchen.

• Astrid (7/5): Basic, but clean and comfortable. - The balcony is very nice and big. Looks like some improvements have been made after reading the bad reviews. The appartment was clean, bug free and comfortable. New shower curtain and washing machine in appartment. Robert was very friendly and helpful, loved the welcome bottle of wine and water. There was some noise from the neighbours but no other noise complaints. The Disco downstairs is closed. Small but good for max 2 people sleeping in the same room. Big improvement would be a screendoor at the balcony. It can get pretty warm in the appartment, but you don't want to keep the door open at night to invite insects in, so no way to get fresh air in. In summer this can be an issue. 1 of the showerheads does not go up, but not a big issue. If you want luxory, book somewhere else. If you are ok with basic but clean and affordable, this appartment is a good option.

• James (9/5): Superb - The location was good for where we wanted to go, the kitchen was useful and saved us some money as we didn’t have to buy meals out all the time. No air conditioning so rooms were always hot

• Michaela (7/5): Good - - very spacious and bright apt, comfy beds - apt has everything you need - nice host - great views from 1x of the bedrooms - good location, you can take a bus to Las Americas - choice of soft and hard pillows - there is a big problem with water supply, the water is rusty and brown in the whole apt building, this is not the host fault since all apts must be affected, taking to the consideration the fact the common area near the pull has the same issue, there is a drinking water tap in the apt which has clear good water, but for dishes and shower you have to wait a bit until the clear water comes out - the mens toiler at the reception should be locked, taking to the consideration the fact the pee is all over the place, it not only stinks but is not hygenic, the womens toilet next to mens downstairs has 1x toilet ok and 1x same issue. I am not sure why such a big problem exists but definitely got something to do with drainage system in the building and should be looked into. I travel to Tenerife a few times a year and have never seen this issue anywhere else in Las Americas, Los Cristianos or Adeje.

• William (7/5): Hassle free experience, a really good trip for a great price. Would recommend and stay again - Close to beaches, restaurants and bars. Well equipped with a huge balcony looking out to sea. Minor wear and tear, nothing that stopped us having a fantastic trip.

The toaster blew up smoke was everywhere not one smoke alarm went off .The sink was coming away it was cracked all the way round . We had to buy new pillows and covers as the ones we got where all stained as where the tea towels . Holes in doors at the bottom that looked like they where kicked in . Its been nine years since we stayed here and we where shocked at the change . Love the location but a lot of money is needed to bring the Apt we stayed in 303 up to date . Which is sad because the people are so lovely Natali met us with keys and was so nice

• Simanis (5/5): Good location, ok value for money, next time will consider spending more for a more quality service - Apartment location is very good. Very close to beach, public transport and Siam Park. View from balcony is nice (ocean view). Good free WiFi. TV did not work. There was no one to as for any help in this regard. You cannot choose your neighbors, ours were constantly smoking marijuana, we had to close balcony doors for our kids to remain sober. Our room was smoked in quite heavily, everything smelled of cigarette smoke. As it is noted in other reviews - property is quite run down and in need of renovation. Bed matrasses are dirty and old. All the furniture is quite dated and half broken. Kids pool did not work. Other two pools were operational, be we aware of that if you come with small kids.
